Meeting Them

Lilac's POV

Even though, Jin's birthday party ended earlier than we have expected but it was fine because they also need to rest. Even if my mood was actually not that good today, it had been lifted up by having the chance to meet them today. It was my first time being able to celebrate his birthday. I hope that I could still have the chance to celebrate the rest of the member's birthday when time comes. I don't want to waste my time on useless thing anymore but to focus on them as they are the ones that could make me happy. Again Yoon Gi got the chance to send me home. I wonder how did he get so lucky each time.

"Lilac let's go." Yoon Gi said,

"Oh ok. Bye guys." I said and went with him.

While I was walking behind him, I'm internally arguing with myself whether to talk first or not. In the end, he starts talking first before I had the chance to.

"How are you doing?" Yoon Gi said.

"Oh I'm fine. But I had a horrible day today. It was better after meeting you guys." I said honestly.

"What happened?" Yoon Gi asked.

"Maybe I'll tell you the story one day." I said.

"Ah ok. I won't force you to tell me if you don't want" Yoon Gi said.

"Thank you for understanding." I said.

"You're welcome. I know that everyone have a secret that they want to keep to themselves." Yoon Gi said.

"That's true." I said.

After that we didn't talk anymore and the way back to my place was so quiet. I didn't realize when did I fall asleep because I was physically and mentally exhausted by the events going on today. I woke up when I felt someone shaking me up. I woke up groggily to see that we had arrived at my place. I bid Yoon Gi good bye and was going to go out of the car when a hand pull me back. I was shocked by the sudden force. When I turn to look at Yoon Gi, our lips grazed by each other.

"Lilac I have something to tell you." Yoon Gi said.

"What is it? Can't you just tell me tomorrow?" I said.

"No. This is very important. It's about my future." Yoon Gi said.

"Alright you have 10 minutes." I said.

"Well I'm not good at saying any sweet sentences or creating a romantic atmosphere to tell you this. But I really want you to know how much I like you. Before you say anything let me finish first. Well it's like this. At first I wasn't sure of my feelings towards you until I see you in the picture that Jin hyung took. I realize that all this while the reason why I reject all other girls it's because of you. I was denying my feelings in the first place because you were so close to Jung Kook so I thought that you like him. But who knows that I was wrong. I caught you sneaking glances at me when no one else was seeing. At that point, I realize that the person that you like was me. I've been trying to gather my courage to tell you how much I like you but I just couldn't. The reason why I confessed to you today it's because I'm worried that you would fall in love with Jung Kook. I don't need you to answer me now but I just want to tell you my feelings. If you like me as well, would you be willing to be my girlfriend?" Yoon Gi said almost without breathing.

I was stunned shocked by what he told me. I never would have thought that one day my bias would tell me this. Never in my dreams I ever thought about this.

"Umm I will think about it. So could you let go of my hand. I will give you an answer." I said and left without waiting for him to say anything else.
