On The Court

As we start the training, I try to do my best to focus. I might not be in my best conditions, but I think I'm doing good. I stop thinking about Andy and get my mind straight on one thing, tennis. As the training goes I get better and at the end of the training, Paul doesn't even know anything. I don't know why, but I have been hesitant about telling him. I don't feel close enough to him to just say everything.

"I'm impressed by your backhand improvement. It's really all coming along well. Meet you tomorrow? We'll work on your moves and runs." Paul comes up to me.

"Okay thank you!" Is all I find to say.

I go back at the hospital on foot after a hard training. With all this mess, I forgot about the reality show and the weird man. When Andy told me that, I didn't find it very neat. For now, I'm looking forward to going to see Andy at the hospital. I see them sometimes. They glare at me like a was a betrayer. That's not the way I like to be seen.

"Well look who's back?" Andy says partly calmly and enthusiastically.

"You look better. Do you have anything new the doctor told you?" I ask, hopeful she will get released by the doctors.

"Not really, but they said they would be getting me off pain meds. Such allergic reaction can provoke a headache." Andy confirms she won't be out until tomorrow.

"Good. Are you as tired as when I left?" I ask, know pertinently it was the meds getting her asleep.

"Not really, I'm off meds, so it helps keeping me awake." Andy answers without knowing I was acting.

"I'm going to ask if I can spend the night. There might be limited visit time." I clear the room to be told I can stay for the night.

When I get back to Andy's room I tell her I will go take lunch. I always need to eat after exercising.

I find an interesting restaurant offering salads near the hospital and decide to check the prices. Seeing they are in my capacities, I get a big bowl and eat all of it in two minutes. I take protein bar to complete and go back to the hospital taking a further path. Back in the medical center, I go back to see Andy, but I discover her asleep, I decide to take a walk outside. As I feel my legs hurt a lot, I decide to just go visit the hospital to see how it's composed. I go through the emergency center, where I have been after my mom ran out of drugs and got mad. I go through cardiac health center and through the kids' section and through all the babies faces to compare their cuteness. Once I'm done making my choice of the cutest one, I walk back to observation section where Andy is. But I feel followed. I hear steps, but I'm afraid it's in my head. I decide not to stop, in case someone is really following me, but as I get past a mirror, I can see further behind me a man I recognize. I remember Andy telling me not to let them approach me because she didn't like the way the looked at girls. It's that reality show producer that wanted to get me into his "Show".
