Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

Gu Xiao Yue, Gu Qin Zhen, Gu Shao Yan and Feng Jiao went to a nearby restaurant to have their lunch. They ordered whatever they wanted to eat as they then talked about the upcoming exams.

"Xiao Yue, if you don't understand something in your studies then you can come and ask me. I will help you." Gu Shao Yan said that as he ate his food.

"Yeah Yue Yue, you can ask me too if you need something. I'm actually very good at maths even though I don't look like it so feel free to come to me for help."

Gu Qin Zhen also said that with a smile as he picked a piece of chocolate cake and put it on Gu Xiao Yue's plate who had already finished her lunch and was ready for desserts.

" Thank you Yan, Zhen. I will come to you if I have any problems." Gu Xiao Yue smiled happily as she thanked them and ate the chocolate cake.

"Oh right, Xiao Yue. You can change classes according to the marks obtained in the exams so are you planning on changing you classes? If you have problem keeping up then I don't mind changing my classes to yours as I don't really care about my grades anyway."

Feng Jiao said that as she sipped on her coke.

" Yeah, I'm thinking about changing ny classes. I can handle it so you don't have to do that. Just take more care towards your grades. You can't always be like that. "Gu Xiao Yue smiled as she scolded her softly.

Feng Jiao stuck out her tongue as she then continued eating her food. The two brothers looked at them as they smiled at their friendly talk.

" I'm still surprised that my little sister is a friend of the infamous Demon King. At first, I even thought that you were bullying ny sister into being with you. Hahaha." Gu Qin Zhen said that as he laughed.

"Huh? Why would I even bully her just for that? I'm not that scary, you know. I just wonder what those stupid people have in their mind to even give me such a stupid title. At least call me Demon Queen instead of king. Why should they warp my gender? Hmph."

Feng Jiao said that as she angrily stabbed her fondant cake and ate it.

" But I think it suits you though." Gu Xiao Yue said that playfully as Feng Jiao then glared at her with angry eyes with her cheeks puffed.

Gu Xiao Yue really liked to tease Feng Jiao as she gets annoyed easily and gives funny reactions. She laughed happily as she poked Feng Jiao's puffed up cheeks. It made Feng Jiao to nearly spit out her cake.

The two brothers laughed at their playful fight as they had a cheerful lunch together. They returned to school after they finished their lunch on time as they separated and went to their respective classes.

Gu Xiao Yue went inside her class as she sat on her seat. The teacher came in after 2 minutes after the bell rang. It was not the usual Miss Yu Fei Fei today but another teacher.

The teacher was a male who had glasses on as he looked a bit shrewd. He looked at the students as he then opened his mouth and said.

"Teacher Yu is unable to come to school as she is ill so I will be teaching you English till the examinations starts. So I hope to see you all studying hard."

His words made the students to let out a dissatisfied sound as they whispered with each other. The teacher was named Zhao An.

He was also the cousin brother of Zhao Shi and they taught in the same school. He usually taught class 1-B so he had a disdainful look when he looked at the students in class 1-C.

He told them to be quiet as he then glanced at the calm and collected Gu Xiao Yue from the corner of his eyes and then returned his sight on his book.

"Today, we will do revision and see how much you have learnt about the subject till now." He said that as he placed the book on the desk. The students once again made a sound of dissatisfaction but quieted down again by his sharp gaze.

Zhao An then pretended to look around as he then fixed his gaze on Gu Xiao Yue who was leisurely sitting on her seat as her head rested on her right palm and was gazing outside the window.

She didn't care about the presence of the teacher at all as she already knew many things about the subject and was even better than the teacher himself.

"You, at the last row near the window seat! Stand up." Zhao An pointed his hands towards Gu Xiao Yue as he said that to her as if ordering a servant. His behaviour was as if he didn't put anyone in his eyes and was arrogantly looking at Gu Xiao Yue.

Gu Xiao Yue finally looked at him as she knew that he was looking for trouble with her just from his eyes as she then slowly and nonchalantly got up from her seat.

Zhao An then wrote a sentence in chinese on the board which wasn't taught to the students yet.

"Change this sentence into passive and also say it in English." Zhao An said that as he had a disdainful smile on his face.

She even had to change it to English from Chinese. He was doing this on purpose to embarrass Gu Xiao Yue in front of the class! The other students gasped at the very difficult question on the board as they gazed at Gu Xiao Yue with pity in their eyes.

Gu Xiao Yue didn't care about their gaze as she stared at Zhao An directly in his eyes with her cold ones as she then shifted her gaze on the board.

She stood their in silence for a while as she felt it a bit laughable. The so called difficult question was only to change the sentence into passive voice while only the sentence was a bit confusing as it had twisted meanings.

Seeing her silent made others feel that she didn't know the answer. They found it reasonable as they also didn't know it and Gu Xiao Yue was also not good academically so they only shook their head.

Zhao An also smiled at her derisively as he opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by Gu Xiao Yue.

"The passive form of the sentence " He will have recieved the letter before you reach there." is " The letter will have been received by him before you reach there.""

Gu Xiao Yue answered the question in English with ease as she sounded like her mother tongue was English from the start. Her English was even better than any other teachers in the school much less the students.

Everyone inside the classroom looked at her with widened eyes and gaping mouth as they were dumbfounded by her. How did they never knew that Gu Xiao Yue was actually this good in English?

Even Zhao An was looking at her with a foolish expression on his face. He wanted to embarrass her in front of the class to vent out the anger of his cousin sister as she had complained to him about Gu Xiao Yue many times and he finally got the opportunity to do that but he never thought that his plans would fail miserably.

'Wasn't she very bad academically?? How is she able to speak English even better than he himself? Was it all just false rumours or that she was hiding it from the start?' Zhao An thought that as he really couldn't understand how Gu Xiao Yue could answer the question.

"Sir, was my answer correct? If it was then may I take a seat now?" Gu Xiao Yue asked Zhao An clamly as she didn't care about what the people were thinking.

"You.. You were correct. You can take a seat now." Zhao An gritted his teeth as he gave his permission.

He was throughly embarrassed as his pride as a teacher was now defeated by a student who could speak English better than anyone in the school. He didn't have the face to make more trouble for her now as it would be only seeking his own humiliation.

The class then continued normally as Gu Xiao Yue wasn't bothered after that. She continued looking out of the window in a lazy manner as her head was supported by her palm.

'The weather outside is really nice ah~.'
