One Love Betrayal, Another Bliss..

Inside the private jet on the way to New York, Mother Tang, Aunt Geneva and Ruby were busy discussing about the wedding arrangements.. bridal dress, location and etc, etc. Still unable to confirmed the full wedding details as they also need to check with Lucas's parents, Ruby felt tired and decided to take a nap inside the private cabin.

After a long 14 hours flight, the private jet landed at JFK International Airport flying non-stop. Before landing, Lucas's father had arranged and secured additional bodyguards to be on stand by while waiting for their arrival. Everyone were exhausted and worn out, as soon as the private plane landed they were all in a hurry to embark.

The airport was in a frenzy when the crowds saw James and the others coming out of the VIP gate. All their respective bodyguards were waiting for their arrival at the VIP gate. After getting clearance from the Custom, they were surrounded by the bodyguards walking towards the three limousine that were already waiting for them to take them straight to Sparks International Hotel and Resort.

The crowd was going crazy trying to get close to their idol, James. Luckily, Father Yii had arranged enough bodyguards for them. They arrive at the hotel without a hitch. The Hotel Manager has everything prepared in advance before their arrival. Brian Yii, the President of Spark International Hotel also informs him that his soon-to-be daughter-in-law and her family will be accompanying his son, the Co-CEO Lucas Yii here.

They needed to be careful in handling all matters pertaining to the guests, tight security around the hotel and special treatments should be rendered towards them especially the one who may soon to be Co-CEO's wife and whom shall be carrying the future heir of the empire. Everyone who's anyone either be guests or staffs within the hotel wanted to took a glimpse of the only woman that was able to capture the Co-CEO's heart.

As they were approaching the entrance, Lucas's father, President Brian Yii and wife, Mrs Diana Yii plus daughter, Beatrice Yii saw them. "Lucas, are those people standing over there your parents and waiting to welcome us?" Ruby asked feeling tensed and uneasy. "Why? Do you have an issue with my parents welcoming us?" Lucas asked.

"Is not an issue, but I'm feeling nervous. Will they like me?" Ruby tries to joke. "Don't worry, they wanted a daughter-in-law so much, sure they will like you. You can even call them Father and Mother if you want. I have no objection!" Acting arrogantly, Lucas replied jokingly. When they enter the hotel, Ruby and the others were surprised to see a lot of staffs standing, waiting to greets them.

Finally, the day for them to meet arrived. President Yii walked towards them and spoke. "Hello! I'm Lucas's father, Mr Brian Yii, nice to meet you!" Extending his hand for a handshake with Ruby's parents and the others. Father Yii than, introduced Mother Yii and Breatice to them. Mother Yii, hugged Lucas and Ruby. "Welcome, my daughter. You should be tired after a long flights." Beatrice run over to hugged Lucas and later Dennis.

The other two, Aaron and James were stunned. "Hi, little princess! Where's ours, you seem to forgotten us when your Bro Dennis's around." Aaron voice unhappily. "Oohh! My apologies bros. I got carry away with Bro Dennis. Don't be jealous! Come now, I give you both a hug Bro Aaron and Bro James." Beatrice said, making the crowds laughed. Beatrice was more closer to Dennis and being used to see him around due to some jobs for her father.

Ruby was looking at Lucas helplessly. Mother Yii's hugged seemed especially long and it freaked her out making her felt oddly nervous. Lucas glanced at her and smiled as she gave him a very troubled look. "She's just like that so don't worry about it. It's fine, you will get along with her just fine." Ruby shot him a side look. He complied with her since he knew that Ruby actually felt quite uneasy.

"Mmm.., mom can I have my wife back now." Lucas commented. She looked at Ruby for a while before she continued. "Okay. Sorry, I guess I got excited to having another daughter. Here, take this as our welcome gift." Something red flashed before Ruby's eyes and a huge red packet appeared before her. She was stunned and almost did not react. It was Lucas who gently squeezed her cold hand before she snapped back to her senses.

"Thank you Aunty!" Ruby quickly glance at Mother Tang, she nodded and Ruby accepted it. She inhaled a little before carefully turning to look at Lucas and others, they seemed to look at her in a way like she was ready to her embarrass herself.

Precisely at that moment, Father Yii and Father Tang who were chatting with each other starts walking towards the reception. Just then, a number of people passed by and hurriedly greeted President Yii and Lucas when they saw them. The senior manager and front staffs who saw them quickly bowed their heads to greet them politely. The staffs must have undergone extremely strict training. They smiled naturally and their personalities were pleasant.

"President Yii, Co-CEO Yii, the guests suites on 36th floors are ready. Would you like me to arrange the concierge to help with the luggages? Co-CEO Yii, we always keep your usual presidential suite reserved for you. Do you want stay in this room tonight." "Okay." Lucas replied.

Lucas took Ruby's hand and walked towards the elevator while Lucas's parents, Ruby's parents and Aunt Geneva agreed to stayed behind for a drink at the hotel cafe. Beatrice happily followed the trio. When they elevator reached 39th VIP Presidential floor, Ruby exclaimed. "Wow! This floor is exclusive nice. The room must be very expensive. This hotel should be Six-stars, right?" Without looking at her, he replied. "Eight-stars. Any hotels under the Yii's family are all eight-stars."
