One Love Betrayal, Another Bliss..

Paused for awhile. "Lillian... what am I gonna do with you. Can we have a good talk together.. about us." Lillian didn't dare to even move. She continues staring at Marcus with her big eyes, her heart jumping uncontrollably.

Lillian nervously gulps before forcing herself to stay calm. 'Are you really here to talk about us?' She thought and pursed her lips. A smirk smile flashes on her beautiful face with her eyes still staring at him. It was just not that her heart did not ached for Marcus, she was probably too tired now on her one-sided love, but even though she do really missed him.

This was the first time she had heard him say something 'about us'. He was certainly taking this advantage of the situation now to coax her back home. Hearing that, her heart is involuntarily riddled with anxiety.

If she hadn't already love him and treated him as her to-be husband, she wouldn't bother to entertained him. She would not open the door and kept him waiting outside but, the w.o.m.b she carrying was linked to him.

The man and woman had been sitting opposite one another, staring at each other for quite some time without saying a word. One was fresh and beautiful, while the other was handsome and cool. The two of them were very eye-catching and looked like the perfect match. It doesn't matter whether they were married or not.

"What qualifications do I have? You're the one who ignored me first when I want to discuss with you, you either busy or no times. Do I have the privileges now. Furthermore, I don't have a prestigious family backup like Ruby, I'm only an orphan? My uncle take care of me because my dead father was his brother. And you knew about it all along."

Lillian is not such a calculatives person and if he likes her, its not because of her identity, but because of who she is.

So, Marcus thought for a bit and decided to speak up. "I don't actually have much to complaints about with you. I only have the same three things to say: Why are you here? Why are you running away from me? I am the father to your baby, do you want to kick me out of my responsibility? That child is innocent!"

Marcus's lips curved slightly as he continued to look at Lillian with his deep and sharp gaze; not saying another word.

Lillian heard this and raised up her eyebrows. "I don't like cold and heartless man. You've made a fool out of me. Not only have you cheated my feelings and taken advantage of my body, I know you never loved me as much as Ruby in the first place. To you, it just a responsibility for my baby. So Marcus.. we were really not compatible, let's just break up."

But in her heart... she still wanted to give it a go, she love him. If she was honest with herself, she really, really wanted to be together with him and remain by his side forever. This incident wasn't fully her fault.

Her voice was gentle, but she clearly expressed that she wanted to a breakup. The truth was that he always tended to put work first in the past and neglected her. Marcus remained expressionless. "You want to break up? Lillian, this is the second time you want to break up with me. I won't do it and if you do, I will track you down."

Pausing awhile, Marcus continued. "Ok..! Let say, I agreed.. you tell me, how are you gonna bring up a child alone. Looking for a 9-5 job, who looking after my child then or get your cousins to tips in for the diapers, milk powder, etc etc... Lillian, can you not act this childish."

Lillian was stunned, she instantly pouted her red lips, took a deep breath and continued. "Marcus, do you still love me, a bit? Do you really want me to remain by your side?" Lillian finally revealed her doubts that had been dwelling in her mind for a very long times.

Their journey together hadn't been easy at all and they had finally gotten to this stage after so many ups and downs. If they were to just breakup because of this incident, it would be an utter waste. She honestly couldn't bear to break up. She just wanted his sincere love and affection.

Lillian slightly regrets, then said. "I was 16 when I first met you and I have never dared to get close or date you because you're with my cousin, Ruby. Only during my school project, you became my sponsor, I have the chance to meet you alone and get closed with you. I love you at first sight so I managed to express my feelings to you. If you don't like me then, why didn't you reject me immediately and treat me so well later on. I naively thought you liked me too."
