One Love Betrayal, Another Bliss..

Few hours later the group arrived at the City-X airport. People at the airport was awestruck when this group of people going through the VVIP passage. Some even recognizes who's Lucas, James and Dennis were. 'OMG.. That's James, the famous footballer.' One-A called out. 'That's Dennis, the sharp distinguish lawyer. I heard he wins a lot of cases.' Another-B shouted. Dennis and James just smiled at them while continue walking.

First to walk through the passage and towards the special VVIP check-in counter was Lucas and Ruby, hand in hand and followed by Father Tang, Mother Tang, Dennis, James, the lastly Aaron with Aunt Geneva. They all checked in at the VVIP immigration counter and was lead by an airport staff to board Lucas's private jet.

"Ladies and Gentleman! This is your pilot Captain Scott Hung, speaking. Welcome aboard! My co-pilot, Henry Wee will be assisting me and we will be taking off in twenty minutes. I wish everyone a pleasant flight to New York." Inside the private jet, Aaron, Dennis, James and Father Tang were busy playing poker games while Mother Tang and Aunt Geneva were chatting. "It's surreal. I'm flying and seating not in a first or business class cabin, but Stark International class! Hehehe!" Aunt Geneva giggled.

Inside the private jet, Ruby decided to stay out with Lucas as she wanted to spend more time with him in the private cabin room. He was happy to comply with her request. After few minutes of silence. "Lucas, can we talk?" She asked. "Sure! What is it? What's bothering you? Tell me?" He replied with a tender kiss on her forehead and waiting for her to tell him what's on her mind.

"It's about your family, do you think they will like me?" She asked, her voice sound so tense and worried. "Why wouldn't they like you! Your smart, beautiful, cute, intelligent and pretty!" Lucas said jokingly trying to clear her worries. 'What if they don't accept me? She thought. "Sunshine, you have many, many and many more qualities in you! And I love you so much! Don't worry!" Ruby paused, worrying.

"No matter what happens and whatever my family says or do. You become my Mrs. Yii. You will only be one in my life, you hear me? Sunshine!" He then hugged her tightly and kissed her. Ruby felt much better after hearing what Lucas words. "No matter what, I will fight for my love, whatever it takes I will not give up easily." Ruby replied. "That's my girl." Lucas answered and both walked out to join the others.

Ruby sat down together with Mother Tang and Aunt Geneva. "Here, you're. Did you take a nap?" Mother Tang asked. Ruby replied no. While awaiting for the stewardess to serve them refreshments, she was admiring the dark clear sky outside. Lucas did not sit down with her but instead went back to the cabin again. 'Will she agree? What if she rejects me?' He was mumbling to himself looking at the small square box in his hand. He starts praying. 'Please!!! God, just this once, make her agree.'

Ruby saw Lucas coming out of the cabin room and moving to another area, without any idea what gonna happen next. He had called the Chief Stewardess this morning to make this arrangement. Since these three air-stewardness on board who was with Lucas years back, ch.i.p.s in their help. One of the stewardess, Joanne came forwards, giving her a box of love-shaped chocolates. Ruby was surprised. "Thank you." "You're welcome." Joanne replied.

The guys playing poker even stopped to see what happening. Next another stewardess, Lily came with a 2-tiers choco-blueberry cake. And then, the chief stewardess, Lynn came towards with a bunch of 99-stalks of red roses. Ruby was more stunned, speechless now. She didn't know what to do except saying 'Thank you.' Lucas was nowhere to be seen and seem to be hiding somewhere watching her reaction. The trio Aaron, James and Dennis even did not have any hints on these surprises.

Lastly to show up, Lucas. He walked towards her, then kneel down and pulls out a ring. "Will you marry me? Will you be my wife???" Ruby was so stunned that she was rendered speechless. 'Is he for real? I have only being with him for two years coming three. What if I agree with him and his family opposed? What should I do now? Agree or....?'

She stared at Lucas who's still on his knees waiting for her reply. A minute passed, the clock was ticking like a time bomb. 'What if I say I want to be married to you for the rest of my lives! What about your family, will they accept me?' Ruby thoughts to herself. The crowds were cheering, say 'yes', say 'yes.' "Sweetheart, Lucas's still waiting for your answer. Say yes! You don't want him kneeling the whole night." Mother Tang said.

He then tilted her face, looked in her eyes then said. "Did I ever tell you that I fell in love with you the first time I meet you! I love you Ruby Tang! Would you accept me.. be Mrs. Lucas Yii???" She suddenly got up, walked towards him, squat down in front of him. "Yes! Yes! I will be your Mrs Lucas Yii. I love you too, Mr Lucas Yii!" Everyone cheering and clapping happily.

Lucas grabbed her face with his two hands, kissed her lightly on her forehead, her eyes, the tip of her nose, both side of her cheek, and then her lips. He embraced his to-be-wife tightly and gave her a deep kiss, in front of the onlookers. "I am the luckiest man alive to have you." Said it out loud for everyone to hear. But unknown to Lucas, Ruby and the others, Dennis had been video live screening the whole event for Lucas's family to see. They were also cheering at the other end.
