Love Me If You Dare: Devil's Dare

The day was becoming darker and darker. Some people were returning home after their work is done while some were gathering in bars/clubs for a drink and some fun after their long and tiring day.

As for the Zhihuan and Feng Yan, they were happily enjoying each other's company and drinks inside a VIP room in one of the famous bar in the city.

"Aye! Let's go out and have some fun" Feng Yan excitedly said looking outside the room through the window. But Zhihuan nodded in disapproval.

"You are no fun. C'mon let's go out and dance and have some fun." Hearing no from him, she pouted her lips and look at him with puppy eyes.

Why? You wanna go out and dance with those half-n.a.k.e.d strippers and drunk men?" He said in a teasing voice, raising his eyebrows.

She quickly nodded her head in 'no'. She doesn't want to dance with strippers nor those stinky drunk men, she just wanted to go there and have fun that's it. He misunderstood her words.

"If you really want to dance with strippers, you don't have to. You can dance with me. I'm so much better than them, I have a well-built body, I'm gifted with such a handsome face, muscular hands and even have s.e.xy abs." he continued to tease her as he slowly unbuttons his shirt. Before he could go any further, she nervously stopped him.

"Noooo! I don't want to dance with strippers. Why do you even think that I want to dance with those men?" He chuckles at her reaction. He knew she didn't mean that but there was nothing wrong with teasing her a little bit.

"let's not waste our time in these things. We are here to have fun so let's have some fun." Feng Yan said.

Zhihuan stayed silence for few seconds before speaking, "Right! Since you want to have so fun why not? Do you remember that I have to give you a dare? Past few weeks I have been busy, so I didn't get time to think about it but now I have a perfect dare planned for you, so what do you say?"

His voice sounds very challenging to her as if he was challenging her whether she'll be able to do it or not. She did not like the tone he was using. He was face to face challenging her.

"Are you challenging me?" She questions him.

"Am I? Even if I am, I don't think you'll be able to do it." His voice was playfully challenging her.

"CEO Zhu, there is nothing this lady can't do," She said flattering herself.

"Are you sure you can do it?" he doubtfully said. He was trying to tease her, more like irritating her.

"Just tell me the dare already" He was clearly underestimating her which made her annoyed.

"What if you back out after listening to my dare huh?" He asks as he raised his brows at her.

"Aiyo, I promise I won't back out" she replies in a conclusive voice.

"Then...Love Me If You Dare"

He hesitantly spoke as he looked into her eyes, making her speechless. Who would have thought he would ask her something like this? As she looked into his eyes, she could tell he was being honest. His deep piercing eyes were staring into her almond-like eyes as if it was trying to tell her something.

"Umm…I…you know you are asking me to do something that's almost impossible for me to do." She mumbles under her breath, trying to avoid eye-contact with him.

He lifted her chin up, making her look into his eyes. "Feng Yan look at me. I know it's not easy for you to accept my feelings so easily. Take your time but at least give me a chance to prove my love to you. I promise I won't disappoint you." his voice was so heart-warming and sweet.

His word hit her right into her heart. She was questioning herself whether she was making the right choice by ignoring his feelings for her. His feelings for her were so loyal and true and it was clearly visible in his eyes. it was true that he was helping her to find her mother's murderer but she wasn't that selfish to risk his life but there is nothing wrong with giving him a chance. After all, he was already doing so much for her.

"What if I say I'm ready to give you a chance?" She mutters underneath her breath, it was like a whisper but clear enough for him to hear.

He felt like he heard her wrong. Yeah, he must have heard it wrong!

"What did you say? Can you say it again?" He had a curious look on his face, but his voice was filled with excitement and happiness.

"I said I'm giving you a chance. I know you feel for me is too deep. I personally feel like It would be unfair if I don't give you a chance. I know I'm very uncertain about my feelings, but I also admit that I'm attracted to you so its only fair for both of us if I give you a chance." She repeated what he wanted to hear. She could tell how excited he was feeling.

His eyes instantly lit up. He was in ninth cloud when she said that. This is what he wanted. A chance? A chance to prove himself to her. He felt like that day isn't far when she will say those three magical words to him.

This past few days my health condition has been really worse, and it isn't stable. I had to go to the hospital almost every day and had to take loads of medicine which I hate it. I mean who likes to take medicine?

I'm still taking medicine and working on my health after all health comes before anything and I can't risk it. I've been literally writing these chapters for 3 days and here I finish it now. I'll try to update as much I can and hope you'll understand
