Today is the day after the tournament ended. Long story short, Eli win the tournament in second place. I didn't expect she would lost in grand final.

She dominated the first day, she didn't lose any round to her opponent. But at second day, she was struggling to win. Maybe her opponent have analyzed her move because of her domination the day before. At the first match, she finally lost a round, she still win the match though.

Her second match was upper bracket quarterfinal. She moves more carefully, waiting for her opponent to open the attack. She succeded at winning the match with a 2-0 score again.

At upper bracket semifinal, she lost a round again. She got careless for a moment and then getting caught in a combo. But again she win the match with score 2-1.

Upper Bracket final, it is not a best of 1 match but a best of 3 match. She dominated in this best of 3 match. She secure a ticket to grand final with a match score 2-0 (2-0, 2-0).

In grand final, she have a 1 winning advantage. She only need to win 2 match to get the champion title while her opponent need 3. The match is super intense. These two make their character moving around, trading punch, kick, and of course the two of them avoid getting hit.

The result was 2-3 (Adv, 2-1, 1-2, 1-2, 1-2)... Eli lost but she seemed to enjoy it... I also get to know her grand final opponent. He is a newly debuted professional player in this game. He join this tournament because his sponsor want to ascertain that he is good and he still can grow. We just separate way after that.

Morning, Private dock, Inside the ship

I have checked out from hotel since the upgrade of my ship completed. Now I am in cold storage, checking about food. It has food for around three weeks for one people. If Eli really join this company, within ten days the storage will be emptied.

In Roze Space Country there is a rule that says, for company that have it's daily activity far from human settlement, the company needs to provide it's worker food. Because company provides food, the minimum salary for worker is lower than in planet job.

I pick two person worth of ingredients. One portion is for Eli, last night she sleeps here. The tournament ended pretty late after all. This ship have many unused room, it was used for worker before.

When I washes the vegetables, Eli suddenly appear.

"Let me help you."

"It is alright, worker food is company's responsibility. Hey, you really want to work here?"

"Yes~"

"You don't want to try the interview you said before?"

"I think, no...?"

"What is that not sure like answer... You really sure want to work here? Although I need more money, I don't have the right to claim your prize. I was joking about claiming your prize before..."

"Then treat that as a loan... You can pay it back after you gain some money, you also can pay my salary at that time."

"Well if that's what you want... Thanks."

"It's alright~ Just raise my salary when you have more money.."
