Quick Transmigration: Her Seduction Games

Chapter 33 - Her Role in this World

Every morning, the first thing Ingrid will do is to open her laptop and to study the current trends on the stock market. If we talk about easy money, Ingrid can't think of better ideas than to dance in this risky of world of gamble…

Gambling is not new to her nor is she afraid to it. Right now, Ingrid don't have enough capital to participate in this money game. However, this is not a problem to her. Ingrid can think of many ways to slither her way in without breaking a sweat.

While she was engrossed on her own thoughts, her phone – which was resting beside her laptop, vibrated. Ingrid gave it a side glimpse. Her forehead creased when she saw that it was an unsaved number.

Unknown Number: Hi! This is Sera Madrid, the one who owe you that night in the coffee shop. Perhaps, are you available this Saturday lunch?

Ingrid almost spewed out a liter of blood when she saw the name attached on the message.

What the hell! Isn't Sera Madrid the name of this world's protagonist? What absurd luck is this, for her target to come knocking on her doors by itself?

Ingrid was thinking of considering Van's words that night. But knowing the real identity of that golden haired woman, she would be a fool if she abides his warning and reject Sera's invitation.

Ingrid: You left in hurry so I wasn't able to introduce myself too. My name's Clauen Sorzano, and yes I am available at that time.

Sera: Then see you!

Ingrid tapped her phone on her chin, then she hummed, "Hmm." No wonder Van was at there that night. He was again stalking Sera.

Clauen came to the conclusion that her neighbor was stalking a certain police woman when she saw him outside of their apartment complex, he was always hanging around a certain uniformed woman. Clauen never saw the face of the officer he was following, thus leading to Ingrid not recognizing the Female Character instantly.

"That's weird." 1002 said after the little one floated beside her and took a good look on her mobile phone.

"What's weird?"

1002: "Remember when you looked at me as if I was dumb when I said that I felt something whenever I get near from your last world's main characters?"

"Uh yeah?" Should she say oops already?

1002: "If that blonde human was indeed the Female Lead, then why didn't I felt that same notion that I did with the Male Lead?"

Ingrid's seductive eyes fell upon the white-colored metallic ball. "Sera Madrid is definitely not a name owned by only a single person in this world." Ingrid closed her laptop, placed it on its rightful place, then she stood up. She stretches her stiff limbs then continued, "But… a police officer named Sera with a Van as its tail is definitely the only one," She then pulled out a fresh towel from her cup board. "… of course, although slim, but coincidence may happen."

To confirm whether Sera is indeed the Female Lead is easy once they met. However, the thing that Ingrid is most curious about is the meaning behind that something that 1002 felt.

Along with the closing of her bathroom door, is how Ingrid slowly drown by the numerous guesses that appeared in her mind.

---

Three days later, Saturday.

Ingrid arrived 15-minutes late at the place that Sera told her that they would meet because of a sudden traffic. She thought the she screwed her chance of befriending the Female Lead, but was saved to know that Sera is not here yet too.

Ingrid waited for half an hour yet she didn't saw a golden haired woman approaching their reserved table. Even in messenger, Ingrid received no reply.

Seriously did that woman just ditch her?

But… if this Sera is indeed that Police Officer Sera Madrid. Then, probably she received duty calls on the way here? If so, that make sense.

Ingrid had no plan to wait anymore longer inside, since she already ate when she waited for 30-minutes. Today is her rest day, therefore, adding more reason on how she shouldn't waste her precious time waiting for someone who's unlikely to come.

Ingrid rode a taxi on her way home. And the traffic congestion gotten worse. "What's with the traffic?" She asked the driver.

"The police blocked the whole St. Elena Main Street. It's been an hour and it seems like they hadn't solved the emergency yet."

Oh. "I see." She replied indifferently.

However, deep Ingrid felt like her heart was being scratched by a kitten's paw. Sera is definitely in there. Ahh, she wanted to go to that location too. The thought of seeing the badass Female Lead brought tremendous excitement in her heart. But too bad, Clauen is just some extra in this world. The situation in there is probably too serious enough for the police to put up a barricade, so if Ingrid took a single step on that place, she's afraid that a stray bullet will suddenly welcome her. There's no way that she will survive that, Ingrid didn't possess a golden finger as well as destined half who will always save her a.s.s. So she should just continue sitting inside this car prettily and stay away from any danger.

However, Clauen is not just an extra anymore. She was promoted to a villain because of Ingrid. And as one of this world's main characters, she can't help anymore but join the fray.

Ingrid's eyes turned bloodshot when she saw a familiar figure in her peripheral view. Wearing a face full of unwillingness, after she slammed down a stash of cold cash, she jumped out of the car. The driver called her out but she ignored it, as she was running full speed towards that limping figure – in all her high heels glory.

Ugh… so much for getting out of trouble! But who else can she blame her wandering eyes that caught the sight of wounded Van by chance? Yeah right, no one else but her. F.u.c.k.
