Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

The teacher who was now rushing towards the teacher's office is called Huang Hao Li. He teaches maths to class 1-A and class 2-B.

He is a strict and rule-bounded person who doesn't like seeing his students being undisciplined and manages his class very well.

Whenever it is his classes going on, no student dares to even let out a bit of noise and focuses on his teachings whether they want to or not.

But it's a well known fact that he is very much in love with mathematics and would praise anyone who does good in it.

He mostly praises Gu Shao Yan and a senior student named Mo Zun who had graduated from the school and is now in a famous university in Jing an' city.

He had once checked the maths answer sheet of Gu Shao Yan when he was in first year and had praised him again and again about how excellent his answers and results were.

Mo Zun had been the number one student who graduated from Ning Yue high school with perfect grades which included mathematics too.

It can be seen how much he likes Maths and wants to see more students under him to excell in it.

He is also a good teacher who teaches in an understanding way and also explains how to solve the problems to some weaker students with patience. He is strict on the outside but is soft as tofu in the inside. No student hates him as they already know about his nature and just takes his strictness as a way of showing his care for them.

Huang Hao Li finally got to the teacher's room as he panted for air inside the office. Other teachers noticed him coming here in a rush so they shifted their gazes to him as they paused from their works.

A teacher stepped forward and asked him in concern.

"Hao Li, why are you in such a rush? Here, drink some water." The teacher was Yu Fei Fei. She was holding a water bottle in her hands as she patted his back lightly with her other hand.

She was a very close friend of Huang Hao Li since their high school and they took care of each other whenever in need.

There was also a bit of chemistry between them but they themselves haven't realised this while others could see it clearly.

Huang Hao Li took the water bottle and took a few gulps of water and then finally breathed in relief as he calmed down a bit. He then raised his hand which was holding the answer sheet with care and then said.

"Fellow teachers, please look at this answer sheet from a student in class 1-C. I was in such a rush just because of this. You will understand the reason behind my excitement if you take a look in it yourself. As my explanation will only be taken as a joke."

Huang Hao Li then passed the answer sheet to Yu Fei Fei as she first looked over the answer sheet. She was first mesmerised by the beautiful handwriting then as she looked over it, she became surprised. Her face showed even more disbelief as she looked at the name of the student who wrote it.

All the teachers were now looking at her in anticipation about what was in the answer sheet and when they saw her ever changing expression of shock, disbelief then excitement, they were now boiling with curiosity.

"Miss Yu, please let me see it next. I would also like to know what has made you two so excited and shocked about." A teacher stepped out as he said that in curiosity.

"O-Oh yes yes. Here you go." Yu Fei Fei finally got her mind back from the answer sheet then handed it over to the teacher.

"Hey, I would like to see it too."

"Me too."

"Ah,don't push. We can see it in turns!"

The teachers gathered around as they stretched out their necks to take a glance at the content inside the answer sheet. Those who couldn't were waiting in patience.

The teachers finally quietened down when they saw the answers and the handwriting. They were very much fascinated by the perfect answers which had about no mistakes and were even simple to understand but hard to think of doing it in that way.

"Oh my god. This is...its too good! The formulas are used in such a way that it could even let any students who are weak in Maths to understand it without a hitch."

"The thought process of this student is indeed excellent. Even we teachers couldn't have thought of such an easy way to solve these problems. To say it's perfect might even be an understatement."

"I wonder who might the student who wrote it be. Could it be the genius Gu Qin Zhen or maybe Qi Ren? They are the only students who excell in maths in the first year."

"But I heard teacher Huang saying that it's from a student in class 1-C though. Who might it be?"

"Class 1-C? Impossible. How can any student in that class do it? I'm the head teacher of the class so how is it possible for me to not know who the student might be that was so exellent in maths?"

Zhao Shi had also come to the office and seen the answer sheet. She immediately denied the fact that it was from one of the students in class 1-C as she heard a teacher saying that it was from class 1-C.

" Nothing is impossible. Even if it is a student from class 1-C,they can still do anything unexpected if they work hard so don't go on denying it instantly, teacher Zhao."

It was teacher Qi Jing Xin, the head teacher of class 1-A who said that in his usual strict voice. He was an upright person and always believed in hard work and perseverance so he didn't like anyone denying someone's hard work as if the person didn't deserve being praised.

