Suddenly Noibat's body begins to glow. Its body begins to grow bigger. It gave off a powerful roar before it finished evolving.

Soul: 'Arc, show me, Noivern stats.'

Koga and Janine were also surprised by the sudden evolution. They could feel the powerful aura of this Pokemon.

They didn't know who they should feel shocked over right now. The terrifying Pokemon in front of them, or the trainer who trained the monstrous Pokemon.

Koga try his best and calmed his breath. He took out another Pokeball and send out another Pokemon.

This time it was a Muk. Before even though there were some situations where Soul Noibat could get hit or worse, fainted. But now, he should be able to defeat those Pokemons with ease.

This time it was Koga who made the first move.

Koga: Muk use Sludge!

It was the same attack as Weezing, but faster, bigger, and stronger. But even at that speed, Noivern dodged so fast that it looked like it disappeared from battle.

Soul: Noivern uses Dragon Pulse.

Noivern sent out a powerful attack that was shaped like a dragon. Not only that it was also twice as big as a normal Dragon Pulse.

That was because Soul trained Noivern when he was Noibat about how to harness his dragon energy.

Noivern has been training it along with air energy ever since it was found by Soul, it almost reaches the peak of mastery over its type elements.

So when the powerful Dragon Pulse hit Muk, it fainted right on the spot after the dust was cleared.

Koga knew that he couldn't win this battle, but it didn't mean that he would give up. After all, it's his job as a gym leader to help trainers who come here and push them to their limits.

Janine: Muk fainted! The winner of this match is the challenger and his Noivern!

Koga returned Muk back to its Pokeball and took out his last Pokeball. This was the strongest Pokemon he has in his arsenal.

Koga: Let's go and give them all we have left, Venonat! Use Psybeam!

Time seemed to slow down when Koga gave his order to Venonat. Soul looked at Koga with a smile under the sunlight covering his face, he said he gave out his final order.

Soul: Noitbat uses Dragon Pulse and ends this.

A powerful Dragon pulse was sent out from Noivern as it destroyed Venonat Psybeam completely and went to hit Koga Venonat.

...Venonat fainted…

Koga smiled as he returned Venonat back to its Pokeball as he walked over to Soul and took out a scroll from his hand.

He then opened the scroll as a pink heart-shaped badge could be seen, stuck on the scroll. Soul went to pick it up and put it in his Badge collections.

Koga: I must admit that I was no match for you and your Pokemon. They're truly strong, so you must've have taken care of them greatly. Have a safe journey, young trainer.

With that Koga disappeared with a smoke bomb on the ground. Soul who wasn't prepared for that was caught in the smoke bomb as he coughed.

Janine also disappeared the same way as her dad. She wanted to be stronger than ever and beat that trainer. She would carefully remember those eyes color.

Janine: 'One day… I'll beat you for sure!'

Soul who left without saying much went back to the Pokecenter and got Noivern checked before went to a shop trip around the city.

It was evening when Soul saw a sushi shop and went to buy home-made sushi with a box that holds it in it.

He went outside of the city and headed straight to the forest where he released his Pokemons and foods for them.

When all of them got out, all of his Pokemons were surprised to see Noivern. They were amazed by that it has also evolved.

The one who didn't wasn't Anubis. Soul didn't know why he didn't evolve yet, but he knew that Anubis was jealous of his teammates all getting evolve except for Lapras. It also wants to become big and stronger!

Even though he was a little bit jealous, he still congrats Noivern for his evolving like others of his teammates.

When Soul made finished making his Pokemons their foods, he called them as they each took their own bowls and sat in their own group.

Anubis and Noivern sat together and eat because they were the one, who was Soul two first Pokemons and they knew each other for a long time now.

Charmeleon and Sylveon sat together as always. They were best friends forever from now and ever to they die and nothing can change that!

Kadabra ate along with Lapras so it wouldn't feel lonely. What a cute friendship they all have!

Soul took out his sushi box and begins to eat it happily with soya sauce. One word could describe this food for him.

Soul: 'Eh, the ingredients could be fresher, but the taste is pretty good so I'm not going to complain about it. Its food after all.'

When they were finished eating their foods, they did their usual routine. When they were done, they all got a break to do whatever they want until 8 pm.

Soul was amazed that Noivern let Anubis sit on its back as they flew up in the sky. For some reason, he also felt a bit jealous.

Not because of Anubis riding on Noivern, but because when he was up in the sky, he almost died if it wasn't for Arc. Anubis gets to enjoy it safely and he doesn't.

Thank god for Arc, the genderless person/system.
