After that surprising situation in the storage room yesterday. The relationship between me and Ruby have definitely changed. I don't know what or how I'm going to react around her especially everyone, including Queen Isabel, her mother, knowing about it.

Today I'm having a picnic with Rudy at the cliff we visited. Long story short, Karla suggested that I should go out with her on a date so that we can affirm our relationship.

"You said this place was beautiful, so how about we enjoy a picnic here?"

"Th-that would be wonderful."

She shyly and happily responds. I then place the blanket and basket on the ground.

"I made several sandwiches and cold drinks."

I take out a few sandwiches and place them on plates and pass two thermoses of drinks for both of us.

"Wow, Felix! This looks tasty!"

"You haven't tried eating them yet, try it."

She took a sandwich and took a single bite...

"It's delicious!"

And took a sip of her orange juice.

"And the drink is so refreshing!"

"Glad you like it."

She took a quick glance at me and shift her view to the city.

"Th-thank you, Felix."

"For what?"

"Everything. You accepted me as someone special, not just a princess, but another person."

I gently place her head on my shoulder and scratch her fox ears, making her lean into my hand.

"Princess or not, you're someone who I consider special. I'm a simple person that has his own certain types of flaws that made me who I am."

"I don't think you have any flaws, to begin with."

"Really?"

"Yeah, your someone who is perfect for me no matter what."

"Chuckle... I'm glad to hear that. Want to taste more of my sandwich?"

"I would like that. Also, I love you, Felix."

Blushing while saying that.

A few minutes later, we head back to the castle.

"So how was your date, Felix?"

Karla asks me when I enter the bedroom.

"It was wonderful, for me and Ruby."

"That's wonderful."

"Where are the others?"

"Waiting for Ruby at her room."

"Oh, ok. But I also have a question."

"What is it?"

"Wouldn't you be jealous that Ruby and I are together, with you, Sally, and Lillian?"

"Not really. Before you married us, we already decided to share your feelings. It also meant that any person that has feelings for you, we will also share it with them. We don't want to be biased about hogging you for ourselves."

What Karla said surprised me, but also made me proud of my wives.

Karla shifts her face a little, trying to hide her little blush.

"Can I ask for a reward then."

Before she could finish her sentence, I give her a loving kiss.

"You don't have to ask me, Karla. It's expected for the Husband to give his wife a kiss without asking."

"Also, Felix. Give them one too."

Knock knock knock!

"Who's there?"

Ruby answered.

"It's me, Felix."

"Oh, come in. The door's unlocked."

When I opened the door, Sally, Lillian, and Ruby are sitting on the bed.

"What's up, Hubby?"

"Karla said that the three of you are over here."

"We were just chatting, Foxy."

"Chatting about what?"

I ask Sally.

"You know, girl stuff."

"Oh, ok. I'll be heading out now so that I won't disturb your girl talk."

"Felix, wait."

Before I could go out, Ruby called out to me.

"What is it?"

Ruby, looking a bit sad.

"Tomorrow, I'm going back to Remloah."

"I know, I'm the one who's going to send you and your mother home."

"I have a wonderful time being here."

"Yes, you did."

"Ok, everything's set."

I mumble to myself in the c.o.c.kpit of the Black Hawk, before pulling the collective up.

A few hours later. We arrive at Remloah and landed at the castle.

"Thank you for transporting us back home, Felix."

"No need to thank me, Queen Isabel."

"Well, it's time for us to go back home now."

"Have a safe trip!"

"We will!"

As Felix walks back to the Black Hawk, Ruby was unhappy. Then Queen Isabel notices her daughter's expression.

"Ruby, what's wrong?"

"It's nothing, Mother."

"I know that's untrue, Ruby. You want to be with him do you?"

"Yes... yes I want to be with him."

I motherly smile spread across Queen Isabel's face.

"Then go with him."

"Huh? What do you mean Mother?"

"You know what I mean. Go, before you will miss your chance."

A wave of happiness washes over Ruby, hugging her mother tightly.

"Thank you! But, what about you Mother?"

"I'll be fine. Go and pursue your dreams."

Right as I was about to enter the c.o.c.kpit, something suddenly slams into my back and tightly holding onto me!

"Felix!"

"Ruby!? Aren't you going with your Mother!?"

"She said it's ok going with you!"

I look at Queen Isabel, seeing her wave her hand before going into the castle. Mouthing 'take care of Ruby'.

"So that means..."

"I'm going to be living with you!"

"Yay! You're going to enjoy our home!"

"That's great Ruby!"

"Welcome to our family Ruby."

Sally, Lillian, and Karla, excitedly and warmly welcome Ruby.

"Thank you!"

"Sigh... can't do anything about this I guess."

"What do you mean by that?"

Ruby pouts when she heard that.

"No-nothing! Let's go now!"

"Ok!"

I got in the c.o.c.kpit with Lillian and Sally, Lillian, and Ruby in the passenger compartment. Turn on the engine, wait for the blades to spin, and off we go to Calli village.

Home sweet home. I then land the Black Hawk on the landing pad.

"Welcome to my house, Ruby."

"This is your house!?"

"Yes, it is."

"It's so amazing when I saw it above the sky!"

"Wait until you see the interior."

We head to the stairs to show Ruby the Living room.

"Wow! The place is so beautiful! Your house is a castle, Felix!"

"Not really, it's just a normal home for me."

Then someone enters from the front door.

"Little Felix! Your back!"

"Mom!"

I hug her when I realized it was her.

"And don't call me Little Felix, please."

"Nope, you're always my little Felix!"

After we hugged each other. Mother notice, Ruby.

"Who is this young lady little boy."

She suddenly pinches my fox ear! My poor ear!

"Ow ow ow! That's Ruby, Mom!"

Ruby giggle when she saw my Mom doing that.

"Ruby..."

"Uhm... He-hello there m-ma'am Dane, it's nice to meet you."

She shyly answered my mother.

"Hello there Ruby, I'm Felix's Mother. Felicia Dane, it's also nice to meet you."

"So where are you from?"

"I'm from Remloah."

"Remloah huh. It's a beautiful country."

"Th-thank you."

"So how did my son wooed you-"

"That's enough Mom! You can go to the kitchen and cook something!"

I quickly drag my Mother into the kitchen and went back to Ruby, who is quietly giggling.

"Sorry about that. I asked my Mom to take care of the house while we were gone, so I kinda forgot that she was coming over today."

"It's ok, it was rather interesting to meet your mother."

I then remember something important.

"Oh right! We should get your room ready! Sally, can you bring Ruby to the guest room."

"You don't have to Felix!"

"No, I insist."

"Let me show you to your room, Ruby."

"I-if you say so."

While Sally is bringing Ruby to her room, my mother is calling for me in the kitchen.

"Felix! Will you help me cook for today's lunch?"

"Ok, just a sec!"

I then went to the kitchen to help my Mom cook.
