Miss Ordinary: I Was Reborn To Love You!

The next day, Bella Lim woke up early because she didn't know the specific time for them to leave to Sinby Haven. When she walked out of her room, both Lu Fei and little pumpkin were already outside, fully dressed in beach casual styles.

"Morning Bella,"

"Morning, big sis!" both the big man and the little boy spoke in unison, greeting the freshly showered lady. In their hands were big mugs filled with hot chocolate. Little pumpkin was also holding a cheese quiche on his other hand.

"We'll leave as soon as Eric returns from his office," Lu Fei explained when he saw the questioning look on Bella Lim's face.

"I see," Bella Lim said as she nodded her head. It seemed that Eric Wu was really busy. Despite that, he insisted to go to Sinby Haven. Perhaps, Madam Olivia's threatening words were something to be feared of or else it would be impossible to get the man off work if it wasn't in his schedule.

"When will he be back?" she asked as she took the seat beside little pumpkin, who offered a mug of warm chocolate for herself. She smiled at the little boy while touching his hair at the same time. She played with him a little before listening to Lu Fei.

"Supposedly soon," Lu Fei spoke. Suddenly, the elevator's door which was on his line of sight was opened and Eric Wu walked out of it. "Speak of the devil," Lu Fei sneered as he rose the mug in his hand.

"Bro, join us!" he invited the handsome man who was walking towards them.

Bella Lim felt her body tensed the moment she saw Eric Wu. She looked at him, and for a while there, their eyes locked. However as if her existence was nothing, the man simply ignored her before joining them for breakfast.

Why? Why was he still this cold?

Bella Lim tightened her grips on the mug she was holding as she listened to the conversation between Eric Wu and Lu Fei. She didn't know whether it was suitable for her to barge into their exchanges since Eric Wu seemed unwilling to let her in. Hence, she dedicated the whole time eating the quiches served on the table.

"Bella,"

"Bella!"

The repeated calls alerted Bella Lim, who then looked at Lu Fei with a frown on her face. Feeling that something wasn't right, she looked around and realized that they were the only people left in the living room.

"Is it the time to leave?" she asked absentmindedly. "Where is little pumpkin?" she mumbled.

Lu Fei shook his head and sighed. "He already left with Eric. We should chase after them," he said as he patted her on the shoulder. Bella Lim nodded her head and walked towards her room to retrieve her stuff.

"Eric has instructed the maid to bring your bag," Lu Fei's words made Bella Lim stopped on her track. She turned around with a deepened frown on her face.

"Lu Fei, what's wrong with him? He is hard to approach since yesterday. Do you know what I have done wrong?" she asked, biting her lips grudgingly.

Lu Fei was startled. Though he already knew the misunderstanding between Bella Lim and Eric Wu, her question still took him by surprise. Knowing Bella Lim, he thought that she would remain silent about it. It was unexpected for her to suddenly asked him about it.

"Him? You're talking about Eric?" Lu Fei pretended to ask although he already had his own guess. Right now, they were already inside the elevator heading towards the first floor, so they can walk towards Eric Wu's personal aircraft hangar.

Bella Lim shrugged her shoulder off and said, "He should at least tell me what I did wrong instead of ignoring me," she vented. Inside her head, she wanted to stop herself, but the frustration she felt made her looked for some sort of release.

Bella Lim looked at her surroundings. She had no idea where they were going, thankfully Lu Fei seemed to know the way. So, she just followed him.

"Why don't you ask him?" Lu Fei chuckled. "You've three days to clear the misunderstanding between the two of you. You'll spend a day with him alone, make use of it," he added as he waved his hands towards little pumpkin who was also waving at them.

Bella Lim swallowed her saliva while also thinking about the sentence she just heard from Lu Fei. Something felt odd, but she couldn't accurately pinpoint what the oddity was. However, she was no longer interested in the topic since she was shocked by the news of them going to Sinby Haven by aircraft.

"Where exactly is Sinby Haven?" she asked as she matched Lu Fei's steps. The man slowed down and took a glance at Bella Lim before he walked at the same pace again.

"I thought Eric has told you. The fastest transportation to reach Sinby Haven is by plane," Lu Fei explained. Hearing this, Bella Lim felt like her jaw would drop. She didn't know that! Was this how the rich travel? She pondered as she entered the plane.

The journey to Sinby Haven was tormenting. At least to Bella Lim who was sitting beside Eric Wu. She tried to converse with him, but his serious manner plus his full attention towards the laptop in front of him stopped her from taking the initiative. So, she only talked with little pumpkin and Lu Fei.

