My Ultimate Ambition

A beautiful morning such as this day is supposed to end in a beautiful way l presume, with lots of good memories that should last for a long time ,and be archived to be passed down to the future generations as bedtime story.

The morning started off with lots of promises of a bright day but underlying that brightness lies a storm stirring up trouble ,or should I rather say it was brewing dangerously waiting for the hour of reckoning.

Everybody woke up particularly noticing the auspicious day or so they thought ,but only the astrologers knew that a major change was coming and only grace can save the people involved from the omen lurking around.

Bright and blue sky greeted the visage of earth, soft and sweet breeze sang lullaby while the light shower of rain danced to the tune of breeze, if you are poetic at heart you would write a poem to justify the beauty of the morning.

Yoona stretched on her bed ,yawning and smiling at the beautiful dream she just had, she doesn't want to wake up and kept recreating the dream in her mind .

"Oh my grand general, you look dashing in your armor... just like a knight in a shining armor, l want to be your princess in distress" she kept mumbling.

Seeing her mistress in bed ,smiling and mumbling incoherently, Seohwa shook her head and went to the dr.a.p.ery to drag it to one corner, and allow the light to fall on her miss beautiful face.

Seeing the strikingly stunning face illuminated by light, Seohwa couldn't help but gasp at her.

"Heavens is sure unfair by making one person strikingly beautiful enough to make me bury myself in order not to spoil the visage of people looking at an ugly duckling like me"

She went closer to her miss and saw her pouting and saying something , bringing her ears closer to her miss's mouth to hear it ,she electrocuted with shock.

"Grand general, please bring down the dr.a.p.ery, the light is too blinding"Yoona kept repeating it.

What! did her miss just call her the grand general , humph! she will play with her then.

"Yes ... yes, this grand general will bring it down only when you stand up from the bed"

"Aii! please my love, l will give you a kiss if you don't"

Truly shocked now, Seohwa with mouth agape screamed in her mind' My love? did miss just call me her love?'

"Wait a minute, did miss's s.e.x.u.a.l orientation change, what of the young master? what of the date?"

She went closer to tap her lightly on the shoulder since it's very rude to shake someone violently or even call up their name while sleeping, but her miss unexpectedly smiled and her heart skipped a bit.

"I got you!" Yoona whispered and smiled again.

Not being able to contain her fluttering heart, she ran out screaming in her mind "I am attracted to only men not women, l am straight not bent and my s.e.x.u.a.l orientation is still good"

She kept repeating it to herself to convince herself that ,maybe because the morning turned out beautiful her heart was already fluttering with excitement before she met her miss, in fact her miss's smile was an added bonus to the the excited heart.

As she ran off suddenly, Yoona woke up because her grand general suddenly disappeared even though she begged him to stay.

What Seohwa didn't know was that her miss was dreaming about the young master and when she opened the curtains to let light fall inside her room ,her dream reflected it with the grand general doing the same thing in her dream. When Seohwa went closer to wake her up, she blocked the light and her dream reflected it as that the general obliged to her request ,so when she suddenly ran out of the room and the light fell again on her , the general disappeared thereby making her wake up.

Seohwa ran all the way to the servants quarters to calm her heart singing 'Bumpty thump thump' ,recollecting her thoughts and emotions now she leaned on the wall.

Placing her hands on her c.h.e.s.t she exhaled, she opened the eyes she had been closing during the process of her recollection and saw the male servant that was brought to their house the previous week ,walking towards her with worry ridden face.

"Lady Seohwa, are you OK... you look pale" the servant whose name was Jae joon asked in a deep voice.

Hearing the deep and s.e.xy voice, the heart that she spent a lot of effort to calm started beating more violently.

Hurray! our girl has fallen in love.

Seohwa stammering and blushing at the same thing,told him she wasn't a lady but rushed towards him and hugged him.

"Thank you very much, Jae joon"

Confused at her contradictory display of emotions, he held her away gently and asked her why she was behaving that way.

Remembering that she has a duty she's yet to perform, removed herself from the hug and smiled at him and just said thank you once again.

Running away while screaming' l am indeed attracted to men' in her heart , she didn't notice the change in the lower body part of the poor male she just tortured and the glint in his eyes as he gazed at her fleeing back.

She returned to her miss's room and saw that she was already awake, her heart felt guilty for some unknown reason, as if trying to convince her miss that she's off limits, forgot the morning greetings of a servant to the master and rambled on, on how she just fell in love with Jae joon the cute and newest servant.

Yoona was happy that her maidservant has fallen in love with someone but she felt that Seohwa was jittery about something, deciding to ask her later, she cut her off with the instruction of getting her bath ready and other necessary preparations for the morning like breakfast.

Seohwa realized her folly when she scrutinized her miss's face for any trace of anger but found none.

Greeting her properly this time around she made to leave ,but Yoona told her that there was no need for such formalities between them. Thanking her miss for her graciousness, she continued on her path but stopped halfway and asked

"Miss?... the young master... you like him alot , right?"

"Of course Seohwa, l like him alot... enough to want to be with him"

Yoona answered feeling puzzled on why Seohwa would ask such a thing out of the blue, thought that it might have something to do with her earlier jittering and she decided not to probe her.

The girl that misunderstood her young miss left guiltily while slapping herself for her earlier stupidity on believing that what she heard ,was said to her.

But who is to blame, her miss misguided her unknowingly.
