My New Isekai!

Chapter 12 - New Members for These Adventurers!

We all stood still. Not a single word came out of our mouths.

Suddenly out of nowhere one of the girls said, "So, we were about to get mugged. They brought us here to make sure no one saw us, guess that didn't turn out like they suspected."

I gave a blank expression to that comment, then started backing away.

"Hey, don't leave," said the one that beat those bloody guys. She quickly ran towards me and grabbed my shoulder, "My name's Lucy, my sister over there is named Winter."

I never asked for her name, "Oh...okay?"

They looked exactly identical. No difference in them. The only noticable difference is the hair. Two different hair styles: Winter had straight hair going down to her back, Lucy had pig-tails.

I tried to get her off my shoulder. For some reason, her grip was as strong as steel.

She looked me dead in the eyes, "Where do you think you're going?" She asked, with a grin on her face.

"Um...no where," I said, fearing for my life at this point.

"Oh, we don't know where to go as well. Maybe we could walk around together," she asked.

"You sure, wouldn't that just disturb you t- two?" I asked, stuttering.

"No, it wouldn't," she quickly returned.

I could already tell I wasn't going to win this argument, but I'm persistent, "No, no. It's fine, I would want to waste your time with my non-sense."

"Oh please, let us join your party then? That way, we can head were your going." She said, with a glare in her eyes.

I didn't know what to say.

Out of nowhere, Kura said, "I'm sure Haru won't mind."

I stood there for a second, dumb-founded. Wait, did Kura just say she's accepting that proposal?

"I never said that!" I yelled aloud.

"Yay!" The girl clinging onto yelled, letting go.

I fell to the ground on my hand and knees, "Goddamn it," I mumbled to myself.

"Hey, get up," Kura said to me. "We got to get ready to move closer to the castle or a place to stay."

"Good point, but we have to bring them with us...!" I said, complaining.

"Yes, I know," Kura said. "But you never know, it could be fun."

You know what, she might be right, and I won't have to do as much work. I quickly got up and reached my hand towards the two women, "I welcome you with open arms!"

They looked at me like I was dumb. Even though I mustered the patience to say that to them.