She tried to exchange seats, but Lu Fei who sat beside little pumpkin was indifferent, pretending to be blind by the signals she gave. As for little pumpkin, she had no intention of taking his privilege seat near the airplane window because he had been showing deep interest in the clouds outside of the plane.

Bored, Bella Lim decided to rest her eyes. There was no use trying to talk to Eric Wu since he was busy. Besides, when she attempted a smile at him, he only stared back with his usual expressionless face. If only he told her what was bothering him... she wouldn't feel so dejected. Taking a deep breath, Bella Lim exhaled slowly. Not long after, she fell asleep.

Eric Wu shrugged his stiff shoulder and closed the laptop in front of him and passed it to Tao who was sitting behind the seat he was sitting. He stretched his hands up and moved his head sideways. He noticed that Bella Lim was asleep. He looked around and realized that both Lu Fei and little pumpkin were dozing off as well. He took another look at Bella Lim and sighed. His gaze was on her for quite sometimes before his hand naturally removed the coat he was wearing to cover her body. Although it wasn't cold, he felt cold just by looking at her petite body.

Eric Wu froze when his action received a reaction from Bella Lim. Even though it didn't wake her up, her action of pulling his coat to cover her upper body made him unable to resist the urge to stare at her for long. This wasn't the first time he saw her face up close, but definitely the first for him to look at every feature on her face. He recalled the first time he met her, the tiredness that etched on her face made her looked older than her real age. Now, she regained her youth and looked like an angel coming from heaven. She was truly beautiful, more beautiful than the one he had met in his dream.

Or was she not? Perhaps, his feeling towards her made her looked beautiful more than anyone else. Still, her face which clear of impurities was the perfect canvas for her neatly trimmed eyebrows and long, curved eyelashes. Her slightly upturned nose made her looked feminine although her attitude wasn't really one. But, he loved it! He loved everything about her.

Her lips were the most attractive. He found himself drawn into the different types of expressions shown through her lips. The accentuated cupid bow when she pouted often sent his heartbeat to the wilderness.

'Bella,' he called him inside his head. However, a complicated look was also on his face the moment her name appeared inside his head.

"E-Eric?!"

Eric Wu was startled when he saw Bella Lim's blue eyes were now staring at him in bewilderment. Her panic voice made him remembered their talk yesterday. He sighed as he properly sat on his own seat. "Sorry to wake you up," he muttered as he faced her, which didn't last for a few seconds.

Bella Lim didn't know what to say. She was so surprised to wake up with the full view of Eric Wu's face. When she found out that his coat was on her, she felt an instant hope. A hope that he was no longer cold towards her. However, when she saw the complicated expression on his face, she knew, she was hoping for another impossible thing to happen.

"Did I do something wrong?" she asked in a low voice. Eyes were looking at the coat that was now in her hand. She folded it and passed it to Eric Wu. However, he was merely taking a glance at her. This made Bella Lim thought that he was irritated. The coat that was still in her hand remained untouched. She waited, but the man closed his eyes. Properly ignoring her.

Bella Lim took a deep breath. It seemed that Eric Wu was becoming more difficult to understand. Engrossed on her own thinking, Bella Lim forgot the safety measure which followed after the landing announcement.

"You need to put on your safety belt," she heard a faint voice right next to her left ear and followed with, she saw Eric Wu's muscular arm reached for the safety belt on the other side of the seat she was sitting on. She stiffened when she finally realized that Eric Wu was helping her to put on her safety belt.

Bella Lim was stupefied. This man was becoming more like a puzzle that she couldn't assemble! A while ago, he blatantly ignored her, yet now, he became the man of kindness. Who did he think she was? A robot? Oh, how she wished she was one. At least, she didn't need to deal with the complex emotions she was feeling at the moment.

"Big sis, are you okay?" she heard little pumpkin's voice which brought her to the situation she was currently in.

"I'm fine. Little pumpkin?" she mustered the energy to ask. The situation she had with Eric Wu made her exhausted. When she saw her little pumpkin smiled widely, she gave a smile in return. Not long after, they finally landed. Little pumpkin and Lu Fei were the first to leave the plane and Tao followed after.

Bella Lim wanted to leave next, but a hand suddenly pulled her, so she fell back on her seat.

"What!" she glared at Eric Wu. Since this man was acting hot and cold with her, she would do the same. She thought that the man would show his cold side again, but he suddenly smiled, showing his rows of perfect teeth. This made Bella Lim become even more irate. She scowled at the man.

"Sorry. Don't be mad," Eric Wu spoke as he pinched her nose. Then, he got up from his seat and took his coat that was still in her hand before he walked towards the exit, leaving Bella Lim in perplexity.