"But teacher Qi, I know everything about the students in my class and I have never seen anyone who could write such answers like a genius. Almost every student in it are mostly mediocre in studies so how is it even possible?"

Zhao Shi retorted with a face saying it was a matter of fact that it is impossible for it to be from one of her own students. How can a teacher be like that? If it were others, they might even be jumping in delight when they heard such a good news.

" The fact that it was a student from class 1-C is proved as you can check the name of the student and her symbol number." Huang Hao Li spoke up as he had a smug face as if the one who the other teachers were praising was he himself.

The teachers then hurriedly looked over the symbol number and checked the name of the student. They then finally found the name.

" Gu Xiao Yue? I have never heard of such a student before. Was there another Gu in the school other than the two Gu brothers?"

"Gu Xiao Yue? Do you mean to say the little sister of the Gu brothers?" a teacher spoke up as he seemed to know about the rumours of Gu Xiao Yue being the younger sister of the Gu brothers from some students.

"Did they even have a younger sister? Why don't I remember having one?"

All the teachers were confused about it. Grandpa Gu had changed the name recorded in the school files of Gu Xiao Yue from Xi Xiao Yue to Gu Xiao Yue when Gu Shao Yan told him having his younger sister being called as a member of the disdainful Xi family an eye sore for him.

He had agreed to it instantly and finished the process of changing her name when he got Gu Xiao Yue's consent on the matter.

He had wanted to do that since before but Gu Xiao Yue had told him to hold it for a time as she didn't want any unnecessary attention on her. He was happy that she finally didn't want to hide the fact of her being a young miss from Gu family anymore.

"It is Gu Xiao Yue who was known as Xi Xiao Yue before. She is in class 1-C. She had handed her paper over in just 20 minutes after the exams started." Huang Hao Li finally explained to them about it as he had his excitement and praise written all over his face.

" XI XIAO YUE?!? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!" Zhao Shi shrieked in disbelief as she finally knew who it was. She couldn't make herself to acknowledge it being from the student whom she had always looked down upon.

"That's not possible. No way...she had always been in the bottom of the class before so how could she even do this? It must be a misunderstanding or maybe she cheated?" Zhao Shi shook her head again and again as she denied the fact.

"What do you mean misunderstanding or cheating? Do you take me as a loose teacher who isn't careful and let's his student to cheat right in front of him?" Huang Hao Li retorted in anger as he was questioned being careless in guarding the exam hall.

"No,I didn't mean that. But how can she solve the problems like this? She had always been bad at studies. It's too much hard to believe it." Zhao Shi kept on denying it.

"Don't you think it is actually her hiding it? I mean, she was bad at studies when she was still in her previous house of Xi family. She must have done it as to not attract any attention towards her as we also got to know that she was mostly treated badly by her foster father and mother. And now that she had got her real family, she felt it safe to show her brilliance?"

Yu Fei Fei said that as she contemplated it and found it more and more reasonable.

Some teachers had also learnt about the situation about Gu Xiao Yue through the mouth of some students or from some teachers who had seen the scene where grandpa Gu had come to the school personally for the matter where Gu Xiao Yue was accused of being immoral and beating her fellow students.

"Her real family? So she was actually a foster child of the Xi family before?" There were still some teachers who didn't know so it was news to them.

"That's right. And she is now in a better environment so she must have decided to not hide her talent anymore. We can take it as a fact as student Xiao Yue was actually always the top student when she was small and only started to degrade from her studies when she got to grade 4."

"That's true. Maybe it might really be such way. But it's impressive how she could keep it hidden. I mean, many would like to show off their talent rather than keep it hidden even if they are in the risk of being mistreated. She is indeed an excellent student."

Qi Jing Xin praised Gu Xiao Yue as he really felt that she was just extraordinary. To be this patient to show her true colours and even keep her situation in mind so as to slow down her bloom. She was not a normal student but a genius.

Hearing how the teacher Qi who was mostly reserved and didn't praise any student usually praise Gu Xiao Yue as such in high regards made everyone believe it and also felt admiration for the genius, Gu Xiao Yue.

"Okay, the matter settles here. We don't know whether she really is a genius and so we should take our time in observing her. Let us see if her answers in other subjects are better than she had before. Now please go back to your work."

Qi Jing Xin said that as he dispersed the surrounding teachers into their posts to continue working. He was also looking forward to the results of this little friend of that brat.
