Me? Oh I’m Kali, Kali Green

Been a while so it might be rusty...

At 5 am in a certain house where it bounds to get chaotic, it was quiet.

Everyone was still sleeping, at least the residents in the house, except for two people.

Those two people were Kali and Hannah.

These two were in the living room couch watching cartoons and a table full of chunk food in front of them.

Kali had nothing on except for some basketball shorts on and Hannah only had her pampers on.

And around their mouths and stomachs were stained with chunk food such as chocolate, chip crumbles, and other kinds of mess.

This became a normal thing for the two as Hannah would always get up early and would do whatever she wants without anyone there since everyone would be sleeping in the morning.

Kali could avoid sleeping for months or even years if he used his KI the right way, and so he would wake up whenever little Hannah would and they would do things together.

Kali remembered the morning cartoon shows in his past life which was a good experience, and so he decided on letting Hannah experience the same thing.

And since then they both had been watching cartoons in the mornings and eating a lot of chunk foods.

At first, the chunk food was depleting rapidly since the house was full of basically kids, and Kali had a black-hole in his stomach and a soul of a kid, the goods could be devoured in a day.

And so he filled half the bas.e.m.e.nt with a lot of chunk food.

And before Kali knew it the kids brought couches and a tv down to the bas.e.m.e.nt and made it a hangout place right next to the chunk food.

The boys go down there and hang out on Sunday nights watching games or playing video games making a mess of wraps from the chunk foods.

The girls, on the other hand, would go there and eat up the most when they get stressed out, the bas.e.m.e.nt would be the perfect spot for them, they would eat their stress away.

In the end, Kali gave the job of resupplying to Charles every week.

Other than that the mornings would be Kali and Hannah's time for chunk food.

At times Kali would get an earful from the others since he was giving too much of the chunk food for Hannah but he ignored them, he was the big boss of the house and he will do whatever he wants, along with Hannah as well.

She was the princess and everyone loved her, she gets whatever she wants and whatever she doesn't want is gone.

A few times Hannah went to the girl's house to sleep there, she had a lot of favorites such as Charles or Anna but her #1 favorite was Kali.

Whenever they are together they would do whatever she wants.

Kali tried to hold back and not spoil her but he loses it every time she gets teary-eyed.

Both Charles and Anna would lose out to Kali and couldn't stop him so they went to Magnus for help in stopping Kali's spoiling.

But that just worsened the situation as Magnus screamed out outrageously, not to stop Kali but joining in spoiling Hannah and it became a contest on who could spoil Hannah the most.

This angered Anna as she gave them both a lecture before taking Hannah to the girl's house.

Only after a few days did she allow Hannah to come back, but since then both Kali and Magnus took it down a notch, but they were still spoiling her and Hannah was having the time of her life.

Other than that a few more things changed in this new years, one of them being the group workouts.

The trio always did their things in the early mornings which was some running then workouts at the [Nest], the thing that was different now though was that the others started to join them and tried to keep up.

The boys started some exercises and training with the trio wanting to get stronger as well, some had the thought of becoming heroes as well.

Some of the girls also joined in as they thought it would be beneficial to their lifestyle and would get them in shape, also because taking that much chunk food gave them a little fat and so working out is good.

For Ronny, he kept on bothering Kali to train him and start the punchings and such, but Kali told him to start training with the trio for a while until he is fit enough to start the hellish training in his mind.

During the morning exercises, the trio had different kind of behaviors,

Markus, who would laugh at the pathetic faces of the exhausted and can barely keep up.

Zhang, who didn't care and just did the training without minding anyone.

And Charles who was always helping the others and motivating them.

The kids were shocked at the regiment the trio was doing daily, when they started the run at the house to the [Nest] it was more than 10 miles.

They had to stop a few times so they can catch their breath, while the trio didn't have one drop of sweat.

After they reached the [Nest] everyone was panting wanting to throw up.

