No One Else's But Mine

Chapter 10 - 100% Real

The seriousness of his words showed through the unbreakable eye contact, immense seriousness in his voice and the way he used Jang's full name. Bae Min rarely used his real name unless he was dead series about something or he was just furious.

He then drew away from Jang, breaking contact first and Jang readied his self to play the instrument in front of him though there was a slight throbbing pain in his shoulder. He glanced at the students again and all their faces were zoomed on him and the piano in expectation.

Jang didn't get to showcase his skills though as a girl suddenly stood up from within the students. "I'll play the piano." she blurted out, her hand in the air. Bae Min and Jang gave each other knowing glances. Could she have noticed me in pain before? He gave it a thought for a second before giving in.

As she got closer, Jang happened to recognize her as the girl who was shoved to the ground when he was being escorted inside. Without thinking about anything other than her well being, he grabbed her arm while making way for her to get to the piano to take his place. "Are you alright? You know, from before?" he asked, hoping she knew what he was talking about.

She then grabbed his arm and gently broke off the grasp he had on her. "Yes, I'm fine. Thank you," she reassured him through a whisper.

He then noticed that everyone was focused on the both of them as realization synced in. He immediately distanced himself from her, careful not to draw curious eyes once more. She seemed to understand his reasons because she just looked up at him, with the same warm smile stuck to her face.

Bae Min called on a male student with midnight black hair swept to the side of his face. As soon as the girl started playing, Bae Min, Eun Ae and Jang twisted their heads in her direction. This girl had potential; she knew just how to manipulate the piano to do what she wanted, her fingers skillfully controlling the instrument.

"You rock, Go Shin Hye!" yelled a beautiful student from the back of the music room. Go Shin Hye just smiled proudly at her as not to lose focus of the melody evident in the room bewitching Jang for only an instance.

"Well done." praised Bae Min while giving the student Ga-Yun a high five after showcasing his talent. The students were surprised to see that Bae Min had an enjoyable side other than his serious side (which only came to effect with anything relating to his talents or business).

I think Bae Min has improved his reputation with the students. Jang joked to himself in amus.e.m.e.nt.

After the class presented, it was finally time for the final announcement. This time, Bae Min let Jang do the talking. "So, this lesson as you know has let us have a chance to view your skills. What I will be saying next might scare some of you and some not so much. This activity was determined to establish who would have trouble and who could mostly get in without to much fail. I am sorry to say but just because your apart of this class, it does not mean you can make it into the Talent Realm Program. We have established this with your principal prior, that it will be an open audition for anyone to broadcast their talent and be accepted by both mine and Bae Min's opinions. So prepare your self well, put the effort in and we'll see you then."

None of the students spoke. They all just stared wide-eyed at Jang Geun Suk like what he was saying was crazy.

Oh, but it wasn't crazy. No, it was 100% real.

Things just got a whole lot more interesting.
