Love Will Lead You Back

Gu Cheng Ze went frantic and started yelling at her, telling her that she was just lying. He insisted to tell him that it's all lies. But she said different and made him more infuriated, he stood up picked up both of their shirts and threw it at her. If stares could kill a person, she would be dead already.

Her mouth opened and fueled his manic behaviour, "It's true. I came here to tell my mother—" she paused and looked down, she couldn't look at him in his eyes, "That—"

He startled her and made her feel nervous and anxious, "What??" he sighed loudly, "That you are getting married huh'?" he was so mad at her that he didn't realise he was shouting at her, "And you want her approval?" the smirk on his face made him looked like a devil ready to kill someone, "It's not gonna happened Ji An. You. Will. Never. Get. Her. Approval." every word was firm as he gritted his teeth when he said it, "I will make sure of that!" his eyes were burning in anger and hatred for her.

"Cheng Ze, please—" Ji An wanted to say something but he cut her off.

"Please what huh?" with gritted teeth he stared at her passing through her soul, 'I had you. I'm the first man you had. I made love with you. And you are telling me you have a boyfriend and you will marry him?' All in his thoughts, he wanted to tell her but he can't because he knew what he did was wrong and she might really hate him and lose her forever. Right now, he can still convince her to be with him instead.

"Forget the past, live for the present and look forward to the future," she said softly with sad eyes, 'You have no idea how much I love you. I wish you are the father of my child.' "You have to move on Cheng Ze... without me..." her tears run down her face as she cried quietly.

Cheng Ze walked out and left her in the room not wanting to talk or look at her. It was too painful to hear those words coming out from her mouth. Those words stabbed him in his heart deeply and left him bleeding.

Ji An went back to talk to her mother, told her that she will be going back to London after a week and that the reason she came was to tell her that her father, Jiefu passed away a month ago. She informed her about the funeral and told her that Maike has left them long ago, he didn't even show up on the funeral.

For the last time, she called her mother, but what followed left Meiling trembling and in tears. "Mother, I will never come to this place again. I don't want to be your daughter anymore." she blinked, "Remove me from the registry and disown me." clenching her fist tightly she continued, "I don't need a mother who abandons her children for a man. You don't have to worry, I will never come looking for you ever again." She didn't wait for her mother to reply, she took her belongings and left just like that.

Meiling was in shock, her legs trembled and she fell on the couch covering her mouth and tears flowed from her eyes. "She doesn't know everything and she judged me already. Disowning my own daughter? Has she gone mad? I know I made a mistake by sending them away. What's going to happen to her? Jiefu, I'm sorry but you knew that Gu Feng was the one I love from the start." She cried and sobbed on her own as she said those words.

Ji An went to the Hilton Hotel in Beijing Wangfujing, Alice booked a room for her through the internet before she left. it was a good thing that she listened to Alice's advice. Little did she know, Cheng Ze asked Li Wei to follow her and keep an eye on her.

She entered her room wanting to rest, it was quite a tiring day. Being pregnant and having the drama made her exhausted. Her small suitcase accompanied her as she didn't plan to stay there for long. Ji An prepared her clothes and head to the bathroom to have a shower, however, after seeing the bathtub she decided to have a good soak instead.

Meanwhile, Cheng Ze was already outside of the hotel where Ji An was staying. He called Li Wei for her room number and a key. He hasn't given up on her, not now, never. For him, she is the only woman he wanted to spend all his life and make a family with, his womanizer days were over. He'll give everything up just to be with her.

Li Wei expressed that the reception will not give him those details. He's better off knocking on her door doing it the right way and not sneaking his way in.

"Find a way for me to get in, except knocking on her door." he then hung up and sat on the lobby as he waited for his assistant.

Li Wei waited for someone he can bribe to let him have a key or to open door 932. He was getting anxious and his forehead has beads of sweat. After a good fifteen minutes of waiting, he noticed a woman doing housekeeping service close by. First, he asked the woman if he can enter room 932. Obviously, the woman said she can't do that, it's against the hotels' policy, but Li Wei insisted that he must go inside to check if he left his laptop inside. He explained that he was in that room earlier and when he checked out, he didn't realise his laptop was missing. He looked everywhere but this was the only place he couldn't check.

The woman argued that there might be a guest inside already and he should ask the reception for help. But Li Wei insisted that he will just look and he will leave immediately, he will not cause trouble for her. He even gave her ¥500 to make her agree. She told him to be quick as she was not supposed to do that.

Li Wei knew Ji An was inside but he doesn't know what she's doing, so he carefully went in and shut the door quietly. He couldn't see her so he immediately called Cheng Ze and informed him that he is now inside room 932. He told him to come up quickly so he can let him in.

Cheng Ze hung up and quickly went to room 932 as fast he could. The housekeeping staff was outside the room waiting outside for Li Wei. As he got near room 932 he called Li Wei, "I'm outside! Why is there a housekeeping woman here?"

Li Wei explained that to be able to get in, he asked the woman and bribed her to open the door for him. He told his boss that he must hurry to get in before the door shuts.

He opened the door as wide as he could and dropped a pen aimed at the edge of the door, the woman didn't notice and she greeted him. "Is your laptop inside?" the woman asked him anxiously.

"No, it's not inside" he seemed disappointed when he explained to the woman while he was gradually taking her away from the area.

Cheng Ze rushed in and kicked the pen out the room before shutting it quietly. He heard some movements from the bathroom, so he went straight to where the bed was and he found the clothes he assumed she's going to wear. The grey couch was placed near the window not far from the bed, when he sat there he blended well with his grey suit making him not noticeable with the dim light on.

He didn't wait long and the bathroom door opened, Ji An came out wearing a bathrobe and a small towel on her head. Cheng Ze stared at her quietly not being sure if she can see him or not.

Ji An was wearing her u.n.d.e.r.g.a.r.m.e.n.ts already underneath her robe and when she removed it, her slim body was revealed so as the small bump in her belly. She applied her lotion before wearing her clothes.

Cheng Ze's eyes stared at her body studying every inch of it, he wondered if Ji An ate a lot and got herself bloated as her belly was a little bit bigger from how he remembered it before. He knew that she had a very slim body, but right now, it's like she ate a bit too much.

Once she was done getting dressed, he suddenly spoke and it startled her making her scream. "Really? You didn't see me? Or you just wanted to show your body to me?" He smiled seductively at her.

"How did you get in?" she wondered and shouted, "Leave! You shouldn't be here!"

However, Cheng Ze's mind has one goal, make her his. "I love and I like what I saw just now, why will I leave?" He walked closer to Ji An, "Besides, we have to talk. We're not finished talking." His hand touched her face as he slowly leaned to kiss her.

Ji An saw right through his actions, she evaded it and walked towards the window with her arms crossed, "What happened to you?" her voice has calmed, "Or were you already like this from the beginning? Do you know how to respect a woman?" with a furrowed brow, "How can you just enter my room without my permission and watch me getting dressed? Did you enjoy it?"
