"I will become Demon Hunter"

Those word repeatedly playing inside his head. He knew the outcomes becoming a Demon Hunter but he also didn't want to spend his life in this monastery for a lifetime. Granger confirm it in front of Tigreal and Tigreal had this relived face when he said those words. Tigreal said he will fill up a form for him also for a new recruitment too. What's his name? Its Alucard or something. But he wouldn't care less.

That night he didn't feel like going to sleep. Leon was already sound a sleep when he arrived at their bedroom after discussing his moving out from the monastery. Looks like he won't be able to sleep beside Leon's bed anymore and he'll be alone too. Granger threw his looks at the violin that he put on the table. A brown and slim violin sitting there while Granger busy himself staring at it.

After two days, I won't be here anymore. He wondered what would Aria thinks if he told her that he'll be joining the Demon Hunter guild. He don't know anyway so he decided to end the night with a quiet sleep.

Soon after his eyes shut closed, the dream continues as the little Granger who struggle himself to keep himself from drowning. He didn't fight the current rather just let the current carried him away hoping that he can find the girl who was already gone from his sight.

As he let followed the current, he saw a tiny body which was belonged to the girl was stranded on the riverbank near a peach tree. He was really glad that she was stranded there. As he trying to get to the riverbank where the little girl was stranded. He notices red liquid was flowing from the girl.

A panic attack suddenly appear. Granger was so shocked when he arrived at the riverbank, the girl's back was scratched by something sharp maybe the rocks or fallen branches scratched her back. It was deep wound so he shouldn't touch it freely.

But since she's getting to lost any more bloods, Granger, with his little ounce of energy lift her and carried her to his home which was 400 meters away from where they were stranded. The girl was already blacked out while Granger forced himself to carry her. He have reached his limits long ago but he didn't want the girl to die due to blood lost.

Even with his adrenaline rush activated, he couldn't hold the tiredness he experiencing right now. His step is getting slow and his hand feels like its going to fall like a jelly. He was really tired. Finally he fell into the ground. The little girl didn't respond when Granger tried to call her name. Her face is getting paler and paler. She must be treated or she'll die.

But he couldn't do anything. His body is to tired and its feels like all of his body is stopping working. The dream ended there when Granger was wide awake when Leon tried to wake him up because Granger will leave the room today so he decided to help him packing his stuff.

Leon was quite sad because he just recently being familiar around Granger and now he's going to leave him alone. But wait, he can join Granger so he wouldn't be left alone. He looked at Granger who just rose from his sleeping position.

"Hey, Granger. Can I be a Demon Hunter too?" Granger looked at Leon and nodded because nobody should tell you what you want to be. He sits on his bed for minutes and later decided to take a morning bath. Today is the last day he'll be staying at this monastery. He won't be able to return here anymore and his new home will be the Temple of Light where he'll be train to be a Demon Hunter.

That very morning, Aria was standing stiff on the entrance gate with her violin beside her. She was quite excited to help Granger practice playing the violin. She even smiled like a rotten clams. Much to her surprise that Granger didn't mention anything about her confession two days ago. she's glad that Granger might already forgotten about it. Well, its nice to be true but Granger didn't forget about it.

She entered the monastery and walked herself to the hallway to find Granger. At the end of the hallway, she saw Kimmy and Granger was talking to each other. Aria hid herself so she can hear what were they talking about.

"Granger, I'll be helping you with your training at the temple of light. I know that I worked with the imperial army but since you picked guns as a weapon for your new job, there's no one better than me when handling guns. Haha" What Kimmy said made Aria paused. Did she said temple of light? Aren't that place where people becoming a Demon Hunter? Granger will be a Demon Hunter? No way...

"Uh... Then I'll be counting on you then. I just need to move my stuff to the carriage and we're ready to go" Said Granger to Kimmy clearly that he'll be moving sooner. Aria was struck by his words and reveal herself to both of them.

"You'll be a demon hunter, Granger?" Aria face was pale as snow. Granger will leave her sooner than she thought. Why? Why now? Why he must leave when I need him the most? Those question repeatedly asked by her to her self.

"I decided to be a demon hunter because I don't like living here at the monastery anymore. And I wanted to start a new life on my own." Aria's heart was crushed by his respond. How should she react to it? Doesn't matter anymore. The moment she finally could be with Granger after watching him in about 10 years, they need to be separate for the sake of Granger's future and d.e.s.i.r.e.

Aria have no choice but to pray that everything will be alright during his time at the Temple of Light. "Oh... I'm glad that you finally found something to do with your future. Unlike me, I'll be a violinist." Granger had this feeling that Aria was sad about his departure from the monastery.

A moment later, Leon arrived with their his bag and Granger's bag beside him. Looks like Leon is going to be a demon hunter too. He decided to be Demon Hunter and pay his parents debts with the payment he'll receive on any task the guild will give him. "Hey, Granger your bag is ready. Oh, Miss Kimmy! Nice too meet you." Kimmy likes the kid bright vibe different from Granger gloomy vibe.

"Ah, the new kid wants to join his roommates huh? Haha Nice to meet you too, Leon" Since everyone is here, the three decided to part ways with Aria. Aria had this sad looks on her but she forced herself to smile to make sure that she'll be fine without Granger around her anymore.

Just before they left Aria there, Aria managed to pull Granger's right sleeve and said this to him.

"We will meet again right? At least remember that I'll be waiting for you here. Always!" Didn't want to be seen crying, she sink herself on Granger wide c.h.e.s.t. Kimmy and Leon was surprised by it and silently leave those two alone.

Its a sad farewell for Aria as she wanted to hold Granger a little bit longer. She warped her hand around Granger's waist. He was stunned by her action. How does he react on this situation? Somehow his arrhythmia is attacking his heart again once more.

He could feel warm blood flowing through out his body. Slowly his hand automatically reply Aria's hug by embracing her back. He sinks his face on Aria's shoulder. Oh, how he d.e.s.i.r.ed to love by someone was finally granted. Her small and warm body warmed his cold and tall body of him.

Granger swore to himself that her will return and will meet again with her. Yes, he will return for sure.
