My Secret Job: A Girl Idol!

As the music come to an end, Chris finished his performance, a round of applause was given to Chris.

"Thank you" Chris then walk off the stage, "That was exhausting, but its all worth it as long as I win the prize money" Chris feeling energise with the image of him and a handful of cash on his hand.

"That was a great performance"

Chris turn and saw a man dress in navy blue suit with a red tie, his hair is brow-grayish and a strong chin with Racheal beside him, he replied "Thank you"

"I am Tristan" Tristan introducing himself and with his hand up

"Christine" Chris reply and raise his hand to shake Tristan's hand.

'Her hand are smooth' Tristan though to himself when he shake Chris's hand. 'At a closer look she is indeed quite a beauty, her eyes, her aura but most importantly those red lips' a small and strange sense of excitement arise within Tristan.

'We meet again Rachael' Chris turn toward Rachael with a faint smile

'Yesss, weee meet aagain' Rachael speaking nervously and stuttering.

'Do you know each other?' Tristan asks

'Yes, we just....'

'I am sorry' Rachael apologies after muster whatever courage she had. Feeling the strange gaze from both Tristan and Chris, feeling tense she explains in a timid voice 'I am sorry I though you are someone my brother wanted me to introduce to.'

"Is that why she had approach me?" Chris thought to himself. Chris replied 'Its Okay you don't need to apologies we are friend, aren't we.'

Have a grasp of the situation Tristan step in and explain "I am sorry if my sister has cause any inconvenience, she had a shy personality and always lack of self-confidence. I was supposed to introduce her to someone tonight, hoping that would help to improve her confidence issues."

'There is no need to apologies she didn't cause any trouble. I am glad that I could meet her.' Chris smile brightly. While observing Tristan, 'This is Rachael's brother huh.

Both Tristan and Rachael were stunned by her smile, a smile that is relaxing and joyful.

"Are both of you alright?" Chris asked them, after notice them look stunned for a moment.

'Ermhem… hmmmm' Tristan cough awkwardly coming to his sense.

Rachael's face turn bright red and lower head to avoid eye contact with Chris

'I am sorry for my reaction; your smile is beautiful' Tristan replied

'Thank you, and you guys need to stop apologising. I guess both of you have something in common.'

Tristan just shook his head helplessly

"That smile was somewhat familiar, it's almost like Katherine's smile but a bit different" Tristan observe Chris and try to connect the dot. 'Hey Christine, I am sorrr....' Tristan stop himself from apologising again while thinking to Chris's word and rephrase his sentence. "Christine, I know this is sudden, but do you have a sibling?"

"Yea, I do I have a sister"

"Is her name Katherine?"

'Yes, do you know her?'

'Well that depend. The Kathrine that I knew was supposed to perform tonight and she does look like somewhat like you.'

Listening to Tristan word, Chris was on edge. Like any brother that would protect sister from any harm especially men. Chris observe Tristan carefully this time, and question "What is your relationship with her?"

Feeling a hostile and cold gaze, he quickly replied "We are just friend."

"Just friend?"

"Yes, we are just friend best friend" 'at least this is what she had say 'Tristan thought to himself'

"Is that so?" Chris doubt Tristan's word

"Anyway, it's getting late we have to go now. Rachael have school tomorrow, isn't that right Rachael"

Rachael look confuse, 'What school college doesn't start until next month'. She turns toward Tristan, she saw him smiling confidently and a strong firm looking facial expression. But she knows him too well, under that smile there is a message "Help me, please Help me".

"Yes, we have to go now it is getting really late." Rachael replied softly

"Hope we meet again" Tristan quickly grab Rachael and walk quickly toward the exit before Chris could reply.
