Love Is So Sweet

The day of the date finally arrived and Lisa was unable to sleep properly. She couldn't help it, as her imagination went wild while thinking about her first date, ever. Lisa tried to sleep but every attempt was a failure. So now she was not really in her best condition. It was a good thing that she was quite adept at not sleeping, as she was no stranger to a little all-nighter. 

Lisa looked at the time and knew that Jun would be arriving an hour from now. This didn't give her enough time, she needed to take a shower, apply makeup so that her eyebags wouldn't be that visible. She also needed to pick what to wear. 

Lisa quickly went into action. After taking a shower, Jun texted her. "I'm going to be driving my bike. I'll be there in half an hour." Lisa simply replied, "ok." After sending her text Lisa quickly tried to pick appropriate clothing for a bike ride. Based on Jun's text Lisa was sure the bike Jun was talking about won't be a granny bike, but a big bike instead.  

She couldn't wear a one-piece dress or a skirt, she needed to wear something with pants. It was possible that she could wear shorts but she wasn't that confident to be wearing something like that in front of Jun. So that would make most of what Jun bought yesterday, out.  

While Lisa was thinking of what to wear, she suddenly remembered she had the perfect outfit for such an occasion. Once upon a time, Lisa wanted to try becoming a biker chick for a novel she was writing, unfortunately, she wasn't able to become one due to various reasons. But she was able to buy clothes that were cliche for biker chicks. 

Lisa got out her white shirt and a black leather jacket. She also wore black denim jeans and black boots. Right now Lisa looked like a cliche biker chick. Though after looking at a mirror, she felt that what she was wearing was too tight. But after looking at the time, she decided that what she was wearing was alright.

While she was putting on makeup Lisa heard someone knocking on her door. "Lisa it's me." Jun was already here. "Just a minute," Lisa responded as she hastened the application of her makeup.  

It took Lisa five more minutes to finish. When she opened the door she was surprised to see what Jun was wearing. Jun was wearing almost the exact same thing as her, the only difference would be the black shirt. 

"I knew you would be wearing something like that when I sent you that text. Now we have a matching look."

"..." Lisa couldn't respond as the words matching look kept on echoing in her mind. Jun seeing Lisa's blushing face, made him smile. It felt good seeing Lisa's blushing face first thing in the morning. 

As Lisa was caught up in her own world, Jun took hold of her hand and guided her outside. They walked until they reached Jun's bike which he parked near the apartment building. Jun's bike was a  Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R.

Jun handed Lisa a helmet and then he pointed at a car that was hidden in the corner of the street. 

"That's the guy who'll be watching us, and reporting to my father. Why don't you give him a wave." Lisa looked at the car in the corner of the street and waved her hands as Jun told her to.  

"So where are we going to watch a movie?" Lisa finally spoke after waving at the man hired to watch over them.

"I was thinking, how about let's do something else. Like I said watching a movie is too normal. So how about we have a nice drive instead? The weather is perfect for that don't you think so? Also, I know a good place that might give you some inspiration for what you're writing." 

Lisa was surprised at the last minute change in the plan, but what Jun said intrigued her, "Is it far?" 

"A bit, but I promise it will be worth it. So what do you say?" 

Lisa looked at the smiling Jun and nodder her head as she wore the helmet that was handed to her. Once the two were properly sitting on the motorcycle, Jun spoke to Lisa. 

"Hang on tight!" Jun started the motorcycle and suddenly accelerated, which forced Lisa to hug Jun's back tightly. The man who was supposed to report to Jun's father followed after them.
