It was mid-morning the next day and everybody was getting everything ready to depart for Taanab. Jason and Amara were busying packing their belongings from there hut making sure they didn't leave anything behind.

"Amara don't forget the box that I gave you. Before we leave here, you need to get it and keep it from me, remember?" Jason said to her.

"Yes master, I remember, and I will" she replied to Jason.

After they finished packing up, they left their hut and gathered with the rest of the group waiting for the arrival of the transport sh.i.p.s to collect the ore that's been mined. Everybody was still busy making sure that everything that was going was together. The dark side spawn was moving all the heavy equipment and supplies to the landing pads, while Jedi were stacking up all the other gear and belongings. A young man's voice came over the loudspeaker saying that the transport ship had just entered the atmosphere and will be landing shortly.

When Jason heard the announcement, he nodded to Amara, signaling for her to retrieve the blade. She nodded back her acknowledgement. "Sorry master, I need to go use the little girl's room, be right back" she said with a smile as she ran off.

Amara had made it to the prefab restrooms they had set up when they arrived here and looked around to make sure no one was around or following her. After she was sure that she was alone, she ran past the restrooms far into the woods behind them. She made several turns and curves through the forest as if she was lost, but this was to insure she truly wasn't being followed.

After she ran around for fifteen minutes, she arrived at the largest tree around here and behind was a rock at the base of the tree. She had buried the box that Jason had given her under the roots of the tree that were exposed and placed a rock over it to hide it from anyone that would come around here.

She grabbed the box and stuffed it into her robes to where it wouldn't be seen. After she tucked it away, she doubled checked to make sure she still wasn't being watched, she began heading back to the landing pad where everybody was at but stopped to use the bathroom this time for real. After she finished in the little girl's room, she got back to the landing pad where the ship had finally landed.

Jason was waiting for her while everybody else was loading up the ship. The ship was a X46-2 model transport class ship fitted to transport the ore that was mined here. It would now be transporting all of everyone here to the planet Taanab and who knows after that. Jason and Amara grabbed their things and boarded the ship along with the rest of their company to leave Ruusan.

When they got on the ship, it was big on the inside, not something they were used too when they traveled. It was dirty as well, and the crew quarters was only big enough to hold twenty people or so, so everybody had to find them some floor space in the cargo area for the ride.

"Here we go Amara, the comfiest corner on the ship" Jason said as he found a corner that was the least dirty in the cargo hold.

They put their stuff down on the floor and got settled in for the long flight to Taanab. After everybody had made it on board and everything they were taking was loaded up, the ship took off from the planet and made its way into the atmosphere. The ship did all its pre-flight checks before making the jump to hyperspace.

The travel time between planets would be three days before they reached Taanab. During that time, Jason and Amara spent time training together on building walls to guard their minds from mental attacks. They learned techniques as well to be able to think of different stuff as well to throw off an opponent's ability to be able to foresee what their next move might be.

On the morning of the third day, Jason and Amara awoke from their sleep from the ship exiting hyperspace. They had arrived at their destination on time with no hassles from the republic or Jedi Order. They made planetfall shortly after they had arrived in the system with no problems thanks to Master Pall using the force on the men in the spaceport to make it seem as if they were being expected to arrive here.

Taanab was agriculture planet used for farming due to its perfect conditions for growing crops. The soil was top tier for growing most crops, the air was optimal for all plants to thrive, and the weather conditions were good too with good ratio to rain dry seasons. The planet also didn't suffer from any tectonic shifting much either making it a stable planet. The planet had a lush vibrant healthy look to it from space.

They had landed at the spaceport capital of Pandath, which probably house anywhere between five thousand to seven thousand people at a time. This was the largest and first spaceport built on this planet when it was first discovered thousands of years ago. It would take Pall quite some time to turn all the habitants in this city alone into his dark side army, and time was fleeting these days never knowing when the Jedi Order or the republic army would show up out of the blue.

Master Pall and his disciples departed the ship first to make sure that everything was taken care of in the way of the spaceport workers. They had used the force to manipulate the minds of those working on the dock to disguise their reasoning for being there, and everybody would leave the ship in the dead of night when most of the inhabitants were asleep. When Pall and the others returned, they told everyone on the ship they would get to depart tonight but had to hold on for the moment and the plan was that we would depart the city and head for the nearest farm settlement and setup base there.

When night came, all the Jedi and dark side spawn left the ship and departed from the city and headed east. They acquired enough ground speeders to accommodate all of them to be able to travel the long distances to where they were a good amount away from the city. They travel all night and when the sun had peaked over the horizon, they saw off in the distance a small settlement of farmers. They decided they would stop here for a break.

The farmers were already hard at work when they arrived in their small little village. The consisted of around twenty families or so. There crops mostly consisted of wheat and Denta beans here as their main crop to sell for income, with a smaller portion of the land growing other miscellaneous crops.

When Jason and the other followers of Pall rode up to the village, it was already not going to be a pleasant experience from what he could tell. It wasn't unusual for Jedi to visit these types of people in the galaxy to assist the people of the land as a form training for Jedi, but never in this large of a group. And the appearance of the dark side spawn didn't help with either. The farmers began rushing over to everybody, while the women and children retreated into their houses in fear of something happening.

When the farmers got close enough, Dreypa and Muur used their powers to freeze them in place, like a temporary stasis. The other masters in the group then went up to the farmers and begun manipulating their minds to serve them, while the dark side spawn began rounding up the women and children. The women and children were herded into a large barn and put under guard by the spawn until they were turned into spawn themselves. The farmers were sent back out into the fields to work like nothing had happened just now.

The day drug out, setting up some additional housing for those that didn't fit into the houses that were already here. Jason and Amara were fortunate enough to be able to get a room in one of the houses. It was unwelcomed gift at the same time, knowing that the people that use to sleep in these beds would become nothing more than weapons for Pall and his followers. Amara was beginning to wonder if she was right about doing all this or not. She was amazed with the jump of power all the masters had received during the night of the ritual, knowing that she could get that power soon, but at the cost of what they were doing to obtain it was pulling at her heart.

She wanted to be with her master more than anything, and if this is the path that he wanted to walk, she would walk with him, but at what cost to herself she wondered….
