Mutation ZERO

"hahaha you look like an actual pig face" mike was in the corner of the tent laughing his a.s.s off while our hero andy was sulking while looking at the hand mirror he had . His face was swollen all over looking like a pig and the area around the eyes were black.the result from the training from hell apparent allover his body.

last night after the bold statement made by andy , ryan decided to take him down a peg and beaten

him up like no tomorrow.his body hurt allover as he made his way towards the tent after training the ridiculing laughs by the fatty was not helping at all.

"i will show you what a pig looks like" andy crackled his knuckles as he slowly walked towards mike.

"hey come on man you were showing off so much last night ,you should let me have this one ....no stop dont hit my face"

andy was done after seeing mike exactly like him,mike on the other hand lamented about the handsome face andy ruined."what handsome face you are just as ugly as me.

All things considered ryan's training helped him get better in his training since it was much easier to absorb mana when your muscles are all beaten up and with out aby energy left and he did get stronger at a faster rate than before.

now Every day andy had to go through five times the training for regular recruits and still attend a gruelling combat session with ryan, almost breaking the mind of andy but he still held on because of his will which was polished by the tough life he lead. Of course he was getting beaten up now but it was not like it was any better when be was a streetrat atleast now he can become stronger and get good food too.

weeks went past andy started to dodge ryans punches more often, he even started counter attacking ryans reply was ofcourse leveling up the intensity now the punches were much more faster and trickier than before andy was still hanging on.

Andy aced all the weapons training in a matter of weeks which made him think if this had something to do with the 'growth' skill he had.

'if that is so then my powers are not that bad afterall' andy thought.

One more month went past with the same routines andy caan now spar with ryan on equal basis which was an admirable thing he even started to trash talk ryan to get in his nerves.

" ha that punch was as weak as it was slow are you getting on age old man"

"you punk you are years away fromtrash talking to me"

ryan saw through him in an instant and threw a punch from tricky angle. Andy dodged barely and had to let out a sigh "damn if that punch hit me i will be sent sleeping... monster" but ryan was even more surprised at andy dodging the punch. " you get on par with me in just a months and you call me a monster then what shoul i call you" andy did not know if it was a compliment or not coming from ryan.

ryan let andy have a rest to catch refill his energy. After a bit of time ryan said " Alright punk you survived the firat part of the combat training now lets start your real training".

andy was dumbfounded ' if this was not the real training then what is? ' but he didn't need to wait much time to get an answer as a suffocating pressure acted on him originating from ryan.' what the hell is this the power of some one who formed a magic core..... '

ryan put on a serious face as he started his monologue " As you should know by now training are classified into 3 steps magic crystal, magic core, magic spirit and magic realm.... after forming magic crystals you need to absorb more mana and convert it into magic core the after that turn it into a magic spirit font even think about magic realm it is just a legend"

"why are you telling me all this i already know them oldman"andy was annoyed.

ryan did not gwt angry and continued " the opponents you may face in the battlefield won't be the same as you higher powered person will have much stronger pressure on you thus making an already hard fight impossible, i will train you so that you can with stand the pressure from stronger opponents and still fight back".

andy now realised what is happening "the training until now was just so that i can learn techniques...we did not use our mana in the fights now he is going to get serious".

" lets begin shall we "ryan said as he prepared to begin, andy was now focusing his mind to fight ryan. just as he was looking randy who was in front of him dissappeared in an instant and felt a wind on his back prompting him to turn back. his face was met with a fistseeming growing bigger as it neared. andy flew into the wall of the training ground in an instant he finally realised the difference in strength between magic crystal and magic core.

" father we have just found new planet 3-4 years travel from us which rose in mana levels, we dont have to worry about the mana limitations and attack and conquer them.
