One Piece Bounty Wars

As night fell over over the Goa Kingdom Jack got up from his bed. Turning into a dark wraith like being, he took off towards the noble District where the fat man from earlier that day resided. Once in the Noble District he spread his Haki throughout the entire area to get a view of everyone in it. The feedback was a little painful, but he had trained himself to at least be able to manage this much. While observing the "Nobles" he found 6 families that had no slaves in their estates, which was a pleasant surprise. 'I'll have to dig into them a little more to be sure' Jack thought darkly before he made his way to the fat mans home. Inside he found the fatman sleeping, but there were some members of his family that were awake and "Playing" with their servants. Upon witnessing the torture, Jack went in and killed the nobles while taking the slaves into his dark space. After that he made his way to the fatmans room and without warning Jack slapped the sleeping man across the face. "Wakey Wakey Bitch!!" Jack said with venom practically oozing from his voice. Before the Noble could take in his surroundings, Jack sent a wave of darkfire at him, turning him to ash in seconds. Going to all the houses, he used his darkness to take all of the slaves away, while at the same time getting rid of their collars. He didn't know how long someone could stay alive in his dark space, so using all of his speed he moved to an area away from anyone, outside the walls and took everyone out. Many people were panicked, but none dared to make a move. Jack had donned his skull mask before turning his attention to the crowd of slaves. "EVERYONE!! As of this moment... you are all free!! The Nobles who enslaved you will never be able to come for you after this night, but you need to stay vigilant!! The Revolutionary Army will take you in and keep you safe!!" Jack said loud and clear for all to hear.

As the former slaves listened to the masked man speak many were excited, but some were terrified. They had left their masters and would be punished once they were caught. They thought their masters were untouchable, and that they would be slaves for the remainder of their lives. Finally someone amongst the crowd shouted, "Who are you?!" "I am Prime. I am the first of a new organization that will spread throughout the world" Jack shouted without a hint of emotion in his voice. "Why are you doing this?!!" Another called out. "The World Nobles and the Celestial Dragons have lost sight of what a true Noble is meant to be!! I am going to use my power to set the world back in order, or die trying!" Jack called out. "Now stay here and wait! If you look behind you, you will notice a few crates. They are all filled with food, clothing, blankets and tents. Do not be greedy or too hasty, as there is more than enough for everyone. I will be back later, so for now just be paitent." Jack said before disappearing into darkness.

After giving his speech to the crowd, Jack went back to the houses with the 6 families that had no slaves. In his shadow form he moved around to all the rooms and found nothing that would hint at evil or atrocious deeds. Finally he went to the head of the family's room and crept slowly towards the sleeping figure. The Noble lord was jolted from his slumber when a firm hand covered his mouth. "Don't make a sound and there won't be pain. I just want some answers. Nod if you agree." Jack said in a harsh whisper. The Noble was terrified, but still nodded his head. After getting the nod from the noble, Jack slowly removed his hand from the mans mouth. "Where are your slaves?" Jack asked hatefully. "I-I don't have slaves" The scared noble squeeked out. "Why don't you have slaves?" He asked, more calmly this time. "It is a barbaric act which is being copied from the Celestials. There are many who don't believe it, but there isn't really much we can do about it. They belive themselves to be Gods." The Noble asnwered, his voice still filled with nervousness. "And do you you believe them to be Gods?" Jack asked playfully. "Well... I belive they are of a higher class than I am, but... I don't believe them to be Gods." Jack just stared at the man in front of him. From what he could tell by monitoring the man, he didn't seem to by lying. 'So there are more decent human beings in this world than I originally thought' Jack sighed internally. "How many Nobles here share your thoughts?" He finally asked. The noble seemed to think about it for a second before replying, "There might be 5 others. I know 3 of the families for sure share my views, but the other two, I'm unsure. They keep to themselves, but when they do go out they treat even the common folk warmly."

Jack could live with those answers. He figured as much anyway. "Before I leave here I will give you a word of warning. Keep on your path, should you become corrupt to where you kill the innocent, I will come for you. I know that all the nobility knew of the burning of Grey Terminal a few years ago, but again, not everyone had a say in it. Change is coming to the world, and it will start here in this kingdom. The World Government is going to be finished in a few years, so if I were you I would plan accordingly. Go back to sleep, and come morning you will see what I mean." Jack said before disappearing into the night. Jack went to the other nobles that he deemed "alright" and got very similar responses. After he got all of the information that he wanted, Jack went to the houses of all the corupt nobles and burned them and their homes, leaving nothing but ash, but not before helping himself to everything of value inside. Once done with the nobles, he went to the Hotels and brothels before going to the merchant district. With his Haki spread everywhere he was easily able to find the places tha sold slaves, they too were plundered before being burned to ash. Jack took many more groups of slaves back to where the others were that night and it was only when he couldn't find anymore, he decided to take a break. While he was resting he took out his Transponder Snail and gave Dragon a call.

