For next 3 days they continued hunt for alien creatures, that is say they found something odd.

-Hey don't you find something odd, Win. We should be no where this strong under a red sun. I think this place is messing with our body. I feel my stamina has increased beyond what I had before trial started.

-Well same cannot be said for our strength Marc.

-True, but think about it. This place is has a red sun and harsh environment, has same atmosphere as Krypton, but we haven't encountered a single Kryptonian animal. All we encountered, seems like tailor made for our training, the more we get strong, the animal gets strong too. As if someone keep pushing us of our limits.

Marcus said exasperatedly. Winston answered,

-Well what do you expect, this place suppose to be a place where we can train. I just pray we don't encounter something way out of our league.

As if to answer to his ranting, they heard loud screeching in sky. They looked up and saw a a flying beast is zooming in on them with an astonishing speed. Though the beast was still a size of dot or just bigger than that, their survival instinct screaming at them to flee, they are absolutely not ready to face that monstrosity. Dropping their food and the large rhino type creature's carcass, they dashed towards forest nearby from the clearing beside a stream, the place where they were having their lunch. After 30 sec or so they the thing swooped down and took off with the carcass after looking around for few seconds. They had a look at the beast and it was a H'Raka, the quadrupedal quadruwinged beast of Krypton. While it can be domesticated, the thing in front of them is a wild and ferocious, carnivorous.

When that H'Raka left with the carcass they released a breath of relief. They realized that they are still no where near the top of food chain at this merciless jungle, literally.

It gave them a wake up call, they started to consider that not only stamina but they have to upgrade their strength and speed too. Otherwise every time they encounter a H'Raka they would have turn their tail and flee, if they got the chance that is. And only way to increase strength is should be the way they increased their stamina. And that is to challenge their existing limit again and again. So, from their trap and kill approach of hunting, they started to confront the beasts. Now, it would be foolish to confront them normally, so they found a valley with only one entry, devised a trap which would trap animals in the valley. First they cleared out preexisting creatures of the valley , then they started to lure them one at a time at first. At first it took both of them at confronting those puma like beast, the first time was particularly dangerous as Marcus got slashed with paw at c.h.e.s.t and Winston got slashed on shoulder. Luckily both were flesh wound and healed after half a days rest. Fortunately after that ordeal things became increasingly easier after each iteration of same process.

By the 7th day they could take on a single Rhino like beast alone, and by the 9th day, they could take on two puma like beasts alone. Just in 9 days after challenging their limit again and again they have become stronger than they were under a yellow sun, that is too under a red sun as they have unleashed their full potential stored in side their body after absorbing six years worth of yellow sun's radiation. They have become freaks even among Kryptonians.

This is the last day of their survival. They could just hide it out in a cave if they want to, but they were itching to try out their new strength against a H'Raka. As if to satisfy their need, they heard the screech again they heard 6 days ago.

Around 30 seconds later the medium sized H'Raka zoomed down on the carcasses they prepared to attract its attention. The flying beast started to devour the carcass there and ignored the twin, as if they were no threat to it. The brothers, specially Winston felt insulted to this behavior. They were still feeling threat from it but not to the point they felt 6 days ago. Winston picked up a stone threw it using half of his strength at the beast's head.

The H'Raka felt enraged at the primate that disturbed its meal and releasing a loud cry it jump towards Winston opening its jaw intending to tear out the child's head in one go.

Just as it was about to reach the child, it felt danger from it's side. But it was too late turn around as it felt heaven defying kick right behind its ear, disorienting it for a bit. *What the hell* it thought. How can a small child has this much strength to jump at this high and deliver a blow strong enough to disorient him. He felt apprehensive as this two primate child may not be simple at all.

The H'Raka went up sky despite feeling a little disoriented and started to hover, but that was a mistake, as Marcus held out his hand as platform and Winston used it as a spring platform to make a high jump at the H'Raka, as they knew it is a little bit disoriented and took the initiative. The H'Raka didn't realize it was distraction and defected the bone sword slash made by Winston mid air. Just as it deflected the attack another bone sword came flying at it at a terrible speed. It was thrown by Marcus at full strength, who could lift a bus now with ease probably. The H'Raka tried to avoid at last second, but still one of it's wings got cut by that sword. Due to disability of one of its wings, it failed to maintain altitude and thus slowing descended down to earth.

Right when the beast descended, Marcus made a jump and with the last sword it had made slash towards its throat. The H'Raka grabbed the bone sword in it's jaw then breaking it, but when it swiped its paw at Marcus, a bone spear flew straight into it's shoulder thus disabling its front lest paw. It still swiped the other paw enraged. Marcus defended with his forearms but they still got mutilated by the sharp nails he was shot off to a nearby tree due to sheer force.

The downed beast then eyed Winston, but just as he looked at the little boy, an stone arrow found its target in its eye this time. Due to pain, the beast lost its rationality and lunged the boy at that time. Winston gracefully dodged, and after a few round of juking he approached from the now gone left eye side of the beast, He jumped and latched on to the beast's neck. Stabbing it repeatedly around the neck. It had strong neck muscles thus taking some to hit the nerve. In the meantime, the beast thrashed about haphazardly, sometimes against trees, sometimes against soil rocks.

By the time, Marcus arrived again, the beast was already weak. He also jumped on the beast neck, but he targeted under jaw at windpipe, with a bone knife. He pierced through with sheer force hitting the point connecting brain and vertebra. The beast stopped making noise and finally dropped on the ground. Dead.
