Right now, there is no use for what ifs. He even needed to worry walking blindly if he wanted to keep moving forward.

There was no help even climbing the stairs as he had to guess where to place his feet and as quickly as he was being shoved from behind.

Behind him he could hear more yelling at Yu Han. Mo Che always knew Yu Han's drinking would

get him into trouble but he never knew it would be like this.

Yu Han was a weak link in this scenario and Mo Che had no way to help him. More sound of violence drifted in the night air, like a light breeze, under the sound of the jet engines.

He gritted his teeth to not lash out to the kidnappers for hurting Yu Han. Being beaten,

but still alive is still something to be thankful about.

Mo Che also felt guilty as his family implicated the Yu family. He regretted inviting Yu Han earlier. Even though his friend can already be considered an alcoholic, the company of the alcohol is much preferable compared to being kidnapped.

"Sir, where is my friends son?" He asked carefully, after not hearing a response from the

one guiding him. 'I hope they did not hurt him and left him alone.' Mo

Che prayed.

"Don't talk." A voice commanded Mo Che from the darkness of his blindfold.

A sudden thud against his cheek, a spurt of pain, and the realization that negotiation is

really impossible with the punch to his face. Mo Che fell silent and his guide

shoved him forwards towards something. He guessed that it was the open cabin door of

the jet.

Below the staircase Yu Han struggled to walk. He coughed loudly and hung his head. His

balance was compromised and Mo Che wondered if Yu Han even realized this was

real.

Mo Che stumbled over the top threshold and into the cabin, ramming his knee into a table, and then finally coming to a forceful rest on what felt like a leather couch.

He breathed hard as he listened for his friend to be thrust into the cabin after him but too much time had passed. Where is he?

More yelling came from the door and Yu Han coughed as he fell with a thud sprawled on the

stairs, his upper body in the cabin and his legs dangling on the stairs.

"Old Han?! Are you alright?" Mo Che asked anxiously. He is very worried to the point of ignoring the danger. He tried to move closer to Yu Han but was pushed back by his guard. "What did you do to my friend? Let him go! I am enough!"

"Tsk. Too noisy! Cover that old man's mouth!" With that, the guard closes to Mo Che tied a dirty rag around his head to cover his mouth.

The cloth was forced between his teeth to shut him up. He can taste the dirt with disgust but ignored it. Mo Che just continued to make noises, as his worry intensifies for Yu Han.

Yu Han coughed louder and g.r.o.a.n.e.d incoherently. The guard hoisted Yu Han up from the floor by his pants and attempted to stand him up straight.

"Finally! This old man is on the verge of death anyway. May as well take care of him now."

The jet engine became louder as the pilot prepared for takeoff. With the jet door hanging open Mo Che could hear the faint sound of sirens. He knew it wouldn't have been long after his abduction that someone would have notified the authorities.

The fact they were able to track them down so quickly was a relief. In only a few moments he and Yu Han would be rescued and they could get to the bottom of this insanity. Of course if he was being taken by the Doncrelli there may be nothing that can be done.

No one wants a run in with them. That is a death wish. In which case he would be stuck on the plane and taken to god knows where.

Mo Che then realized that it does not really matter who came. As long as someone does. If it was Angelo, he will not be on the same position. Why did he had his trusted security to immediately prepare to go to Country Z?

'Wait! I fell on a trap!' Mo Che realized bitterly. His security in the country is lacking as of the moment as they are preparing for the Country Z after receiving a red envelope invitation. However, it is already too late to realize this. A couple of hours too late.
