POV of Outsider

-----------------------------------

Ladybug stood there petrified as Sir Noir was trembling without knowing what to say. Having had enough, she broke an arm free and lifted her hand high into the air. She hesitated for a moment but saw a blood vessel pop in his eye and thought it best to stop this while she still could. Letting her hand fly, Sir Noir stumbled back under her slap.

"We don't have time for this! Street Fighter is still up there! Now, I don't know what you think you saw but I just swung in here and saw--"

Before she could finish, Ladybug was slammed into the nearest chunk of metal. Grabbing her wrist, Sir Noir whispered next to her neck without looking at her in fear of his emotions running wild, "why couldn't you just stay within the glass?" He sighed trying to calm his anger without loosening his grip on her wrists.

She blushed not knowing what to say. His breath still lingered against her skin making her tremble in an emotion she'd only felt one other time before with a different cat. She but her lip and whimpered, "I—"

Cutting into their steamy moment, a scream echoed from the top of the tower making the two of them break apart.

Looking up, Ladybug saw the new hero caught by the neck by Street Fighter. He let the lizard dangle in the air helplessly then threw him to the side to his minions to hold him down. Ladybug gasped in horror and jumped up there with Sir Noir in suit.

Street Fighter yelled down the tower, "capture Ladybug and Sir Noir alive and bring them to me!"

Dozens of his henchmen began climbing hastily up the Eiffel Tower cackling on their way up. Inch after inch, Ladybug stared in horror between the followers and the minions holding down the new miraculous holder in front of her. Turning around, she ran to Sir Noir frantically panting, "what do we do?! We can't get captured trying to save him but we can't just leave him here!" She choked down her confused tears and clicked her fingers, "the lucky charm!"

"Shouldn't you save that until we actually need it?" Sir Noir grabbed her hand before it could reach for her yo-yo.

Ladybug yanked her hand free, "I can just detransform and recharge it's no big deal. We need to know what the right choice is first!" Throwing up her yoyo without a second opinion from her partner, she yelped, "lucky charm!"

Red and pink lights swirled around then as Street Fighter's goons closed in. Looking up, both Ladybug and Sir Noir caught a big metal Gong making them both perk up and in unison say, "Master Fu!"

Throwing the gong up together, it disappeared while nothing else changed. Just as they did, the akumatized followers reached their level and tried to grab at the two but one after another they caught them off. "Sir Noir, we need to get out of here before they take all of us!"

Sir Noir looked over at Ladybug struggling to keep them off of her but all he saw was Marinette in the middle of something she shouldn't be. "You go! I'll hold them off for you to escape!"

"What—?!"

Before she could answer, Sir Noir pushed her off the tower, leaving himself to fight alone. Unexpectedly, surrounded by the followers, Sir Noir was fending them off jump fine until he felt one of them wrap around his waist.

Twisting and turning, it was no use. He'd been caught.

Closing his eyes, he braced himself for what came next but all he felt was the air whipping past his little ears. Opening his eyes slowly, he watched as the Eiffel Tower got smaller and smaller. Looking down, he saw familiar red hands that wrapped around his waist. Shimmying in her arms, he turned to face her bluebell eyes shine with determination.

"Never, and I mean never, pull that crap again! We're in this together! I don't care how many people are overpowering us, we're in this together!" She didn't look at him for fear that he'd encapsulate her in his sea-green eyes.

The two of them landed in an all too familiar building with traditional Chinese wallpaper covering the walls. Before opening the door, Ladybug grasped her partner-in-saving's hand and slid the door open together.

Holding Tarragon down on his knees by his shoulders, Street Fighter's goons laughed along with their master. A thick and menacing voice cut through the laughter making everyone go silent, "good work Street Fighter, you've caught one of them!"

"Just as I promised, Hawkmoth." Street Fighter pulled Tarragon's head up by almost yanking his honey blonde hair from his head.

Heavy steps echoed across the metal flooring making everyone look up, even the birds seem to be distracted by the scene in front of them. Stepping out of the shadows, Hawkmoth's purple suit glimmered in the moonlight causing a few to step back in fear.

Stepping up to the dragon holder, Hawkmoth determinedly announced, "now! Let's see who's been trying to mess up my plans alongside that puny bug and stray cat!" Ripping off the belt around Tarragon's waist as he struggled against the men holding him down. Hawkmoth bellowed, "for getting in the way, I'll destroy--!"

Stumbling back with shivers chasing down his spine, Hawkmoth looks down to see his only blond-haired boy being restrained in front of him struggling to be free. His eyes flared up as he began yelling about how they wouldn't get away with this and that Ladybug will come.

But all the trembling butterfly could think of was how his son was part of the people he despised the most in this world.