Yet the trio still didn't sweat, the next thing they did shocked them even further, for the three that 10 miles was just a l.a.p, they were gonna run back to the house and back to the [Nest] mote than a few times.

Luckily the told them to just stay and exercise here while they finish their run.

In the end, they finished 15 l.a.p.s from the boy's house to the [Nest] over and over again before the three started sweating, but the others thought the trio should be at least this capable to be the Night-Watchers.

The name Night-Watchers is ceasing to exist as more than a few times appeared during the day.

In New York, the name Nightwing, Red Hood, and Red Robin became a fact rather than stories, videos and images of them became more frequent earning them a large amount of fans throughout the cities and neighboring states.

The people started giving the trio a name like Nightwing the Charismatic, Red Hood the Rebellious, and Zhang the Mastermind.

Their reputations became more than just simple heroes as they made most parts of Manhattan and other cities safe and criminals afraid.

The trio started doing solo Ops and is more than capable of handling them.

Nightwing, other than unmasking himself he played by the rules of what a true hero does, he slowly became more closer to the police until they started accepting him as working with Nightwing was a good thing, more of the police forces end up safe and successful in operations when they team up with Nightwing.

At first, people thought his hero name was kind of weird and all, when they first debuted he couldn't fly and all, but after a while, they finally saw his abilities to fly.

Now he made more than a few friends in the police force that aren't corrupted.

Red Hood became a lone wolf and started doing his own things, with his new weapons he struck fear into the hearts of the worst criminals out in the city. Residents would know he is around when a deafening loud bang would go off, the weapons he had weren't any kind of weapons, the range was good and the damage was devastating.

When he shoots the bang is many times louder than a simple pistol bang, when he pulls the triggers it resounded many meters away giving a shiver to the criminals.

At first, residents were scared but as time passes they saw on the news that these loud shots only aimed at the truly evil criminals.

Everyone was against the way Markus did things and they went to Kali to stop him from his crazy killings but Kali just turned a blind eye.

His words were "I'd rather he use those for the criminals than others" and he didn't do anything so they just let it be.

The police departments labeled Markus as criminal and not a hero in public, but most of the police officers were actually siding with Red Hood secretly.

Thinking that the only way to ever clean out the gutters was a bullet to the head with these crimes lords, and so Markus also gathered a few fans although mostly secret admirers.

The New Yorkers agreed with the way Red Hood did things as it would be more effective than simply putting them in jail just for them to be released later on.

Zhang, now Zhang was also doing things alone. Ever since he got the gift from Magnus about being highly comprehensive and understanding the complicated more better, he locked himself in the room, the bas.e.m.e.nt, and the [Nest] reading every book and every page on the internet like a madman.

It was scary as Zhang was addicted to knowledge and was craving more every day, he was also getting smarter by the day.

His mind opened more space as he filled them to the brink with different categories of knowledge, but the learned from was about technology, computer science, programming, coding and even topics too deep for the others to understand.

Zhang was now smarter than Kali's mind, and everything Kali knew about technology seemed like baby toys to Zhang, even among other categories like science or mathematics Zhang has higher knowledge than Kali, though only by a little since he only ever studied about the world of technology.

At some point, he started taking apart things like computers, phones, TVs, and other things that have wires.

And he started building and put things together making things he pictured in his head, on the other hand, no one knew what he was making, not even Kali, but they just let him do his thing.

On the side he took his computer apart making a few adjustments before putting them back together, he started typing like crazy and went to the [Nest] doing the same thing to the computers.

After finishing he said he upgraded them along with putting a few other securities on it making it more secure and stronger.

Kali was really impressed by this but he couldn't help worrying for the kid, he spent too much on these things and not going out with friends or doing other activities.

Zhang is also working on something on the computers and is creating something, he said it would help everyone by the time he finished with it, but for now, he is either held up in a room studying or out at night patrolling.

Red Robin was able to get the name of Mastermind from the fact that he barely lifts a finger and many criminals and corrupted officials are arrested.

