Meeting Them

Seok Jin's POV

So this is where Hanuel is staying now. This neighborhood looks very peaceful and quiet. Maybe I can suggest to manager hyung and PD-nim to buy a dorm for the 7 of us here. We can come here and have a break during our holidays, Moreover it's surrounded by trees and the people around here are so friendly towards each other. But one thing bad is that we need to walk to reach Hanuel's house because the place she's staying is quite deep inside and my car couldn't go in. Never mind I can do it in order to see her. Upon reaching a bronze gate house, Lilac rang the doorbell. No one came and open the door so she decided to ring it again. A head popped out from the door. I was so excited thinking that it was Hanuel. Turns out it was her sister, Hazel.

"Hazel how are you?" Lilac asked.

"Hey Lilac. I'm fine." Hazel replied.

"Urmm…. Is Hanuel at home?" Lilac asked.

"Yeah why? She's upstairs studying. Let's not stand by the door. Come in." Hazel replied.

"Actually I brought a friend as well. Is it ok with you? He's here to meet Hanuel." Lilac said.

"Sure. I'll call her first. You both come in and sit down. Make yourself at home." Hazel said.

"Hanuel-ah come down. Someone is here to see you." Hazel shouted from the stairs.

"Ok coming." Hanuel's voice could be heard from her room.

I look around the house and find it feeling very homey. The paintings on the wall, the wallpaper on the wall and the colour of the paint gives off the warm vibes. It makes one feels very welcome here.

"Here have some tea." Hazel said while pouring the tea for us.

"Is it ok if I take Hanuel out for a walk? There's something I want to talk to her in private." I said.

She looks like she's contemplating whether she should trust me or not.

"Sure." Hazel said.

I let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding when she said sure.

"Sis who is it that wants to meet me?" Hanuel said.

"That would be me. Do I have the honor to take you out for a walk? There's some private thing I need to ask you." I said.

 "Uhhh..... Sure." Hanuel said.

When Hanuel was willing to walk out with me, nothing could describe how happy I am. When we walk into the forest, I decide to take off my mask but before doing so I told Hanuel not to scream.

"Hanuel, cam you promise me one thing?" I asked.

"What is it?" Hanuel asked.

"Promise me you would not scream when you see my real identity." I said.

"Ok." Hanuel replied.

When I took off my mask, Hanuel was stunned shocked. I know she recognize me but I don't know she recognize me as Jin of BTS or her childhood friend Seok Jin.

"Am I.........…. dreaming? You're.......... BTS Jin. Aren't......... you?" Hanuel speak stammeringly.

" So you don't remember me?" I asked.

"Huh?" Hanuel said with a  blur face.

So she really didn't remember me.

"Do you remember this?" I asked while showing her the heart-shaped hairband.

"Isn't this mine? How come you have it? I gave it to my childhood friend, Seok...." Hanuel said trailing off.

"Hello Hanuel. It's me Seok Jin." I said.

"Omg oppa. I never thought that it would be you." Hanuel said.

"I miss you so much." I said and I pull her into my embrace.

"Oppa I miss you too." Hanuel said.

"I thought that I would never be able to find you again after bumping to you at Han river. But thanks to Lilac she knows you and your sister only I would be able to find you. Hanuel I know that you had always seen me as your big brother but here I want to ask you something. I'm not a man that is good at saying all those cheesy romantic lines but I would like to ask you to be my girlfriend. Are you willing? Give me the chance to make you happy as well." I said.

"Um... well I've always been liking you since I was younger. Of course I would." Hanuel said.

"Looks like Lilac was right. I've made the correct decision to come and see you today Hanuel-ah." I said.

"Oh did Lilac unnie make you come here?" Hanuel asked.

"Hmm." I hummed still hugging her.

I don't even want to let her go fearing that she would disappear if I let her go. Like how she always did in my dreams.

"Oppa let's go back." Hanuel said.

"But I want to spend more time with you." I said while pouting.

"I need to study oppa. I have exams tomorrow." Hanuel said.

"Ok." I said.

Along the way back, I asked her about what happened during that year that I left without telling her and how is her life like after I left. She told me a lot but I still felt that she's hiding something. Maybe one day she would be ready to tell me everything.
