Love Me If You Dare: Devil's Dare

"Mother, are you seriously asking me to sell myself?" Feng Hai was burning in anger when her mother had told her about the sacrifice she had to make. Well, it common for her to react this way. After all, anyone would get angry if their own parents want them to sell themselves to another man.

"Feng Hai if you don't want your future to be ruined than you have to do this. Do you think I want to see all destroyed and ruin?" Wu Xiaofan spoke, trying to make Feng Hai understand.

"But mother, how can I just offer my self to a stranger? At least let me meet him first." Feng Hai said in a pleading voice, trying to convince Wu Xiaofan.

Wu Xiaofan thought for a while before answering "Well if you really want to meet him then wait for 3 more weeks. He'll come to country X in between these 3 weeks. In that time, you can meet him."

"Ok, but can you at least tell me his name?" Feng Hai curiously asks Wu Xiaofan.

"You don't need to know his name as long as he helps you. Later if he himself wants to tell you his name than he'll tell you." Wu Xiaofan didn't want to invite trouble by telling 'His' name to anyone even if it's her daughter.

"Ok," Feng Hai just nodded and kept her mouth closed.

'Finally, as long as Feng Hai agree Zixin doesn't have to send him money anymore. I'm proud of you my daughter.' Wu Xiaofan smile as she inwardly thought.

Saturday 12:30,

Feng Yan was waiting for Zhihuan to come and pick her up. She was wearing a high low-cut short light pink skirt with a dusty pink flowy crop top and floppy straw hat and black heels. Even without any makeup, she was looking really cute.

After 15 minutes of waiting for Zhihuan arrived at her villa. He saw her inside patiently waiting. His first thought after seeing her was 'Zhihuan you are really lucky'.

He then walks inside where she was waiting for him. When she saw him smiling at her, she felt a warmth inside her heart.

"Good afternoon Mr Zhu" She greeted walking toward him.

He also greeted her back but in his own way. He picked her up in a princess style and walk to the direction of his car. "Hello sweetheart"

"You-!" She knew there was no use of arguing with him. She just let him do whatever he wanted to do. After he put her inside the car, he helps her put the seat belt. He then drove his car to his mother's villa.

They just casually chatted while driving. After 1 hour of driving, they arrived at Bai Wenling's villa around 2:05 pm. Both of them got out of the car and walked inside the house.

Outside, they were greeted by some maids and inside Bai Wenling impatiently was waiting for them. When she saw them coming, she ran toward them to greet.

"Ah Xiao Yan [1] finally you are here…I've been waiting for you to come." Bai Wenling hugged Feng Yan totally ignoring Zhihuan.

Yan also hugged her back. She didn't expect Bai Wenling to be so pretty and young.

"Look at you, you look just like your mother so pure and beautiful." Bai Wenling said patting her head.

"Aunty Ba-"

Before Yan finishes her sentence, Bai Wenling cut her off in the middle, "Aye don't call me aunty, either call me mom or ma."

"Mom," said Yan in an emotional tone. When she called her Mom, she felt the same feeling she had when she called Mei Xiang 'Mamma' for the first time. It was a feeling of warmth and happiness.

"Now that's more like it," Bai Wenling said giving her a sweet smile.

Zhihuan didn't like that he was being ignored as if he was invisible like he didn't exist at all. Ben Wenling walked inside with Yan totally ignoring him.

In the middle Bai Wenling stop, realizing that she forgot something, more like someone. She slowly turns around only to see Zhihuan standing in the middle of the door.

"Aeh…hehehe…Zhihuan why are you standing there come inside. Look I don't need to invite you to your own house but its Xiao Yan's first time here and I wanted to welcome her properly." She felt guilty for ignoring her son but it's not her fault. She was talking to her future daughter-in-law.

Feng Yan also felt guilty. She had totally forgotten about him the moment she came inside until now.

"Zhihuan don't be sad. Go and clean yourself upstairs and by that time I'll have a chat with Xiao Yan. Go, go" Bai Wenling said sending him away so she can talk with Xiao Yan.

He unwillingly left them and went upstairs.

After he went upstairs. Both ladies start talking about Zhihuan. How he looked like when he was a child? His likes and dislikes. Bai Wenling was telling Yan all of his embarrassing moment and funny stories of him

"And one time, we went to this kid shop to buy him some toys. The counter lady was a little too fat, and her face was really round. Zhihuan didn't like her so he said, 'Mom why does this lady looks like a pig?' In front of all the people making that poor lady embarrass." Bai Wenling was literally telling Yan everything.

Yan found little Zhihuan cute and funny based on the story compare to this Zhihuan.

After some time of talking Yan ask her a sudden question "Mom, I know this is your personal matter, but I still want to ask, where is Zhihuan's Father? If you don't feel comfortable then you don't have to answer."

After a little silence, she answers leaving Yan in shock,

"He is dead"
