Cheng Ze pulled over and faces her, "Sofia," he lifted her face up to face him, "I don't want to leave you and mummy. I want to be with mummy and you. I want you to be my daughter."

"Daddy, mummy said I don't have a real daddy. She said, she is my mummy and my daddy. Other children have both, but I don't? She also said, daddy Eric is not my real daddy. But why I don't have a daddy?" Her eyes welled up. Tears were starting to flow and she felt really sad.

Cheng Ze didn't expect that and wanted to find out more, "Did she really say Eric is not your real daddy?" 'If he is not your daddy— You must be— MINE?' He looked at Sofia and held her face, "From now on, I'm your daddy. I'm your only daddy. I will never leave your side." As he hugged and kissed little Sofia.

"Do you promise me? What if mummy doesn't want it. What if she said you can't be my daddy because—"

"Sofia... I. WILL. NEVER. LEAVE YOU AND YOUR MUMMY. I shouldn't have done it in the first place. We don't have to go to the clinic. I am 100% sure I am your daddy."

Sofia looked at him baffled, "Are you really my daddy? My real real real daddy?"

He nodded, "But don't tell mummy yet, let daddy tell her, okay."

She nodded in agreement.

"Where does my beautiful daughter wants to go? I'll buy any toys you want. Anything you want." He smiled and was excited knowing Sofia is his. 'I don't need any test, she is totally my daughter. But when was she conceived?'

"I want to eat ice cream! And I want to go to the park with you and have a picnic and then we will play together. I haven't been to a picnic with daddy. Can we go do that, please?" She just couldn't stop as she was very excited.

"Of course, whatever my little princess says she wants, daddy will give it to her." 'I have to fulfil the 5 years I lost.'

They both went shopping first for her toys. He bought her some dolls and other toys she liked. Then they went to the park and bought her ice cream. He let her play in the park and they rest on the grass looking at the blue sky.

Sofia was laying down on his arm, she fell asleep. He was just looking at her, studying her little eyes and nose and her lips. "You are indeed like me. But you really behave like your mother. Your eyes are just like mine. Your lips are from your mum. The shape of your face is definitely mine. How did I create something so wonderful? I have to make your mummy want me. So we can be together. How can I tell her what I did to her." His face saddened and continued, "I will have to make her love me and want me in her life before I can even tell her the truth. I'll fight for you Sofia." He kissed her forehead.

Ji An has moved house and she was waiting for Sofia and Cheng Ze at their new home. She prepared a meal for them so they can have a meal together.

At around 7 o'clock she heard a car stopped outside. She ran and opened the door, it's them two. They looked like a father and daughter going home to her mummy and his wife.

"Mummy, mummy," Sofia excitedly ran and called for her, "I went to the park and I ate ice cream. And daddy fed me with rice and chicken. Can we go next time? You as well? Oh, we went shopping as well. Look at my doll mummy, daddy bought it for me. And he got me clothes too. Oh, and did you know, he is my real daddy?!" Her eyes were wide open when she said he is her real daddy. She was just too excited she spoke nonstop.

Ji An just laughed at her daughter. "I see. Is Uncle Cheng Ze spoiling you that much? Come her give mummy a hug first. I miss you, you little bunny." She kissed her and hugged little Sofia.

She looked at Cheng Ze, "Let's have food before you leave? Thank you for spending time with her. But you don't have to buy her stuff. And don't tell her things like you are her real dad, it's not good for her—"

"Why not? I want to be her dad." He said without hesitation.

Ji An furrowed her brows, "Cheng Ze don't say things like that, I know this is only temporary so—"

"When was she conceived?" He asked with a straight face.

His question surprised her, "Huh? Why do you want to know?" She curiously responded.

"Wedding night?" His first guess.

Ji An looked at him, 'Is he serious?'

"Is it the night I forced myself into you?" His second guess.
