Ingrid went home in a daze; too absent minded that she couldn't even count how many times she missed inserting the key into the keyhole

"Kacha." Finally, after unlocking the door, the first thing Ingrid did when she entered her apartment is to slump her body onto her multipurpose bed - shoes still intact.

"1002…" She whispered. Ingrid's body was sprawled on the bed - all limbs spread apart and hair tangled into curly mess.

Seeing its host looking listless. 1002 took the initiative to turn on the lights.

For how many years that 1002 accompanied Ingrid in her first world, he already knew of her strange habits; one of the many is that Ingrid can't fall asleep inside an unilluminated room.

1002 floated far off from Ingrid, then it said,

1002: "I don't know how to cure love sickness."

What love sickness. Hearing such demeaning words for her, a vein in Ingrid's forehead bulged and expanded. With a swift swipe of her slender hand, she grabbed a pillow and threw it with power towards the floating metallic ball.

1002 twirled around and dodged the incoming soft material.

Ingrid saw the little one's immediate movement, and rather than tossing another wave of pillow, she smiled instead.

This ball already knew how to pull her out of her sullen mood and she's happy to know that.

But on a serious note, Ingrid's face turned grim. Ever since she was able to know the appearance of this world's Male Lead, numerous questions appeared in her mind, yet still chose to ignore it. However, with today's re-encounter with the Male Lead made the questions that she once threw at the back of her mind, resurface.

Van's mere voice gave her such impact. Knowing this, she can't just stay indifferent and in denial just because she's scared to even make a mere assumption.

Therefore, she asked 1002 ludicrously, "Perhaps, the name Isaac Leonir ring a bell?"

Without even a few seconds in dalay, 1002 said in return: "Who's that, you ex?"

Ingrid: "..."

Dear so-called-guide, can you please be less direct? She even needed to muster a great amount of patience just to pronounce the mere name of that bastard!

Ingrid sat up abruptly and pursed her lips. Her brows knitted when she opened her mouth and Clauen's mellow yet stern voice travelled in the air saying, "Do not answer my question with another question."

1002 floated still in the air. 'So serious', it whispered in its mind.

1002: "Never heard of such a name before."

Ingrid cupped her chin. Her thoughts churning. "Let me revise my question," Her sharp scrutinizing gaze landed on the little ball - which made 1002 quite intimidated. "... are all the male leads always has a pair black eyes?"

1002 answered: "No?"

Then it followed by silence. Which in Ingrid's comprehension, means 'Why would they?'

This made Ingrid more scared by her own thoughts.

Once is chance, twice is coincidence, third time's enemy action. Ingrid don't need to experience her third world to know that there is something wrong with the Male Lead.

Ingrid is not only talking about the color of his eyes. Come on, not only this lifetime but also when she was still occupying Dana's body, Ingrid saw numerous guys who bears the same color. It's more on, the inkling she felt every time her eyes connected with the Male Lead's; the feeling that she experienced with no one else but him.

Gloomy atmosphere hung over Ingrid's head when she concede to her scary conclusion that:

It's either the male lead is her ex boyfriend or the system is making fun of her - to enjoy her misery of fighting her own demons caused by her ex.

Out of the two, the latter is more doable, and she hopes to be true.
