Rebirth:The Badass Young Lady

I turn towards the source of the voice where I see an old man in a traditional Chinese dress. It looks simple but the quality of the clothes is very expensive. The old man looks of about 60 years in age but looks to have the spirits of a young man. He has rosy cheeks with white short hair. He doesn't have any beard only a long mustache in 'M' shape. He looks amicable in first sight. His look towards the jade tells that he is very fond of jade.

"Who is the owner of this jade?" the old man asks as he still has his eyes on the jade. "I am the owner of this jade, sir." I answer politely as its good to make connections with powerful people because from the whisper in the crowd, I got to know that he is the old man Gu from the well known Gu family which is one of the super family in Jiang city. They have billions of wealth and assets and many business companies of jewelery and real estates. His two sons are also prominent figures in the business society. Everyone respects and fears their powerful background.

Old man Gu looks stunned as he sees a little girl who is only a student in front of him, pointing at herself and answering him politely. She looks very well behaved and respectful to elders and also has an intelligent look in her eyes which makes others have a good impression of her in just one look. Old man Gu nods his head as he observes Xi Xiao Yue and finds that she is neither arrogant about the jade nor fawning towards the strong. Very calm and steady in any situation.

He suddenly becomes fond of this little girl who definitely has a great talent in raw stone gambling. He then softly laughs and says, "A good girl, so you are the owner of the jade. Little girl, I will buy this jade and if you have more jade in the future then don't forget about this grandpa Gu. Here, take my business card. Oh, also where is your family? Does your family know about this? It will be better to inform them about such big transactions."

" I don't have a family, I live alone." Xi Xiao Yue says calmly. It's true that she doesn't have a family and that she is living alone now. The Xi family don't have a blood relation with her and she will be severing her ties with those dogs.

Everyone is shocked that such a talented and well behaved girl is actually living alone while she behaves like a young miss of a big family. This makes Old Man Gu more Interested in Xi Xiao Yue.

"Hmm, then how about becoming my granddaughter? I really like your character and find you very interesting and I also don't have a granddaughter with only two grandsons so it will be very good to adopt you as my granddaughter." Old Man Gu says that as he nods his head, feeling that this isn't a bad idea. Xi Xiao Yue is left speechless at the proposal and the pair of eyes full of expectation.

She suddenly doesn't know what to say. Old Man Gu sees that she is saying nothing for a long time so he says again, "Little girl, I will treat you like my own granddaughter so don't worry. You can try calling me Grandpa Gu or just Grandpa. Where do you live right now? If you don't have a place to stay then you can come to stay in Gu family and treat it as your own home. Try it, say Grandpa Gu." Old man Gu says that as he looks at Xi Xiao Yue in anticipation.

Xi Xiao Yue's lips twitch a little at the corner as she can't believe how fast it has been done by the Old man so just goes along with him after seeing his sincere and anticipating gaze." Grandpa Gu." she calls out a little shy as she never had a Grandpa in both lifetimes so she has a weird feeling in her heart after calling out. Old man Gu becomes very happy listening to her calling him 'Grandpa Gu' and says "Good. Good. Good."repetitively.

He then tells his secretary Mr. Mu to transfer the money to Xi Xiao Yue's account as he safely keeps the jade in a box as if safeguarding a treasure. Old man Gu invites Xi Xiao Yue for lunch and agrees as she takes the other raw stones with her and heads towards a famous restaurant. The restaurant is spacious with a huge crowd. The manager of the restaurant welcomes Old man Gu personally and leads them towards a private room in the second floor. Old man Gu doesn't react to it as if it's just as expected and Xi Xiao Yue just acts as usual, calm and expressionless.

They sit down and Old man Gu tells her to order whatever she likes. She then orders three dishes without shying away. Old man Gu then orders two dishes. Old man Gu then asks her about her study, how she is living and how long she had been alone. Xi Xiao Yue doesn't think that it's a big secret about leaving the house so she tells old man Gu everything. Of course, leaving out about her supernatural ability and space.

Old man Gu feels shocked about how the little girl had spent her life in the Xi family and the mistreatment and how she left the house after her accident. The girl looks calm and nonchalant as she tells her story as if its not about herself. Seeing this makes him pity her and also feel angry at the Xi family. 'Xi family? Good. I will make them pay for it.'He feels that she is more amazing than he felt before. Seeing how confident she is in herself and how she wasn't affected by the abuse and still keeps on finding ways to survive and have a better life, he sees her in new light and wants to make her his granddaughter more.