Red Robin's area of expertise is being online, whenever he thinks is necessary he exposes someone around the billboards of New York, other than that, all around the internet he branded the mark of "R" on the dangerous sites so the innocents surfing the internet knows it's a dangerous site.

These activities made the public favor the three more than ever, and are now called the Guardians of Manhattan.

Even though these three were popping trends around the cities, there was something even more popular and talked about than them.

And that was the Green Guardian, who was Kali, and he didn't know about this but his stories of saving New York was a nonstop topic in New York.

The residents of New York now know that there is a god-like guardian in the city that could send down giant swords from the heavens and punish the creatures of evil, this Green Guardian was their last line of defense right after the trio Guardians of Manhattan.

Yet the thing they don't know was that that very Green Guardian was the father figure of the trio, and the duty of protecting the city was just a family activity.

And even though they were saved thanks to the Guardian they were still uneasy for the fact that a giant octopus appeared in the middle of the city, some wondered where it came from or if there were more like that creature, even some secret forces started preparing all kinds of weapons if other creatures show.

Some looked at the thing and saw it as the Kraken in the myths, the legendary Kraken which created a chain of reaction where others thought about the legends being told was true.

Kali was ignorant to the thoughts of the people and was not really interested in what others are yapping about, he loves this calm environment he is having with his little princess, and that was all he felt like he needed.

For the past few weeks he had relaxing days other than the times he would brawl with Magnus and break a few things, or run from a potentially angry Anna.

He was having a nice life even to the point of forgetting that he was in the Marvel verse, and at times he even thought about changing a few things so that the battle of New York never happens and he enjoys his peaceful life.

But he changed his mind and planned to have fun with it when the time comes, and for now he will just mess around with the world.

A few times he went out to patrol with the trio in full dark clothing, he raced Nightwing as they flew across the cities which he held back on, he followed the annoyed Red Hood as he shot bullets onto the limbs of criminals, and dragged the reluctant Red Robin out for a few patrols.

He also started a garden of his own, he planted a few seeds and used KI enhancing the growth speed of the fruits and vegetables, now there is a section full of invigorating fruits and vegetables.

The girls were tired of coming over just to pick these things so Kali just build them a small green house with the same things, mostly fruits.

With some ideas he made small KI beans and let them grow at the [Nest] which was really helpful for anyone who roams in there.

Kali also thought of other ideas and started taking down the wall in the bas.e.m.e.nt, the others attracted to the sounds asked what he was doing.

He said he was making a few underground levels for use, that way he could do some inventing or experiments without having to go to the [Nest].

Kali was really living it and was happy, they had money from the patrols and from the restaurants which acc.u.mulates to millions, plus Kali was skilled enough to rip some money off of some criminals online and is something Zhang could easily also do.

When the others heard that more than half the money came from criminals they didn't know how to feel about it, but Kali changed their minds with the simple words of "Money is Money" it is a sin of itself.

Along with other words he changed how they feel, now they weren't naive enough to deny dirty money when they need it, even Keon uses a large amount to put it in charity and fundraising events.

But they didn't go too crazy with it, Kali told them that being successful isn't having money and wealth but by being happy, they kept those words in mind but at times would still go crazy with the money.

The week after christmas Kali brought 3 cars, 2 BMW 6 series and a hummer for himself.

He gifted the white beamer to the girls and the black one for the boys.

Though he can fly everywhere and whatever the kids can't, and so he thought of the cars as gifts, now everyone is fighting on who uses the car when and where, Kali just told them to either do Rock, Paper, Scissors or someone gets it for a day.

But some were not as interested like Roberto, Zhang, and Tina.

Kali brought the Hummer for fun and for the act and such, still the boys at tikes asked to use it and he willingly let them, that is if he trusts them enough to drive them.

The cars also helped some of them as Kali sent them back to school, previously Kali set their status as Homeschooled and taught them as much as he can, but now they lived in different places.

Most of them only need a year before they graduate anyways.

