The next morning

Xi Xiao Yue woke up early then sat up on her bed as she stretched her arms in a lazy way. She then got off the bed as she went to wash her face then went out to run and exercise in the park. There were already many old and young people there for a walk and exercise. The morning view was very tranquil and the air was fresh which made her mind calm and steady as she jogged for a while then she went back at the hotel and took a bath.

She then went downstairs and ordered for her breakfast. She liked to eat rice very much so she had rice and other food to go along with it as her breakfast. After she finished eating her breakfast she first went to the nearby bank to get herself a card as she couldn't just go on with stack of money on her pocket as it would be too unrealistic if she had to pay a large sum. After that she then went to the shopping mall to buy herself clothes and get herself a makeover. Her hairstyle was too random and messy as the bangs were obstructing her line of sight, scattered all over her face which also hid some of her beauty.

She walked into a clothes store full of expensive looking clothes for girls of which the cheapest would be 4000 yuan. She used to wear latest fashion brand clothes in her previous life as she was also very picky about fashion so she was really uncomfortable with her shabby dress up right now. As she had just entered the shop,she heard a surprised voice coming from the side in the shop. "Xi Xiao Yue?!" She turned her head to look at the girl who just shouted out her name only to find a familiar face. Of course familiar for only 'Xi Xiao Yue' not Li Xiao Yue. The corner of her lips raised up a little as her eyes turned cold as she recognised the girl in front of her.

"What are you doing here? Are you here to buy clothes? Hah, what a joke. You, a poor girl who can't even buy the cheapest clothes in here actually dare to enter this shop. Hahaha I could even die from laughter if that were true." Said Shu Ling shi as she pretended to clutch at her c.h.e.s.t to show how shocked she was in mockery and sarcasm.

" What does it have to do with you whether I come here to buy anything or not? You are nobody to me so mind you own business." as Xi Xiao Yue said that, she ignored the annoying Shu Ling shi and looked around for clothes of her taste as she picked up three sets of expensive clothes and u.n.d.e.r.g.a.r.m.e.n.ts. She then brought them to the counter telling them to pack them up for her.

Shu Ling Shi was angry that the pushover that she always looked down upon actually dared to refute her words and even ignore her presence as she went towards her in large strides as she grabbed the clothes Xi Xiao Yue picked without looking at their price tags then said to the cashier "I would like to buy these sets of clothes so pack them up for me."

The cashier looked slightly troubled as she didn't know what to do with her sight hovering over Xi Xiao Yue and then Shu Ling Shi. " T-This miss here, you can choose other sets of clothes of the same design as these were chosen by the other customer already. I will tell a worker to show you where the clothes are. Xiao liu, come here and show this miss the same brand as these cloth-"

The cashier couldn't finish her sentence as she was interrupted by Shu Ling Shi's angry voice," Hey, you! Is this the behaviour you show to your customer? I already told you to pack these clothes for me! Why are you ignoring my orders and deciding things for me? You can already tell that this poor beggar can't afford to buy these clothes so why are you bothering in going against me??" Shu Ling Shi was pointing her finger and berating the cashier as if she was the boss and they were her servants. The cashier was annoyed by her attitude as she lost her previous good impression of the girl who looked lovely and kind.

" Miss, you are the one at fault here. These clothes were already chosen by this customer and whether she can or can't afford to pay will be known after the bill is issued. And then you can have the clothes after she cannot pay. We have the rule of first come first serve so please do not make us trouble, miss." The cashier's words made Shu Ling Shi unable to refute and felt very angry as she glared at her. She then turned to see Xi Xiao Yue standing beside her calmly throughout the ruckus as if what was happening wasn't related to her. She became more annoyed and embarrassed so she tried to hide it by insulting Xi Xiao Yue.

"Xi Xiao Yue, aren't you ashamed of pretending as if you are rich to pick up so much clothes as if you will really buy them? A poor bumpkin like you can never afford such clothes in your whole life. You even dare to act so calm outside as if the money for the clothes is nothing in your eyes! How shameless!" Xi Xiao Yue finally spared her a cold but lazy glance as if she was only looking at a clown jumping around as she opened her mouth to say," Why do you care if I can really afford it or not? Well, if you can't believe it then do you want to bet?"

Shu Ling Shi at first was shocked about the proposal then laughed as if she heard a very funny joke then she said, "Haha, Xi Xiao Yue, do you really think you have anything worth to bet with me? And are you really confident in yourself or just too arrogant? Hmph then let's make a bet. If you can't afford it then you have to kneel down and admit that you are a shameless bitch in front of everyone!"

