On the way to the office, Li Yuri kept on chirping happily.

"Bro Shan, Sis Feng got us tickets for Brother Em concert! We got each one and there were backstage pass too! Oh my God, I'm gonna die out of excitement!"

Lu Jeongshan's eyes softened at her happy face but he couldn't help but be spiteful.

What was so great about those arrogant siblings from that Qi Family?! Why were they always fighting for her affection!

Li Yuri thought of something and stopped in her tracks. "Bro Shan, this afternoon, Jin Li came to insult Sis Feng regarding the fight between you and Min.."

Lu Jeongshan raised his brows in puzzlement. "Why would she find Qi Feng for our fight?"

Li Yuri instinctively blurted out, "Of course, it's because Sis Feng's your girlfriend!"

Lu Jeongshan was stunned.

Seeing his thrilled expression, she thought that he was shocked that she had found out about them dating.

She instantly waved her hands, "Bro Shan, I won't tell anyone about this!"

"..About what?"

"About you and Sis Feng dating! I promise I won't let out a word about it!" Li Yuri did the motion of zipping her mouth.

Lu Jeongshan couldn't help but chuckle. "What are you talking about? Me and her dating? Who told you that?"

Li Yuri blinked in disbelief. "Wait, you two aren't dating??" She continued uncertainly, "But the forums clearly said.."

Lu Jeongshan slowly spoke, "Don't trust those rumors. They aren't always true."

"But you clearly said that day, that.. you had someone you like in our class.. And-"

Lu Jeongshan flicked her forehead, "Dummy, that was because I wanted to reject her! If I had someone I like, why would I keep mum about it?"

Li Yuri scrunched her forehead in pain but she smiled brightly again. "So that means you're not dating her, right?"

Lu Jeongshan nodded, "That's right."

Li Yuri couldn't conceal her joy as she squealed excitedly.

She unknowingly pounced in his embrace, "You should've told me so! I was upset for so many days because of this!"

When he heard her words, he looked askance at her, "Why were you unhappy about that?"

"That's because.. because.." Li Yuri's eyes widened as she pushed him away suddenly. "It's.. nothing!"

She nearly blurted out that she liked him! Goodness!

Lu Jeongshan peered at her with an overjoyed expression, his ears flushing red. He had a.. sudden conjecture.

He didn't know whether it was really true or not. But he didn't care about the answer. In the end, she'll surely like him.

After finding out the truth behind the matter, Li Yuri felt much more relieved and talked about many things.

Lu Jeongshan silently listened to her with a rare smile on his face. They soon arrived at the office.

Li Yuri knocked on the door, "Mr. Gong." After a few minutes, the door opened, revealing a fatigued Mr. Gong coming out.

"You two are finally here." He yawned sleepily as he closed the door. "Let's head over to the building then."

The two followed him closely as he led the way. Li Yuri whispered to Lu Jeongshan, "Bro Shan, will you come with us in the concert this weekend??"

Meeting her expectant gaze, Lu Jeongshan couldn't bear to say no, "Mmh. Let's go together."

Li Yuri exclaimed excitedly, "Okay! It's a date then!"

Then, the two of them froze. She recalled what she said and her cheeks flushed.

"Bro Shan, I-"

"What are you two ushering about? Whispering sweet nothings?" Mr. Gong rolled his eyes at them.

He was still single at the age of 30, while these kids, who were so young, were dating!

How infuriating!

Li Yuri wanted to cover her face in embarrassment. Lu Jeongshan looked at her and chuckled lightly, his gaze full of indulgence.

She looked so adorable when she was being teased. Even when she puffed her cheeks in anger, she was cute.

Single-dog Mr. Gong, who was fed with mouthfuls of dogfood that he didn't ask for: "..."

He stomped his feet and hurried over to the building. Kids nowadays are so disrespectful! Hmph!

When they arrived at the room, Mr. Gong showed them around before slipping away. He didn't wish to witness any more torturing scenes.

Li Yuri looked at the plain room and softly muttered, "They completed painting the walls after we left.. A pity, this room looks so plain."

Her eyes lit up, "I can tell Sis Lan to do something with this!"

Lu Jeongshan nodded. He sat down on the armchair and skimmed through the papers on the table.

Li Yuri glanced at her and couldn't help but stare at him with pure adoration.

'Oh my God, Bro Shan looks just like an Overbearing President from a romance novel!'

She slowly sat on the chair in front of the desk and face-palmed, "Bro Shan, what is that?"

"It's for us." Lu Jeongshan passed a file to her. Li Yuri read them aloud, "Rules Of The Student Help Club..?"

"There are rules too??" Li Yuri was bewildered. Lu Jeongshan hummed. "We need to follow them."

Li Yuri flipped the pages and her eyes widened. "So many rules?! Are they trying to operate a club or a whole school?!"

Lu Jeongshan smiled faintly, "It's for the whole school, Dummy."

"..Right." Li Yuri sighed as she buried her head to read the whole thing.

Lu Jeongshan tilted his head and stared at her with a subtle smile on his face.

The only sound in the room was the flipping of the papers and her soft voice. Like that, time flew by.

"Thank you for walking me home." Li Yuri pursed her lips, "How about you come inside for a while? You must be thirsty.."

"It's okay. I'll get going then."

She murmured while peering at his tall silhouette, her hand placed over her pounding c.h.e.s.t.

"Goodness, my heart..! I just realized that Bro Shan is so tall! He's just like a male protagonist of a manga or novel!"

Suddenly, a voice came beside her ears, "Why are you talking to yourself?" Li Yuri got frightened as she stumbled forward.

Looking back, she shouted.

"Tang Min! You little brat, when did you appear beside me so suddenly?! What if I got a heart attack?!"

Tang Min raised his brows, "I called your name just now. You were so preoccupied with your daydreaming that you didn't even hear me. Speaking of which.."

His eyes darted to the blurry figure far away and narrowed arrogantly, "What were you two doing for so long? The sky's already so dark."

Li Yuri lazily yawned, "Nothing. We were just discussing some things about the club and this and that.."

"Li Yuri." Tang Min stared at her deeply. "Are you still going to like him even when he broke your heart?!"

Li Yuri smiled brightly, "Min, we all misunderstood! Bro Shan said that there was nothing going on between them!"

"That's not true because they're.." Tang Min paused. He recalled Lu Jeongshan's words. [Liu Tang Min, should I tell your real identity to her?]

Li Yuri tilted her head in confusion, "They're..?"

Tang Min gritted his teeth.

"Because they're really dating! If the rumors weren't true, then why would anyone believe it?! There's no smoke without fire; if they were not dating, then why didn't they deny?"

Li Yuri fell into a deep thought.

He saw her hesitant expression and sighed, "Yuri, didn't you hear it yourself that day?? When Jin Li asked, he told her that he had someone he liked in our class! Who do you think it might be except for Qi Feng?"

Li Yuri pursed her lips, "But.. Bro Shan said that he was lying to convince Jin Li.. He won't lie to me, right?"

Tang Min flicked her forehead, "You fool! He could've just said he liked someone; why'd he specifically say that he had someone he liked in our class??

"It's because the girl who he likes is in our class! And that's Qi Feng!" Li Yuri's head drooped after hearing his words.

She slowly muttered, "Liking someone doesn't necessarily mean dating.. Then, that could also mean.. that I still stand a chance!"