He has called both Natasha and Barton a few times but only Barton picked up, he informed Kali that they went on separate assignments again.

Kali also learned that Barton was now able to manifest an arrow, but only for a while in focus and only one, but Kali congratulated him that he is progressing nicely, baby steps.

He asked for Natasha but Barton said she seemed to be out on another long assignment which got him thinking maybe the universe doesn't want them out on dinner.

...

As the two were watching cartoons Hannah was eating ice cream smearing on her mouth and nose, Kali leaned in on her and opened his mouth gesturing he wants some.

Hannah being the nice girl she is moved the cone full of ice cream close to Kali, which was a bad move.

*Crunch*

Kali opened his mouth and took a "small" bite before backing away.

Hannah was looking back and forth from her ice cream and Kali.

There was no more ice cream but a half eaten cone.

She was about to tear up when she stopped and held strong, she pouted and frowned for a second looking at Kali before smiling, she she moved the cone for Kali to eat again.

Kali smiled thinking what a nice girl she is, when he leaned up and ate the leftover cone a slap was heard out of nowhere, Kali's eyes widened and his jaw froze from biting the cone.

He looked at Hannah who had a frown and her lower lip out pouting at him.

"D- did you slap me?" Kali asked with a shocked face.

"Hmmph!"

Hannah huffed crossed her little arms and looked away in anger.

Kali was shocked, this was the first time Hannah got violent since she is usually a lovely child, was he spoiling her too much? He wondered.

Hannah's attention was brought back by the sound of sobbing and snifflings, she looked back just to see Kali turned away and shaking fakingly crying.

She donned a sad expression and jumped to Kali wrapping her little hands around his neck, then patting the top of his head.

Seeing that he hasn't stopped "crying" she grabbed his head and forcefully turned his head her way, Kali wanted to burst out laughing but kept in character.

When she turned his head her way she kissed his eyelids thinking it would stop his crying.

"Pfffttthahahahahahahah, oh your adorable!!" Kali screamed out grabbing her before hugging her tightly, when he screamed out his loud self scared her.

*Creak*

As they were sitting on the couch the door opened as Logan walked in, he had his own key and would come and go as hep pleases, he was already part of the family whether he knows it or not.

"Aah morning Logan." Kali said.

"Morning." Logan said as he bee lined straight for the kitchen.

He also became comfortable enough to help himself in the house as he went through the fridge and gathered some things microwaving it then stuffed his face with the food.

"How was the meditation? Any more progress?" Kali asked.

"Mhmm, I was able to feel more than last week, but I still can't bend them the way I want." Logan said.

Kali started teaching him how to sense his KI and also told him how to bend the KI to his will but it wasn't going as quick as they want, it was still good progress either way.

Kali wanted to rush him to see how more badass this wolf would get, but rushing him wasn't a good idea.

It was easy using [KI Enhance] as it was the most basic of basic, even Barton did it himself, but the other ways of using it was hundreds of miles harder than learning the enhancements, even the trio haven't gone that far and is still on [KI Enhance].

But there is nothing wrong with that, Logan was already strong and will get another few layer of strength and speed added to it making him most likely to win if there is ever a Wolverine vs. Hulk.

Kali asked for some blood from Logan for a project he was working on, Logan barely asked any question before casually cutting his wrist and drain blood to him.

It was the same project he was working on when he took Jeans blood, he also asked for Jeans blood this time and was coming closer to his work.

He has been helping Jean take control of her emotions, he showed her how to be chill rather than live a life full of emo and drama.

It helped a little as well as being with the others she would laugh every so often and no more movie logic dramas and such.

Kali figured the flaming chicken inside her was in some kind of hibernation so the only thing setting her off gotta be her emotions, he tried showing her that she can control the Phoenix powers and lock it with a switch, that way whenever she needs it she would just switch it on or off.

Kali was working on a drink that would be able to take the powers of a mutant away either permanently or temporarily, and another tech like bracelet that would shut off the basic powers of a mutant when worn.

