Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

Gu Xiao Yue and others sang to their heart's content as they vent up their anger.

They then felt very hungry after spending their energies in fighting, singing and dancing so they left the karaoke bar and went to the Tantalising Scent restaurant.

Since they weren't VVIP like Bai Long Wei, they could only get a VIP room through Feng Jiao's VIP card which was given to her by her father when he got it.

He used it to fawn upon his dear daughter so that she won't be distant towards him after being busy on his work. And it worked on her as she was a foodie.

They ordered various dishes when a waitress showed up in their room and went out respectfully after getting the orders. After a few minutes, the food had already been served by the waitress and they dug in after she left the room.

"Oh right, when I went to use the bathroom in the karaoke bar, I heard that the owner of the karaoke bar was looking for buyers and was selling the bar for a price of 200 million yuan. But since no one really finds it a profitable property, they find it very much a loss to spend 200 million yuan on it. I wonder who the owner is to set such a high price."

Zhang Luo said that after he remembered it as he took a bite of his braised pork. He also felt that it was not a profitable deal and wasn't worth buying it in that price.

" 200 million yuan?" Gu Xiao Yue stopped eating her chicken noodle soup as she then lost herself in her own thoughts.

"Yeah, 200 million yuan. It is just obvious to not have any buyers who would want to spend such money for the property. Well, anyway, let's forget it and continue eating or the food will go cold." Zhang Luo said that as he put some pork meat in Gu Xiao Yue's plate and told her to stop thinking about it and eat.

Gu Xiao Yue had already made many calculations and plans when she heard the news which made her eyes shine brightly. She then listened to Zhang Luo and continued eating.

She had about 60 million yuan on her account now but she could make 200 millions of yuan in just a day so she wasn't worried about the money.

What she needed to do was to make sure about the cause behind the owner wanting to sell his property and also to see how much income it could make and how much profit it really made annually.

She then thought about Long Jin Yu. He knew much more about the owners and big shots in this city and must be able to get the information about the karaoke bar and it's owner so she then decided to call him after going back home.

She also still had the two high quality jade raw stones in her space which was in red and bright green light. She can just make 200 million with just one of them. But first, she will see if the karaoke bar is worth buying for her business expansion.

The group of high school kids (well, one is 21 years old in soul) then went out of the restaurant after Feng Jiao paid for the meal as she lost in rock, paper, scissor. The boys were carrying all the shopping bags as they had already called out for their drivers to come and pick them up.

Feng Jiao and Gu Xiao Yue sat on Feng Jiao's car while the three boys sat on Zhang Luo's car. They waved at each other and went their own separate ways. The houses of the three boys were at the same direction and were also near each other so they always went home together.

Feng Jiao dropped Gu Xiao Yue to her house as the gatekeeper helped to carry Gu Xiao Yue's shopping bags and had a butler to carry it back to her room. Gu Xiao Yue then said 'Goodnight' to Feng Jiao as she waved back at her and the driver then drove the car away.

Gu Xiao Yue then went inside the mansion. It was 7 pm in the evening and her grandpa and her brothers were just having dinner. She had already informed them about hanging out with her friends and having dinner outside so they didn't wait for her and started to have their meal.

Gu Xiao Yue greeted them for a while and gave them some clothes that she had bought for them earlier and let a butler to set them aside as they were still eating.

The trio of adorable guardians were very happy after knowing that Gu Xiao Yue had bought them clothes even though she had gone out to have fun with her friends. Gu Xiao Yue then excused herself to her room after seeing their happy faces with a smile on her face.

She took a long bath as she scrubbed every single part of her body as she really did feel disgusted being touched by those hooligans. She wasn't a mysophobic person but she still didn't like any strangers touching her or someone she didn't like touching her.

She got out of the bathroom as she wore a white bath robe and called out for a maid. The maid who came was called He Qing, she was the only daughter of butler He and she was also the one who came to inform her about the arrival of Gu Xi Ming and others before.