So he tells her to come to live with him and the others in Gu family. Xi Xiao Yue rejects at first but Old man Gu insists on it so she just let's him do so. Old man Gu says he will adopt her and let everyone know about him adopting her but she doesn't want to let anyone know about it right now so she let's the old man to only let close relatives to know about it.

After lunch, old man Gu wants her to go to the mansion with him but Xi Xiao Yue politely rejects as she has to first deal with the hotel room so she parts with Old man Gu after he reminds her to go towards the Gu family mansion in Ning city. He will be living here for some years as to live in peace while reminiscing his old days with his old friends. He also has his grandsons who study in the same school as hers who are of the same age as her.

Xi Xiao Yue then heads towards an empty alley to store the raw stones but then about 5 men who looks like some hooligans surround her. She looks at them with calm eyes as she sees that they are just some average bad guys. She can just handle them within a minute.

After she found out her ability, her physical strength has been improving at a rate where her skinny body has more flesh in it which makes her perfect figure more beautiful. The men look at her from head to toe and whistle. "Wow, this little beauty is more beautiful than we thought. We did great to accept this job as we can now taste such a tender flesh. Hahaha." they laugh with each other as they give her dirty looks.

Xi Xiao Yue narrows her eyes as a cold and murderous glint flash through her purplish black eyes." Who sent you?" she asks in a cold voice. Seeing how calm she is makes the men a little confused. The leader of the men then says, "Heh, it's better you don't know, little girl. Let's just have some fun time." he then reaches out his hand to grab Xi Xiao Yue.

Crack!

A bone breaking sound is heard and then the leader of the men cries out in pain. His right arm is distorted in a weird way. Everyone looks at Xi Xiao Yue as if looking at a ghost as she calmly let's her hand down. She had broken the arm of the leader as if it was a piece of cake.

The leader then shouts at the 4 men, "Catch her! This bitch dares to attack me! I'll make her feel like want to die but can't!" the men then get out of their shock and then charge towards Xi Xiao Yue. Xi Xiao Yue dodges the punch coming towards her face and kicks the man in his stomach as he rolls on the ground 1 meter away.

She then grabs the hand of a man and shoulder throws him and breaks his arms by twisting it at the back. She then throws the man at the other as he tries to sneak behind her back and kicks his face. The last man takes out a pocket knife and then stabs towards her neck. Her eyes turn chilly cold as she grabs the hand holding the knife and twists it with half her strength as the knife slides down from the grip and hits his back of the head, kocked out. All of this was done in just a minute.

The leader of the men who was still clutching his broken hand was now dumbfounded at the calm way she handles those grown up men and suddenly feels a chill at his back as he sees her look at his way with her cold eyes. He tries to run away but Xi Xiao Yue catches up with him and then punches his solar pixels and asks again, "Tell me who paid you and what did they tell you to do or else I will not let you live." the leader of the group feels terrified at her words and then blurts out the truth. "It.. It was a g-girl called Shu.. Shu Ling Shi... She..She paid us 20,000 to r-r.a.p.e you and leave you at..t-the street n.a.k.e.d."

Hearing what he said, Xi Xiao Yue feels very angry. 'Shu Ling Shi was actually so vicious as to pay them to **** me and ruin my reputation in front of everyone. And she actually only paid 20,000 as if my life is only so low. I'll remember this debt!' She then throws the leader after warning him to never come in front of her again and then goes out of the alley picking up the raw stones as she couldn't just store the raw stones in the space when there are people.

Because she was hurrying out as to not let anyone find her so she didn't see that two pair of eyes were looking at her from a hidden place in a car which could see the situation in the alley clearly from its spot. One with calm but interested eyes and another was curious and filled with admiration.

"Wow, we actually got to see such a cool fight and its also between a little girl and 5 grown men. That girl was really cool! I wonder how much she had trained to be so good at martial arts." says the man at the driver's seat with admiration in his voice as he glances at the quiet man through the mirror.

The man at the back nods and says" mm. " as to show his acknowledgement. The man was very handsome. His phoenix shape eyes, sword like eyebrows, his high nose and his thin red lip paired with his chiseled and fair face made him look so handsome that he looked like a god in the mortal realm. He was wearing a black suit which made his well proportioned body look more m.a.t.u.r.e and handsome as his arms and t.h.i.g.h muscles were bulging out. A manly and cool aura oozing out of every single pores in his body.

