Rias Gremory.

The de facto main heroin High School DxD. the woman who for all intent and purpose is the main catalyst for all that happens in the story.

Honestly I don't know what to think. on one hand, I'm very excited to be this close to my number one favorite female character of all time, on the other hand I feel like I'm almost destined to get involved with everything that's going to happen in the future.

it's one thing that I reincarnated to this world in the first place, but this close to one of the main characters?

We're practically neighbors, seeing as how my mother's home is so close the Gremory household.

It's like I'm being forced to become her childhood friend. I mean I'm not against that, but still.

Also, from what I understand, she's going to be born soon around the same time I will be. so there's going to be plenty of opportunities for me to meet her as we grow up.

Now the major problem with all of this... A certain Red Dragon Emperor. The future husband of Rias Gremory.

I for one don't hate Issei at all, though his boob obsession can get annoying after a while, the loveable idiot remains still one of my favorite characters. if I truly hated the main character, I would not have bought every volume released and all the merch.

I mean sure, it was mostly for the girls but still. I myself am a pervert no inferior to him in a different way. I would definitely join their ranks as the fourth of the three perverts.

Is it bad for me to think that I can try to win rias over?

Am I bad person for considering subjecting him to meta-level NTR?

Is it really NTR if it's a parallel universe?

Shit, I get a headache just thinking about it. well whatever. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.

now my to to-do-list.

with the knowledge available to me, I can set up a viable path for my future life.

number one: the first order of business is to reach ultimate class combat power. this is a necessity otherwise I will definitely die. if I'm feeling arrogant enough, I'll try to push for satan class.

number two: one way or another become friends with rias. that's the easiest way to integrate into the story.

number three: a necessity, become a high-class devil. The easiest method is probably joining rias's peerage and going up from there through the rating games. but I also want to see exactly how far I can go by fulfilling contracts. Because honestly, just simply joining her peerage feels a little too easy as a method of becoming an higher class, and becoming high class is almost guaranteed if I have ultimate class combat power.

number four: get acquainted with Azazel and get him to make me some custom artificial sacred gear. or better yet, get the information of making them from him or figure out how to make my own. he's not the only one who can make them after all.

number five: One way or another become rich.

number six: Rias's future peerage is going to have all kinds of problems they each have to deal with. Help them with that. best way to make friends with them.

number seven: last but definitely not least, find ingvild leviathan before anyone else. the people who know her identity are literally counted in two hands, And seeing as how long she's been sleeping, she should have barely anyone taken care of her. also, no one should be able to know that she has a sacred gear on her, or that her power is currently at satan level.

Preferably, I would like to add her to my hare--*cough* future peerage when i become a high-class devil.

She's my best defense against dragon type enemies, and also an easy method of gaining access to Ophis when she shows up.

plus, since she's been sleeping for hundreds of years, her knowledge is literally primitive in comparison to the modern world. she would gladly accept education *read as indoctrination and brainwashing* in order to adapt to the current world.

what I do know is that she is currently sleeping within the Leviathan territory, within one of the territories of the Lesser factions who are trying to hide her from her aunt. it shouldn't be difficult for me to track down her potent satan level energy, especially if I have a target area to search in.

number 8? To be determined in the future

With my goals in mind, I returned to meditation. I began absorbing ki from the surroundings not only for myself but for my mother. in addition to that, I start circulating my own demonic energy. mixing it slowly with the ki.

all this so that I can have any starting points no inferior to any protagonist.

and after many many repetitive cycles, I return back to sleep, back to the world of dreams to ride with that great emperor.

I don't know if it's a side effect of meditation, but I'm now conscious in my sleep. I can now fully control myself in this dream world. I'm sure this is what they call REM sleep.

Interestingly enough, I seem to have gained the ability to not only fly in this dream world, but also access other people's dreams.

From their dreams, I learn more and more of this colorful world. knowledge that wasn't available to me as a mere reader.

And three weeks later, is the day of my birth.

Today, April 9th, Is the day I first see the light of this new world with my own two eyes after months in the w.o.m.b.

I can hear the doctors and nurses making a commotion outside.

As I push my head out, a thought occurs to me, April 9th..... isn't that Rias's birthday too?
