But this realm is natural and must not be pursued; if you pursue it, you will also see the light, but it is an illusion, not truth. Many people who practice qigong often just enter the magical realm without realizing it. It's really a small difference, a thousand miles away. It is necessary to use the meaning of "if there is nothing, it seems to be not to see". Naturally, this is right.

At first it is a little bit, drifting, its light is faint, don't care about billions; at first it seems to come from the outside, after discovering it, at this time, it is slightly condensed with the mind, and it is condensed, that is, the intention is to shine in the white light. This is the nature of gathering. Gong; then it gradually condenses into pieces from the point, piece pieces come, from outside to inside, slowly gathering; then after that, time gathers and scattered, it is difficult to fix; if ignorance finally becomes a piece, without fluctuation, Such trueness gathers, and we are already in great silence.

   Light is the expression of sex, and sightseeing is the gathering and dispersal of arrogance. The light dispersion is the dispersion, the light convergence is the convergence, the light constancy is the fixed, the light fullness is the fullness, and the light roundness is the circle. Although it is called listening to breath, there is actually no listening; although it is called sightseeing, there is actually no viewing. There is no interest in hearing, and no interest in listening; there is no light in sightseeing, but light is in nothing. Breathless breath is true breath; light without light is true light. From this insight into true quietness.

   The method of "sightseeing" is also called "Huiguang" in ancient Taoist books; the method of listening to the breath is also called "breath adjustment" in ancient Taoist books. Therefore, the meditation practice mentioned in this entry was also called "returning light and adjusting breath" by the ancients.

"Qiuzu Secret Da Dan Zhizhi" discusses "returning light and adjusting breath": "The method is to collect the heart from the corners of the eyes, receive the heart in the middle of the eyes, and receive it here with a body, mind, and spirit. "Yes."