She was still shy around her whenever she looked at Gu Xiao Yue's beautiful face. She would always turn red when she was around.

"Young miss, is there anything I can help you with?" He Qing asked respectfully even though she was feeling nervous. She was indeed the daughter of the best butler. So disciplined and orderly.

"Mm. I want the school uniform be washed up throughly. Please keep in mind to wash away the odour. If you cannot do that then you are free to throw them away. I will use another set of school uniform from now on."

Gu Xiao Yue said that as she pointed at the school uniform in the laundry basket. He Qing looked at the clothes then bowed to Gu Xiao Yue respectfully and then picked the basket up.

She then excused herself after she took her order in mind. She sniffed at the clothes but didn't find any kind of strange odour coming from it.

She was puzzled whether Gu Xiao Yue's nose had problem or hers. But since she was given an order, she had to get it done properly so she didn't think much and went to the laundry room.

Gu Xiao Yue dried her wet hair and sat on the couch in her room. She picked up her cell phone and called Long Jin Yu. He was having dinner with his family when his phone rang. He looked at it and found that it was Gu Xiao Yue who was calling him so he knew that it must be something important.

He told his wife and his son to continue eating when they stopped eating and looked at him. He then excused himself and went out to recieve the phone.

"Hello, Xiao Yue." Long Jin Yu answered as he first greeted her.

"Hello, uncle Long. Did I disturb you? If you are busy then we can talk later." Gu Xiao Yue asked Long Jin Yu as she didn't want to disturb her workers for something that could be done later while they were busy.

"No no, I'm free right now. Is there something that you need from me?" said Long Jin Yu.

"Then, if you say so. Actually I would like you to find out about the owner and the reason behind him wanting to sell the Unique Karaoke Bar and Pub. And also to find out the information about the annual income, profit and loss and the total value of its tangible or intangible assets."

Gu Xiao Yue then told him about her true purpose. Long Jin Yu already knew which Karaoke bar she was talking about and he had also heard of it being open for sale.

He didn't expect that Gu Xiao Yue would be interested in it but since he was already given the order, he would definitely get it done without any questions.

"Okay, I will get it done in a week. Or if done faster, maybe in 4 days." Long Jin Yu said that as he calculated the time he needed to sort it out.

"Mm. I will leave it to you then. And how is the jewellery shop doing? How are the employees training and how many have been eligible enough for their post?" Gu Xiao Yue asked about her the jewellery shop's condition after she had finished giving out her orders.

" About 17 workers have been chosen out from the ones previously. They all meet the condition you have proposed and are all content with their allocated salaries and work."

"Oh and the raw stones you have delivered had all been extracted. About 18 were medium quality jades of various types and 5 were of high quality jades. One was even a rare high quality glass type green apple jade."

Long Jin Yu became as excited as he was when he extracted the jades after he started talking about it to Gu Xiao Yue.

"Mm,Good. Let the artisans to make designs for the jades and don't use the green apple jade yet. For the promotion of the shop, use the other jades for making jewelleries like earrings and necklaces. We will look for more high quality jades to use as main attraction for the customers. And keep up the good work, uncle Long. It won't be long before the rise of Ling Yue jewellers company. And it's all thanks to your hard work too."

Gu Xiao Yue told him her plans and then gave him his well deserved praise and gave him his credit for it too. Long Jin Yu was very glad to have her as his boss as she was the one who helped him out in his lowest while she even gave him the credit for the progress. He was really touched.

"Thank you, Xiao Yue. I will make sure to work harder to meet your expectations." Long Jin Yu said in a determined tone.

"Mm. I look forward to your work, uncle Long. You can now end the call. Have a good rest today. Goodnight." said Gu Xiao Yue.

"Okay, goodnight." Long Jin Yu said as he then ended the call. He went back to the dining hall to continue his meal.

Gu Xiao Yue then changed to her night dress and then plopped herself on her bed. She was very tired and exhausted after the hangout and all so she fell into her dreamland just after getting in contact with her bed.