Everyone who were looking at the drama were stunned at the words of Shu Ling Shi as they didn't think she would be so devious as to say that. It would throughly ruin the girl's reputation if she did that in front of everyone. Everyone looked at Xi Xiao Yue with pity as they also had a bad impression of Shu Ling Shi.

"Then if I can afford it, you will kowtow to me three times and apologise to me in front of everyone!" said Xi Xiao Yue.

"Hmph! Deal! I am not afraid of your lies as we will see if it will be you or me who will kowtow and beg for forgiveness." said Shu Ling Shi in a haughty way.

"Then let everyone here be the witness for this. You cannot go back to your words." said Xi Xiao Yue as she took out her debit card and paid for the clothes in front of the shocked eyes of the everyone. Shu Ling Shi widened her eyes as she saw the procedure and couldn't understand how the poor girl could actually pay for the clothes. She then felt very scared and embarrassed as she remembered the bet she just agreed to. "How... how could you...afford it.. Impossible!"

"Shu Ling Shi, you have lost the bet so don't think of going out of your words. As you agreed, you will kowtow to me three times and apologise to me in front of everyone!" said Xi Xiao Yue as she looked at her coldly. Her imposing aura oozing out of her made her look like a queen of higher position looking down at the people in disdain. Shu Ling Shi was scared by her gaze as she felt a chill at her back. She subconsciously took two steps back. "You.. Xi Xiao Yue! Don't go overboard!" she was now panicking as she did agree with it but she didn't want to embarrass herself and make herself a laughing stock for everyone.

"Overboard? I'm only telling you to do what you said you would do if you lost the bet. If you don't even have the guts to accept your defeat then why do you even bother to bet or go against me when I didn't even do anything to you? Shu Ling Shi, don't think I will forgive you for all the mistreatments you did to me."as she said that she kicked at the back of the knee of Shu Ling Shi and forced her to kneel down. Shu Ling Shi cried out in pain and tried to get up but the pain didn't let her to do so. She glowered at Xi Xiao Yue with hatred in her eyes." Xi Xiao Yue, you are going too far! I will definitely make you pay for this!"

"Before you worry about that, you should be apologising to me. So, kowtow three times and apologise. If you don't then you will be in more pain." Xi Xiao Yue was never a forgiving person. She would be good to those who are good to her and merciless to those who dare provoke her. Shu Ling Shi was one of those students who used to insult, mock and bully Xi Xiao Yue. She even slapped her once when she didn't do anything to her at all. The slap was very forceful as it left a red hand print for three days. All the students laughed at or only showed pity towards Xi Xiao Yue when she only felt like digging herself a hole to hide in. So Xi Xiao Yue wasn't going to show any mercy towards Shu Ling Shi.

Shu Ling Shi grit her teeth as she trembled but still forced herself to kowtow three times as she was in front of everyone who had seen them make a bet. So she could only swallow her grievance and apologise. "I... I am sorry."

She said that while grinding her teeth tightly.

"Remember, don't ever pick a fight with me cause if you did, then I won't just let you go so easily like today." as Xi Xiao Yue said that, she picked up the shopping bags and left the shop without looking back at the still kneeling Shu Ling Shi. She also didn't see the vicious glint that went through her eyes. 'Xi Xiao Yue, I will definitely make you pay for this!' Shu Ling Shi thought to herself as she looked at the receding back of Xi Xiao Yue.

Xi Xiao Yue continued shopping many things such as shoes. She also went to an electronics shop to buy herself the latest model of smartphone with all the functions. She couldn't buy herself a sim card as she wasn't an a.d.u.l.t yet so she then called the hotel to take back her stuffs to her room and went to change her clothes into new ones. She then went to get a hairstyle in a place popular for its job.

The hairstylist was a woman of 26 years old with a short hairstyle. She was good looking and looked very amiable. She welcomed her and asked which hairstyle she would like to do then let her sit down on the chair as Xi Xiao Yue said to fix her bangs and then do a shoulder-length hairstyle in U shape. The hairstylist did as she said very professionally and after about 2 hours, the hairstyle was done.

Xiao Yue looked totally different from before as the hairstyle was done perfectly which showed her fair and smooth face with some baby fat, look exceptionally beautiful. Her slightly purplish black round eyes looked like brilliant stars in the night sky and her small nose looked very cute. Her pouty full lips looked like cherry blossom, very alluring and plump as if water will flow out if it was pinched. The hair around her shoulder made her white and fair neck look very beautiful in contrast of the jet black hair. The hairstylist was stunned by Xi Xiao Yue's beauty and almost forgot to breathe. Xi Xiao Yue also didn't expect that she would be so beautiful than what she thought even though it was still inferior to her previous face.