(Dragon POV)

Dragon was taking a nap in his room when his Transponder Snail started to go off. Instantly waking, he reached over and picked up the receiver. "Hello?" He asked tiredly. "I need you to send your men with some sh.i.p.s to the outskirts of the Goa Kingdom. I have freed every slave I could find throughout the city, but I can't keep them safe if the marines show up." The voice of Prime called out. 'He sounds tired. Wait!! Did he just say he freed all the slaves he could find?!' Dragon thought he heard wrong due to how tired he was. Shaking his head he asked, "Could you repeat that?" "You heard right the first time. Send sh.i.p.s to the outskirts of the Goa kingdom, plan to pick up about 700 people. I'll be watching them, but I need you here by morning. The sooner the better." Prime said calmly. When Dragon heard this he froze for a moment. After thinking about it for a few moments he decided it was worth the risk. "I have some people in that area. They will be there in 4 hours. The marines will act quick so we don't have too much time." Dragon said before ending the call, then making a few more.

(MC POV)

When Jack got confirmation from Dragon he sighed in relief. He knew Dragon would come for the people, but he wasn't sure how long he would be. He had told the people they would have till the morning, and judging by the time, was still a few hours away. Going back to the camp of slaves he noticed that none built fires, and that there were a few that stayed awake to keep watch. 'I guess there are some competent people among them' He thought before making his way to an unclaimed area. He had only been resting for maybe 2 hours when he picked up a few sh.i.p.s nearing his postion. For how soon they arrived he at first believed them to be marines, but when the sh.i.p.s came into view it was plain to see they weren't the marines. They were flying the red flag of the Revolutionaries. 'I guess Dragon stepped it up a notch' he thought before making his way over to the sh.i.p.s. Upon his seeing a masked man on the shore, the sh.i.p.s changed course in his direction. Jack walked over to the camp and had the people on watch start going around to wake everyone up and prepare to depart.

As the sh.i.p.s docked and the revolutionaries saw all the former slaves, they all seemed to relax a bit. They had prepared for the worst case senario, but luckily it wouldn't come to that. Jack watched as they led the people to the sh.i.p.s, many people stopping to give him their thanks. When he saw the people board the sh.i.p.s, he noticed many of them pointing him out to the revolutionaires. Soon a man with red facial tattoo's and a green cloak approached him. "I didn't think that you would actually come personally Dragon" Jack said with a hint of surprise in his voice. Dragon looked the masked man up and down for a few moments before giving him a warm smile. "I can't believe you actually did it!! You are definately a man that shouldn't be taken lightly!" Dragon exclaimed happily. "So what are you going to do now?" Dragon added.

Jack thought for a few moments before replying, "I will go around East Blue, get rid of the other nobles, free slaves, kill pirates, that sort of thing. I also wanted to use this opportunity to see how my actions will effect the world, and see how the marines will react to this. Many of their supporters are gone, and based on the views of the one's still alive in the kingdom, they will most likely leave the World Government and run the kingdom on their own. Maybe you could use this to get a foothold over the world, and start your own navy. People will come, and I can be on standby if needed. Hell, I'd be willing to wager many of the marines throughout the world would join you if you played your cards right. I know your father holds no love for the World Government, get him and many more would follow." Dragon thought over his words, then asked, "The World Government has the backing of the marines, how do you intend we deal with them?" Jack didn't even need to think about it before replying, "You have connections all over the underworld, and some pull in the Newspaper. Use that to spread word that the East Blue is under The Revolutionary banner and that you are forming a navy to keep the peace throughout all of your territory. Don't just publisize the downfall of the World Government, you need to say what you are standing for. The abolishment of Slavery! United we stand and rise as one! Freedom to travel the world as you see fit, and not be branded a criminal for not bowing to some fat slobs. Anyway you get the idea, just get some fancy talkers to spiff it up and make it sound better."

The gears in Dragon's mind started working into overdrive, 'There isn't a high chance of some of those bigwigs from the marines crossing over, but there are almost certain to be many!!' he thought excitedly. "You have given me somethings to think about, and I will discuss this with my comrades. For now we will take our leave" Dragon said politely. Upon hearing Dragon's words, Jack walked over towards the ship Dragon had departed from, then jumped from the shore to the centre of the deck, Dragon following behind him. Without warning, Jack raised his hands and dozens of cannons, mountains of weapons and food appeared out of nowhere. "This should help you all some, also," he said as he walked over to Dragon and held out a piece of paper. "This is a number to contact me should you need my help. Now if you will excuse me, I have some sleep I need to catch up on" Jack said before disappearing, leaving a stunned, yet happy Dragon behind. 'I don't know what drove you to do this, but I am sure glad you're on my side.' Dragon thought inwardly as he gave the signal to depart from Goa Kingdom.

After leaving Dragon, Jack went deep into the forest before pulling out his little boat so he could sleep in his own bed. The hotel had disgusted him to such degree that if he went back he probably would burn it down with all the patrons still inside of it. The only reason it still stood was because he couldn't kill all of the staff and the other guests or he would have. 'I wonder what the marines will do...' He thought as he drifted off to sleep.
