Love Is So Sweet

Chapter 35 - Planning for a date

After Jun's sudden kiss to the back of her hand, Lisa started to rub the part that was kissed. It took her a few seconds to finally calm down. Once she was feeling a bit better Lisa spoke, "so when do we start acting out as a couple?"

"Based on what I know about my father I'm sure that the person he assigned to observe us and see if we really are a real couple is already somewhere near watching us. So I think we should act like a couple starting now. But like I said a while ago, there's no need for you to act or anything, just be yourself and everything will be alright."

"Oh, so that means, you kissed the back of my hand knowing all that. So that's part of the act." Lisa said this, both feeling relieved and disappointed.

"Oh that, I wasn't acting or anything, I just couldn't help myself." Jun showed Lisa a devilish smile as he winked at her. This made Lisa who was already calming down blush again. Still, for some reason when she heard Jun wasn't acting she actually felt a bit happy about it.

"I-I-I-I see... Y-you just felt like doing it!" Lisa was stuttering as she spoke, and the pitch of her voice went up at the end of her sentence. Jun found this action of Lisa's really cute which made him chuckle.

"So about our act of being a couple, how about we go on a date tomorrow," Jun gave a suggestion seeing as Lisa was being fidgety at the moment.

"S-s-so are we going to watch a movie?" Lisa was still unable to calm down, as she tried to talk normally.

"That's too normal, I already told my father that we're madly in love with each other. So going to watch a movie isn't going to cut it."

'M-m-madly in love with each other!' Jun was just making it worse for Lisa and she couldn't concentrate on their conversation. Jun knew what he was doing, but he was having too much fun watching Lisa's reactions.

"So I think we should do something a bit more than just watching a movie. At the top of my head, I think you moving in with me, would show my father that we're madly in love."

Hearing what Jun said Lisa slammed her hand onto the table and stood up.

"LIVING TOGETHER!" Lisa suddenly screamed, making everyone look at her. The people working at the coffee shop were able to recognize Lisa since she also shouted the last time she was here. So this time they weren't as surprised as before. Jun knew that he pushed Lisa too far and tried to calm her down as he said sorry to the shocked patrons of the coffee shop.

"I was just giving a suggestion we don't need to do that. Never mind I guess we could just watch a movie tomorrow. After that let's go around town and see what's new. How about we do that for our first date, is that alright with you?"

Jun decided to stop teasing Lisa for now, just until she's able to calm down. Lisa who was still shaken by Jun's statement of cohabitation wasn't able to hear what Jun said.

"Hello, Lisa? Anyone there?"

"Huh?... What did you just say?"

"I just said that your idea was good. So let's just watch a movie tomorrow, after that we can just have a little walk around town. Are you okay with that?"

"Oh... Alright, that sounds nice."

"Okay then, now that we have decided what to do tomorrow. Let's do a little shopping." Jun stood up and took hold of Lisa's hand as he guided her outside of the coffee shop.

Lisa looked at her hand being held by Jun. This has already happened a couple of times, but this was the first time it felt so embarrassing.

"Y-y-your hand!" Jun looked at Lisa and lifted both their hands.

"This hand? You should think of this as practice. While we're fake dating we need to do this on a regular basis. So you better get used to it now." Jun happily replied.

Lisa was about to say something in response, but she couldn't think of anything to say and had her mouth open. After a few seconds of lagging, she finally said something.

"Alright then, but were are we going?" Lisa decided to give up complaining. In the first place holding Jun's hand wasn't really bad or uncomfortable, instead, it was the opposite of those things. Also, she already agreed in becoming his fake girlfriend so complaining at this point won't amount to anything.

"Oh, I need to buy new clothes for our date tomorrow. I want you to pick them for me." When Lisa heard what Jun said, she couldn't help but look at him confused.

"Isn't that usually an event the girl initiates?"

"Yeah you're right, in shows, novels, and in real life, it's usually the girl who asks the guy to accompany her to buy stuff. But I just felt like doing it the other way around. Don't worry I'll buy you some new clothes as well. Well then let's go my one and only girlfriend."

Jun happily pulled the bewildered Lisa, really enjoying what he was doing.
