Pokemon The Force

The next day, Soul and the gang left Petalburg City and walked through Route 4 to get to Rustboro City.

While walking, they encounter several Pokemon such as Zigzagoon, Wurmle, Silcoon, Tailow, and many more. All of those wild Pokemon were working with their daily life and didn't bother them.

Soul didn't use his wheel shoes this time since he wanted to enjoy the tour, as he had plenty of time to complete and get all of the gym badges here in Hoenn.

He started to hum a melody that he remembered. Torchic also starts to try and do as Soul as he tried to hum the same rhythm as him. Mew, who was still in Eevee form also start to hum as all three of them hummed on their way out of the forest.

After a while, they heard a scream as all of them stopped on humming and went to find the source of the scream.

When they reached there, they could see a boy and a girl with an injured Treecko, and a fainted Mudkip. They were surrounded by Team Aqua Grunts.

???: Treecko can you still fight?

Treecko: Tree… cko!

The girl returned her Mudkip to its Pokeball as she stood behind her brother. All four of Team Aqua Grunts grinned as they ordered their Pokemon to finish the injured Treecko off.

Before Treecko was hit by several attacks, a giant wave of flame blocked their attack. All of them were surprised by this as they looked at the direction of where the flame came from.

There they saw a kid with a Torchic and Bagon on the ground, while an Eevee was sitting on the boy's shoulder without any care at the situation at all.

Team Aqua Grunt: Who are you!

Soul: Torchic use Low Kick on all of Poochyena, Bagon, use Fire Fang on Noibat's.

Torchic quickly ran towards one of Poochyena as he kicked it with his leg. He kept doing it until it fainted, and then to the next one.

Team Aqua Grunt: D-Dammit, Poochyena use Tackle on that Torchic!

Team Aqua Grunt 2: M-My Poocyena is already out of the battle!?

Team Aqua Grunt 3: Damn you brat! Noibat use-

Before he could finish, Bagon already grabbed on one of the Noibat's wings with Fire Fang and spun around as he threw it at another Noibat and hit it as both of them fainted.

Torchic have also finished with the last Poocyena as he kicked dirt on them. The brother-sister looked shocked at the scene as Soul walked to them.

Soul: Are you guys ok?

Male Trainer: A-Ah, yes. Thank you very much for helping us-?

Soul: You can call me Soul.

Male Trainer: Thank you very much for helping us, Soul.

Female Trainer: Yes, thank you very much!

Soul: Both of you should tend your Pokemon wound and call the police. Me and my Pokemon will an eye on them.

Both of them nodded as they went to heal their Pokemon with Potions, while one of them called to a local police station. While they were doing this, Soul and the others were looking at Team Aqua Grunts, who had their hands up.

After a while, two police cars came to their destination as they arrested all of Team Aqua Grunts, who couldn't believe that they got beaten by one kid, while they didn't have a problem dealing with two.

Team Aqua Grunt: 'How could this have happened? We were so close to getting their Pokemon!'

One of the police officers went to ask them some questions to which they answer truthfully. After a while, all of the police cars left as Soul also left the scene.

Funny enough, both of the brother-sister trainers were also heading towards Rustboro City where they would try and get their first gym badge.

They introduced themselves as Tyler and Lucia. They asked if they could travel with Soul to Rustboro City together.

Soul thought about it for a moment and nodded. It won't hurt letting these two to come with him.

While walking they talked to each other, as all three of them begins to learn more and more about each other.

Tyler: You know Soul. Your name is actually the same as the previous champion of Kanto. His name is also Soul.

Soul: Oh? I didn't know that.

Tyler: Really? He's a pretty popular figure. I'm surprised you haven't heard of him yet.

He said while giving Soul a suspicious look as if he was trying to figure something out about him.

Soul: Yeah… but I will look into it when we reach Rustboro City.

Tyler then shrugged it off and nodded with an approving look. Lucia, who was listening to their conversation spoke up.

Lucia: Where are you from, Soul? Me and my brother here is from Petalburg City.

Soul: Ah. I'm from Kanto.

Lucia: Kanto, huh… well, then it must have been a long journey for you to come here!

Soul: 'Not really. It only took around an hour to get here with Latios.'

He thought for himself as they continued chatting. While they were chatting, Soul told Anubis to tell the Pokemon in the Dream World that they will get food later due to some issues. Anubis nodded at this from the shadow and went to Dream World to deliver the message.

The Pokemon in the Dream World was surprised once they heard this. An issue that delays their lunch and possibly dinner time? What kind of issue does their master have that could create such a problem? And why hasn't he call some of them out yet to help him?

At least they had some spare foods that Soul made to them in case something happened. Still… they didn't know how long would it take before their master has solved the issue.

On the other side, Soul was now camping with Tyler and Lucia, who cooked the dinner for all of them. Soul insists on cooking their lunch, but they kept refusing and said, 'you have already helped us enough by defeating those grunts. This time, let us help you by satisfying your stomach!'

So now Soul, Eevee(Mew), Torchic, and Bagon was eating their lunch along with Tyler and Lucia, who have called out their Pokemon. Tyler has a Treecko and Tailow, while Lucia has Torchic and Swablu.

The day went by as they camped out again when it was noon and Soul went to cook a lot of Pokemon Food and told his Pokemon that everything will be back to normal soon, or that they have to live with a new lifestyle.