But he doesn't think a bracelet would work for her and aimed for something like a circlet or head accessories.

While they were talking footsteps were heard on the steps as two people walked down, Charles and Markus.

Charles walked down with a towel over his neck as he used it to wipe his wet hair, Markus behind him had red pajamas on with messy hair not caring about how he looks.

"Aah, and the early birds woke up." Kali said.

"Chales!!" Hannah screamed as she ran around the couch jumping on Charles.

"Well good morning sunshine." Charles said as he caught Hannah and hugged her.

Charles was her second favorite person in the world, she said, but in her head there was two #2's.

Charles and Anna was both #2, it shocked the two as Charles thought of Hannah almost all the time, and Anna took care of her almost %80 percent of the time, yet her #1 favorite person in the whole wide world was the man with a smug look on the couch.

"Did you wake up early again?" Charles asked to which she nodded.

Hannah looked to the side and saw Markus, as they made eye contact a sudden silence ensued before they both made mocking faces and stuck their tongue out.

On Hannah's head, Markus' position was low, probably the lowest.

"Watcha lookin at brat!!" Markus said glaring at Hannah, who just stuck her tongue out.

They soon walked to the kitchen making themselves some breakfast before the backdoor also opened and Magnus walked in shirtless and sweaty as if he just finished an intense sweating.

Ever since he officially stayed here he has always been craving the world of warriors, such like the code of Bushido, the world of Samurais, honor, justice and everything involved with great glorious battle.

He spent his days and nights sword practicing in the back and set up his own TV watching Japanese movies of Martial arts, Swordsmanship, along with strategic war movies.

At times he would let out quotes from the movies said by martial arts grandmasters and those wise old hermits in it, but it's as if he is speaking to the air itself as everyone just ignores him making him look like a crazy old man.

"Hahaha a beautiful day children!!" Magnus said almost yelling.

As they were busing in the kitchen Kali looked at his watch before putting his middle and index finger in his mouth whistling.

*FWEEEEEETTTTT!!*

A sharp whistle sounded out throughout the house waling everyone up.

"IF YOU HAVE SCHOOL THEN GET UP!! DON'T MAKE ME COME UP THERE!!" Kali screamed out.

Not long you can hear groans and thuds as they started waking up, they didn't wanna close their eyes or else they will just go back to sleep, when that happens the next time they wale up would be from extreme heat or extreme cold and they didn't wanna experience that torture again.

*Bang* x3

"Dude hurry up!!" Someone yelled out from upstairs.

"I just got in you idiot, use the one downstairs." Someone else screamed out.

Then a racket of noises sounded as two boys ran down the stairs, Chase and Dillon, Dillon pushed Chase as he tripped and Dillon got to the bathroom first on the ground floor.

"Ugh." Chase grunted.

"Might as well get some breakfast first." Kali said.

"Yeah yeah, on and Ronny is still asleep." Chase said walking past the living room.

Kali closed his eyes and looked upwards, he brought his hands up before snapping them.

"GGRRRYYYYAAAHAHHHHHHHH!!" A loud scream sounded out upstairs.

"Haha that always works." Kali said.

He looked back onto the TV and he saw a new trend of the year: The Iphone.

'Hahahaha time is moving too slow, the first Iphone is viewed as one of the few futuristic tech in this era' Kali thought.

There were some things that has advanced tech while other don't, and the world of phones doesn't seem to be advancing too far from his past world.

Kali suddenly jerked up wide-eyed, he had a big a.s.s idea in his head, and it was big.

*cough*

Magnus cleared his throat as he sat next to him on the couch looking at him.

"Are you sure you wanna do that? I thought you like living a relaxing life, if you go through with that idea then you would definitely lose the relaxation part of your life." Magnus said as he scooped the bowl of cereal with a spoon and ate it.

"Hehe of course I like to relax, but to me it's really all out relaxation or full on thrills.

Plus...

Who goes to the Marvel universe to relax." Kali said with a smile.