Every woman in the world would definitely be smitten by his looks,wanting to pounce at him. The only thing was that he had a dangerous feeling in him when we look at him which only those who have dealt with many people's lives and death would have.

The man on the driver's seat was also very handsome in a white suit, his blonde hair standing out but his looks only looked like foil to the handsome man sitting at the back seat, calmly looking at the direction where Xi Xiao Yue left with an unfathomable gaze. He then said to the man, "Let's go." The man then drove back and went far away from the place. Xi Xiao Yue didn't even know that she had attracted the attention of a dangerous man and headed back to the hotel to deal with the matters in there.

After dealing with the matters, she heads towards the Gu mansion which is located in the most luxurious place in the Ning city by taxi. Old Man Gu had already come back home and was waiting for her with his two grandsons who were a little curious as to whom their grandpa was waiting so eagerly for.

After getting out of the taxi in front of the mansion, she pays the taxi fare and then looks at the big gate and the spacious garden full of greenery which were maintained very well by the gardener and the mansion which looked very luxurious but not too showy. It looked very good with the black and white colouring and the design was very unique. She then went towards the watchman and asked him if Grandpa Gu was home and if he is then to inform him that she was here.

The watchman first looked at her vigilantly and then remembered the Old master saying that his granddaughter will be coming today so he thought that Xi Xiao Yue was the one and then respectfully welcomed her and opened the gate, letting her in. A butler came towards her hurriedly as he welcomed her warmly and guided her towards the living room through twists and turns to where the Grandpa and grandson trio were at.

The butler announced to grandpa Gu that Xi Xiao Yue was here and then she went inside in a calm way and then greeted sweetly. "Grandpa Gu."

Grandpa Gu was very happy to see Xi Xiao Yue so he got up and then pulled her to sit beside him on the couch. Then he asked if she was tired and if she had finished the matter at the hotel and if she wanted to drink cold drink or tea. The two grandsons who were treated as if air now were feeling speechless at the attentiveness of Grandpa Gu towards the girl who was unfamiliar to them. They were curious, suspicious and also shy seeing how beautiful she was.

"Grandpa Gu, I am fine. I am not tired at all. All the matters have been dealt with so don't worry about it." Xi Xiao Yue said and finally calmed down the excited Old man. She then looked towards the speechless young men and nodded at them as a greeting and then turned towards grandpa Gu." Grandpa Gu, are they the grandsons you were talking about before? " She asked as she observed them, the two were also observing her.

"Yeah, they are my two grandsons, they will be your big brothers from now on so get along well as you will be living together." said Old man Gu as he turned towards his grandsons and introduced Xi Xiao Yue to them. "He is my first grandson Gu Shao Yan. He is 16 years old. And the other is my second grandson Gu Qin Zhen. He is the same age as you and older than you by two month." Xi Xiao Yue was born in 10th of Oct and Gu Qin Zhen was born in 13th of Aug.

"She is the granddaughter I have adopted and will be your little sister from now on. Her name is Xi Xiao Yue. 15 years in age. Treat her well. If I hear that you bullied her, I'll definitely punish you two. Hmph!" The two grandsons were puzzled at first then after the introduction were shocked and happy to get a little sister.

They always wanted a little sister as there was only those two brothers in the house and were very sad and envious when they heard their friends talking about their little sisters being cute and adorable. Now that they have got themselves such a beautiful, adorable and well behaved little girl, they already wanted to pamper her with love and care.

"Hello Big brothers. I am Xi Xiao Yue. You can call me YueYue or Xiao Yue, however you like."Xi Xiao Yue smiles at them and greets them sweetly. Looking her smile, the two become stunned at first then felt very happy by hearing her calling them big brother.

"YueYue, we are very happy to have you as our little sister. Feel free to look for me if you have any problem. I will do my best to solve it for you!" says the eldest, Shao yan as he looks at Xi Xiao Yue in a loving way. "Yes, Xiao Yue, You can also come to me if you have any trouble. I can also help you in your studies!" says Qin zhen as he thumps his c.h.e.s.t as to tell her to be assured.

Looking at them getting along so well makes Granpa Gu feel very happy and laughs heartily. Seeing their grandpa laughing so happily makes them laugh together with him. The harmonious air around them making them look like really caring and loving family.