She then got up and then paid for the hairstyle as she woke up the stunned hairstylist. She then went towards the hotel. It was already 6 pm when she got to the hotel. She then ordered a worker to deliver her dinner in her room and then went to her room through an elevator as she took a bath. She then had her dinner and then went to bed after changing to her new pajamas. She was very tired by all the shopping and stuff today so her eyes were already drooping. She then yawned and closed her eyes and fell in a deep sleep. She didn't have any dream at all that night. Her peaceful and beautiful face and the moonlight shining on her made her look like a beauty in the moonlight who could snatch any man's heart if it was seen.

The next day she went on her daily routine of running and taking a walk in the park and then wanted to go to the raw stones Market. As it was found that a little girl cut out a medium grade glass type hibiscus jade, the shop has been popular for some time through the advertising and even the stall where she picked the raw stone was filled with customers but to their pity, they couldn't get one of the same quality but some still got low quality jade.

She went to a different shop which was the biggest there as didn't want to get recognised in the previous one. She then used her clairvoyance and then found a football sized raw stone with a very bright red coloured jade in it. She didn't know what type it was but was sure that it was of great quality so she went towards it and put it on her trolley.

She then searched around and found a half a size of a watermelon green Jade with bright colour in a raw stone and picked it up. After that, she picked up two palm sized green jade and a bright purple coloured jade. She then looked around and only found some low quality jade so she left them and picked some waste raw stones as to not be found out.

As she had picked the raw stones as if picking up cabbages in a market, she had attracted quite some attention as everyone was pointing at her and whispering. She then paid for the raw stones at the counter and went to the place to cut raw stones. After seeing her going to cut the raw stones, those watching her were slightly curious as to see if she could really cut out a jade in that many raw stones so they gathered around her, making a crowd.

There were two machines to cut raw stones and one was occupied by a man who looked to be around 37 years old. He had cut out a waste raw stone so he was crying out in disappointment. It was finally was her turn so she first handed a waste material to the worker. He then asked if she wanted to draw lines but she said to cut it directly. After finishing cutting the raw stone, only waste was cut out.

Everyone looked at her in pity at that and some were gloating at other's misfortune but Xi Xiao Yue wasn't affected by it at all. She then picked up a medium quality jade raw stone to the worker and drew some lines. It took only a cut to show green mixed with some reddish hue in the raw stone and the worker and the others gasped due to it. "Its a jade inside!" the worker exclaimed then forced himself to calm down and continued to cut the raw stone.

Others were either excited or jealous and some even started bidding but Xi Xiao Yue calmly said to wait till the jade is cut out to bid which shut them up. Everyone was waiting for the jade to be cut out as no one made sound as if afraid to disturb the worker.

After a few moments, the jade was finally cut out. It was a medium quality lotus type jade. It was slightly over 800 thousand in price. But can go over 1 million yuan if auctioned. The crowd began to bid one after another till it reached 750 thousand yuan and was sold to a man of about 45 in age.

Then she gave another raw stone with a jade in it. It was a palm sized lotus type jade of medium quality and was sold for 600 thousand yuan. Everyone was stunned by seeing her cut out two jade stones of medium quality in just a day which made them jealous and envious, the boss of the shop was even more regretful as he could have cut them out and made money. But he couldn't do anything but watch.

She then took out a raw stone with a palm sized bright green jade which was also the smallest raw stone with a jade she had. This will be her last raw stone to cut as she didn't want to get too much attention. She then drew the lines accordingly and then gave it to the worker to cut.

The worker then cut the raw stone and saw that it also had a jade and seemingly of higher quality than the last one, he was feeling as if he was dreaming and almost dropped the raw stone. He then continued to cut it out without saying anything and then cut out the jade. Its colour was a very beautiful yellowish green which was very crystal clear. "H-High quality Glass type empress jade!" Everyone gasped in shock as they blanked out hearing the exclamation by someone who recognised the jade's type.

A high quality glass type empress jade was one of the rare jades that was hard to find. It's price was so high that it could buy a medium scale company. After seeing that the jade was actually cut out by a little girl and with two more medium quality jades, they were so jealous that they could even die from the jealousy.

They then fought against each other to bid for the jade. It had already went up to 30 million yuan when it's bidding slowed down. Then suddenly an elderly voice sounded out "50 million yuan!" Everyone was shocked to hear such a high price. Even Xi Xiao Yue didn't think that someone would bid such a high price for the jade. She then became very curious about who was the one who bid such a price.
