"Valir what are you doing in my home, wait are you my cousin that mother talked about?"

Yup, its Olivia, so that's why Caecilia is so familiar to me, cause she's the mother of the girl that i liked!

My world got shattered little by little, the fact that i have a crush on my cousin for 3 f*cking years is mind shattering! WHY?! OF ALL GIRLS! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!

"Olivia..hey, i guess i am" I replied with a forced smile on my face, i just wanna bury myself right now!

"I never expected to have a cousin much less that the cousin is you!" Olivia said happily while my heart suffered greatly.

"By the way, where's my mom?" Asked Olivia to which i reply "Talking to my family in the living room"

"Oh, I'll go greet your family then since they're now my family too, you coming?"

"Nah, I'm not in the mood"

"Why?" She asked

She doesn't know that hearing grandpa's stories coupled with the fact that i can't marry someone i had a crush on makes me lazy, lazy to do anything

"Nothing, i just don't wanna hear about our grandpa" I answered while sitting down

"Oh, they're talking about grandpa, now i don't wanna go... i always hated that guy for abandoning my grandma" She followed me, sitting down...

"Why, at least he doesn't leave your grandma's side, he left my grandma and then marry your grandma." i said sorrowfully

"i'm sorry to hear that but i wasn't that far off, he can be said abandoning grandma, he never really spend any time with her, even when they had my mother he still doesn't make time for her. And then when my grandma died, he didn't even come to the funeral..." Olivia said, with anger mixed into her voice.

"The last time i saw him is at his hospital bed, he said some stuffs and gave a box to mother and then that's it, no other words, he didn't even took a glance at me, its like he didn't even care about us

"Well, enough of that guy, i don't want to talk about him again" She said and at the last sentence she glanced at me with a smile.

"Yeah" is the only reply that i can give to her.

We talked for some more, if she was not my cousin i would be very happy since i never got a chance to talk freely with her like this but reality creeps onto me...

After some time My sister came out of the room and sees both of us chatting "happily". I saw her and her face had an "I pity you" expression on it.... she knows that i liked Olivia since 11th grade when i accidentally told her that and know the current circ.u.mstances.

She came up to me and wrapped my head in her embrace making Olivia surprised, i can only cry in my heart while she comfort me....kinda needed that, thanks sis.

After some time she released my head and asked why we're here, in which i just answered we only wanted to talk for a while before coming back in. She told us that I've been gone for 45 minutes, making mother worried and asks her to search for me.

Olivia got up and decided to greet her new family i told her to go first while i talk to my sister, she said Ok and went off

After she went into the room, i glanced at my sister while she glanced back at me, she pats my back and said

"How are you feeling right now?"

"Pretty bad i guess"

"Don't worry, look at the bright side, at least you haven't confessed to her and haven't really gone out with her, so it shouldn't be that hard forgetting about her, and there won't be any awkward moments between you and her later on."

"I guess you're right but it just feels weird after knowing that i liked my cousin for 3 whole years."

"You'll get over it, i know you will."

"Yeah, Thanks"

"Don't mention it, that's what siblings are for"

"ehm"

After that last reply from me, we stopped talking and head to the living room. I feel like i'm the younger one here, i should be the one helping her not the other way around... but having her help really feels nice.

We both came back to the room to find my mother, father, Caecilia and Olivia talking with each other, when we enter my mom asked me what took me so long

"I was just talking with Olivia, sorry if i made you worried"

"Its Alright but next time tell us Ok?"

"K"

Me, Olivia and Vanessa chats together while my mother, Caecilia and father talks.

At one point Caecilia asks us if we wanted to take a swim since we looked like we're bored but sadly, very sadly i didn't bring my swimming pants or i would've seen Olivia in her swimming suit....push that thought away Valir, she's your cousin now!

At 7 pm we ate dinner together and at 9 we went home after saying goodbyes, i would say that today is the best day ever if 2 events didn't occur.

And after getting Olivia more i liked her even more now, but i just kept it hidden deep inside my heart, knowing the consequences if i ever let it out. I can only stay positive and just treat her as a friend, nothing more, nothing less.

Some things will change when we meet at school, be it good or bad, i don't know.

Now i have to start forgetting her.

We arrived home at 9.22, i directly slumped into my bed, not bothering to take a shower or brush my teeth, I wanted to sleep but i remembered the box Caecilia gave to me, i took it out and put in on the table beside my bed. I grabbed the necklace from the box and wore it before going to sleep.

After a couple of minutes i fell asleep, only to be awakened by a blinding light directed to me, i can't see a thing!

I shouted "Turn of the lights!" but no one responded. I tried several times but i didn't get any response so i just closed my eyes. After a few moments the light dimmed, little by little until there's no more light shone to me. I opened my eyes and see a room, but its not my room.

The room contains 1 bed, 1 table, 1 chair, 1 box and 1 necklace, i immediately recognized the box and necklace, i wanted to grab it but there's an invincible wall preventing me to do so.

I tried and tried but failed every one of them, seeing nothing worked i give up and slumped onto the bed, not caring whose bed is this.

I kept thinking 'how did i get here', 'why am i here', 'who brought me here' and so many more.

After some time, i heard a sound...

"Hello"

'What the, who said that' i said in my mind

No answer was given so i kept asking.

'where are you, show yourself!' i shouted at my mind

"Look back"

I followed the sound and glanced to my back, there i saw a girl with a petite stature, from her looks i'm guessing she's about 15 years old. Her hair is pure white, tied up into a small ponytail, almost like it's glowing. She's wearing a double layer red white kimono, a little too big for her size though. Her face is really cute but still, she can't beat my sister.

'Who are you? did you bring me here?!...' i asked more and more questions by the second until she raised her hand and put her finger on my lips

"Be quite, I'll answer it one by one. for starters who am i?"

"You could say that I'm your Guide"

"...'

"The f*ck?"
