Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

All this time, Xia Yi Ling was silently watching as no one knew what she was thinking.

Just when she looked at Gu Xiao Yue directly, she saw her look back at her as her expression turned somewhat ferocious and cruel as she smiled at her in threatening way. She was immediately scared by that look as she again looked at her but Gu Xiao Yue had reverted back into her normal calm and collected look.

Xia Yi Ling wasn't so impulsive and stupid like her big sister Xia Wei Wei. She knew how to act in many situations. And she knew that she couldn't defeat this new cousin sister who looked meek and warm but was actually a ferocious beast inside.

If provoked, she will retaliate with even more cruelty and violence. So she decided to never mess with her and just bottle up her feelings. She didn't want an enemy which was so unfathomable and powerful.

She decided to persuade and warn her stupid sister to not mess with Gu Xiao Yue as she didn't want to be involved in this but still had to as she was still her own sister.

After all the mess was taken care of, Xia Wei Wei was punished by Xia Rui to copy 30 pages of etiquette book and remember them all so she would not make such mistake again. Xia Wei Wei could only grit her teeth as she did what her aunt said.

Even her little sister had warned her about Gu Xiao Yue so she was feeling very stuffy as her stomach was filled with anger and hatred.

Gu Xiao Yue couldn't go to school as she didn't have extra set of school uniform made. So her grandpa called the principal himself and told him that she cannot attend the school due to health problems. Yi Guang then gave the permission for the leave as he ended the call.

The two brothers were very worried of her but they had to go to school so they told her to rest properly as they got in the car and drove away to school.

Gu Xiao Yue then got a call from Feng Jiao.

"Xiao Yue! Are you not going to school today?" She asked her immediately after she answered her call.

"Something came up so I cannot go to school. I have already asked for a leave. Sorry, you have to go to school alone today." Gu Xiao Yue said that apologetically.

"Are you alright? It isn't that you are sick right? Since you aren't going to school today then I won't go either. I will only be bored to death if you are not there. Hmm.. I will come to visit you at your home today! Didn't you say that you will take me to your house one day? Then fulfill your promise to me today!" Feng Jiao said that in a hurry as she was worried that Gu Xiao Yue might reject her idea.

" Sure then. You can come to visit me today. I will wait for you as I will tell the gatekeeper that you will be coming today. Just tell him your name and he will let you in. Then I will come and recieve you."

Gu Xiao Yue didn't mind it as she also felt that it's a good idea as she didn't want to stay together with her two cousin sisters at home. Her mother and aunt were going somewhere for work today and grandpa was going to keep his guests that were going to come today company so she had nothing else to do.

If Feng Jiao is here then she can just spend her time with her.

"Yay! Then I will be there right away! Wait for me hehe." Feng Jiao giggled happily as she ended the call. She was already dressed up in school uniform and was waiting for Gu Xiao Yue in the spot they always met before going to school.

She then ran towards her house as she went in hurry. Her father who was about to go to work saw her coming back so he asked her.

"Jiao Jiao, why are you in such a hurry? Didn't you go to school with your new friend?" He asked her with a pampering smile.

"Dad! I'm not going to school today! My friend is not well today so I'm going to visit her house and accompany her today." Feng Jiao said that as she then hurried towards her room.

"Then I will inform the school. Have fun with your friend today." Feng Xuan said to her as he was very happy for his daughter. His daughter never got along with girls her age and only hung around with boys so he was worried that she might never make a girl friend in her life.

So when she said that she had made a very interesting girl friend, he was so happy that he cried as he hugged her even when she was trying to get out of his arms as she was about to suffocate so he let her go reluctantly.

And now that she was so caring towards her friend, he didn't mind it and let her do whatever she wanted to do. He was always busy with his work and had only little time to spend with his precious baby so he pampered her with love and let her do whatever she wanted. He didn't mind even if his daughter was spoiled rotten as she will still be his precious jewel.

Feng Jiao changed into a casual wear and tidied herself as she finally looked more presentable. She didn't want to leave a bad impression on her friend's family so she did her best to look good today.

She then got in the car as she told the driver to drive towards Gu Xiao Yue's residence. She couldn't just run to her house after all so she took the car.

Gu Xiao Yue had already informed the gatekeeper through a maid so when Feng Jiao got off the car and went towards the gatekeeper. He immediately opened the gate for her when she said her name and let her in respectully.

Gu Xiao Yue was informed about her so she went out to recieve her friend. It was Feng Jiao's first time visiting a friend and also a girl friend at that so she was excited. When she saw Gu Xiao Yue walking to her, she waved at her with a smile.

When she saw the bandages wrapped around Gu Xiao Yue's hands, she suddenly dropped her hand as she ran towards her and asked her in concern.

"Xiao Yue! How did you hurt your hands? Is it a serious wound? Does it still hurt??" Feng Jiao attacked with a barrage of question of worry towards Gu Xiao Yue and again rendered her speechless like when they first met in the hallway outside the classroom.

" It's just a small wound. I'm fit and healthy so don't worry about it." Gu Xiao Yue said that as she finally calmed the agitated Feng Jiao down.

"It's good that you are alright. So that's why you didn't go to school. But how did you get hurt?" Feng Jiao sighed in relief as she asked her.

Gu Xioa Yue then recited Feng Jiao everything that had happened before without hiding anything which made Feng Jiao seethe in anger when she thought about Xia Wei Wei.

" That girl is really vicious! To actually dare to hurt you in front of everyone! I will teach her a lesson if I see her in front of me!" Feng Jiao said that as she made a fist.

"It's alright. Don't mind a clown who only knows to jump around. Let's just spend our time with happy stuff at your first visit to my house and let those thoughts out of our mind. We don't want our mood to be ruined after all." Gu Xiao Yue said that as she then led Feng Jiao to have a tour around her house as requested by Feng Jiao herself.
