Loving Him

MARCO'S POV

After watching a movie together with them, Marina called me. I wonder why she would call me.

"Marina," I said as I walk into her direction, she smiled at me and gestured me to sit.

This is going to be a serious and private talk, I may say.

"Why did you call me?"

"Marco, when did you get here?" he asked and I knew where the conversation was going.

"I get what you want to know and to talk about," I said straightly.

"I'll go straight when Mirana comes home I follow her I also made a way for her to come home and find out what she did.

Remember when you collapsed? I'm the one who helps you and I can't stay any longer because I know that Adam will be coming back soon," I stated while she was staring at me seriously

"Tell me, Marco, are you the father of my sister's bearing?" she asked and I lowered my head guilty, wait why would be guilty? She deserved it and I'm not taking the child besides I'm not even sure if that was mine.

"I don't know," I dryly answered.

"How do you not know!" she whispered yelled at me and I know she was holding her anger.

"You can't blame me, she even fooled me not just once but twice," my voice cracked as I remember what she does to me back when we were a high school

"What are you talking about? Is there anything else I need to know?" she asked pity in her eyes.

"Tell me," she added while placing her hand to my free hand.

I told her everything between me and Mirana except for one.

"I know it's hard to forgive my sister, but hopefully you'll forgive her one day," she said, as long as I want to forgive her, my heart and my mind want her to pay and that's a promise.

I did not answer her apology for her sister, I just give her a weak smile.

"So your wedding will be postponed?" I asked about changing the topic.

"Yes," she answered sadly.

"Don't be sad I know you both will come there at the right time, trust me. I know Adam," I said reassuring her.

"Call me or email me when the wedding is ready," I said and she frowned.

"Are you leaving?" she asked and there was hope in her voice.

"Yes, I can't stay here longer my people need me," I answered and her face was slowly turning into sadness and sorrow. I know she was thinking about her twin that I might go on here but I will get there.

"How about my sister?" she asked and a single tear run down to her cheek and I quickly wipe it away using my thumb.

"Please don't cry, Adam will surely punch me," I joked to change the atmosphere.

"I'm sorry but I don't know what to do now, I need time and a place to think, but once I had decided I'll assure you that you'll know," I stated and she starts to smile, a weak smile that doesn't reach her eyes.

ADAM'S POV

I couldn't stop myself from listening to their talk so I decided to listen to them even though I knew it was wrong.

"How about my sister?" I heard her ask Marco and by the voice of her, I know she'll crack down.

"Please don't cry, Adam will surely punch me," Marco joked, I know he only wants to cheer Marina but I think it doesn't work.

"I'm sorry but I don't know what to do now, I need time and a place to think, but once I had decided I'll assure you that you'll know," he stated, I know this thing is too hard for him and I don't know how can I help.

Did he already say to her that he wants revenge? No, of course not I know he doesn't. I leave them both and climb upstairs and decide to wait for her.

I can't tell Marina that I'm leaving tomorrow if I don't want to either. But I want this right? It will not long I'll be back for her and take her hand.

FLASHBACK

"Dad"

"Son, I have this news and I hope you're ready to hear this," he said in a weak smile and I am unsure of where is this heading.

"You're leaving tomorrow," he blurted out and released a deep breath.

"Tomorrow?" my heart squirm in pain for hearing those words.

"Why so fast?"

"My friend told me so."

"As soon as you go, as soon as you'll come back."

I sighed in frustration as I run my hands to my hair. The door creaked open and Marina showed up.

"Is there's something wrong Adam?"

MARINA'S POV

"Is there something wrong Adam?" I asked Adam what seemed like stress and something was bothering him.

He slowly raised his head to me and I saw sad eyes. He tried to smile but didn't reach his eyes. He patted the bed next to him.

"Is there a problem with Adam?" I asked as I sat down next to him, feeling that he had something to say.

"I'm leaving tomorrow," he said directly to the point.

I don't know, but I feel deaf to the words he says. I don't even know what to act should I be excited? happy? congratulate him? Even though I don't want him to go?

Stop being so selfish Marina! Can you just support your love? Let him go for a while.

"O-okay," was the only answer that came out of my mouth, I didn't know but later I couldn't stop myself from crying. But I didn't want to cry in front of him and I don't want to be the reason he couldn't continue.

"I promise that I won't long, I'll come back and marry you," he said as he kisses my hair.

"For now the symbol of our love is this," he stated referring to our engagement ring.

I nodded my head for I can't speak a word, that if I speak maybe I would crackdown.

"Even though I am not here, just look at this ring and remember the day when I proposed to you. The day that you said your answer, that day you make me the happiest man in the world. I love you my Marina," he said and a single tear run down on my cheeks, I can't help it he was like saying goodbye.

"I love you too Adam. Don't make a promise to me Adam, please. I might just hope," I said as though his eyes were sad.

"Trust me I will never forget you. I'll communicate with you every day through phone or skype," he said reassuring me.

I just smiled at him that didn't quite reach my eyes. Tomorrow he'll be gone. I know we have a little time together but I feel like it's time to give him what's he's dreaming.

"Adam, please make love to me tonight," I said of what I had thought and I blurted out. Adam looked shocked at what I had just said but recovered as he placed his hand to my cheeks.

He didn't say a single word instead he leaned down and kiss me gently while his hand was on my neck, till our kiss deepen and torrid.

He began undressing me and nibbled my left ear and I m.o.a.n as his hand traveled down to my neckline.

He s.u.c.k.e.d my neck and I m.o.a.n.e.d adoringly as he found my sweet spot. He roamed his lips to neck until he found my lips and began kissing me again.

"Marina," he said between our kisses.

"I love you more than you know," he added and continues kissing me

He unclasped my bra and roamed his hand to my body till we enjoy the night with p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e and sweetness.

ADAM'S POV

I tucked the loose strand of her hair in her ear as I watch her solemnly sleeping. The moonlight struck her beautiful face. I can't sleep for no good reason.

I can't back out now, I took the step and I should go for the next step.

"I'll be your crying shoulder," I sang quietly as I stroke hand to her cheek

"I'll be love suicide"

"I'll be better when I'm older," a single tear run down in my eyes and I quickly wipe it away

"I'll be the greatest fan of your life," I leaned down to her and place a small kiss on her lips

"I'll be back love, I love you," I whispered in the air as I close my eyes and hold her waist close to me.

Yes, my decision has been made right now but nothing will be lost if I continue whatever my dream was then and I know Marina will understand. I love her more than I ever have in my life and so do my dreams. I'll be back Marina, I'll be back.

MARCO'S POV

I waited for my father to go out of the room as my phone vibrated and I look at the caller's ID.

"Keiro," I answered the phone in the third ring

"How's the day?" he asks in a bored tone and I guess that's why he called me to reduce his boredom.

"What do you want?" I directly asked and I know he was smirking right now

"Nothing" he answered

"Okay bye" I muttered acting I'll end the call

"Wait! Wait!" he shouted on the other line

"Spill, you're wasting my time"

"Okay I met this girl, no scratch that a boyish girl that's all," he said shortly

"That's all?" I ask dryly

"Seriously that's all? You call this time just to say that?" I asked plainly, it's 2 in the morning and he just called me for that reason? Idiot

"Yeah that's all," he said with a throaty chuckle

"I'll be not seeing you for a month or two bro," I said and I didn't hear a response.

"Why?"

"You'll know someday"

Keiro was about to say something when my father appeared and I decided to say goodbye to him.

I decided to book a flight to Paris to see her. Maybe this is the right time to start what I have wanted to do and no one could stop me.
