Rising To Grand Garden

Matt and Marie spent 2 more hours in the infirmary until the school was over.

"Matt the school is over let's go home." Says Marie.

"Yes, let's go, can you walk again?" Matt says.

"My ankle was healed, it should work, if not I can just fly." She says giggling.

"Wait ... you can fly, I totally forgot that ... well, I've already carried you here." He says.

"To be honest at the time, I totally forgot it." She says as she blushes.

"I understand." He says with an arrogant smile.

Matt and Marie left the infirmary and went to the main gate to leave the school grounds. Amy was waiting for them to go home with them.

"Hey, what happened, you just left after lunch." Ask Amy.

"So you know that I got lost when Marie got angry, because of you and me, she's after me and sometime later she fell over and fell." Matt answers.

"Matt then carried me to the infirmary." Add Marie.

"You're so lucky." Amy says jealously.

"Yes, I agree." Replied Marie.

Matt laughed secretly.

"What are you laughing at again, are you trying to annoy me again?" Ask Marie.

I think it's just nice to see that you guys get along so well together, do you see, I think I'm not your only friend, you could make friends with Amy then you've already had two friendsh.i.p.s. " Answers Matt.

"Marie let's be friends too, I think that could be good for both of us." Says Amy.

"Yes, really!!! I'm glad." Says Marie Happy.

"Then from now on, we're three." Matt says.

The two agree and everyone goes home. sometime later they reached the high-rise complex it was already dark. The moon shines down on them and is reflected by the windows of the skyscr.a.p.ers.

Matt looks up at the moon and sighs

"Everything alright Matt?" Amy asks.

Matt didn't answer that he lost himself in the sight of the moon. Swallowed by his memory, he stood motionless. He remembers the moment he was younger and saw and talked to his sister on the veranda. It was a small terrace with a few plants in the corners. The floor was tiled and the two sat on deck chairs. Unfortunately, Matt couldn't remember the conversation, he also couldn't remember the look of his sister. After a few minutes, he came to himself and noticed that some tears ran down his cheek. Marie and Amy looked at him worriedly.

"I'm a little bit homesick, I've only been here in this world for a few days now, so that's normal, and considering that this is my new home, it's less painful, I think without you two I would think differently about it now." Matt says.

Amy looks confused and Marie is even more worried.

"You won't just disappear now, will you?" Marie asks.

"No, I can't leave the island anyway, and besides, I can't leave you alone, as clumsy as you are." He says smiling.

Marie laughed.

"That's right, you can't just do it." Says Marie.

"Matt, what do you mean, that you have been living in this world for only a few days?" Amy asks.

"So, Amy as I said I'm not from here, I died in my Old World a few days ago and was transferred to this world - in short." Matt answers.

"Okay, that sounds plausible." Says Amy.

"You just believe me like that?" Matt asks.

"Yes, why not." Amy answers.

"Didn't I tell you to not tell it everyone?" mourns Marie.

"Yes, but soon the whole school will know. She's one of my friends too, so why should I have secrets from friends, so besides, I have no special powers, I'm just a normal person." Matt says.

"Oh, that's not bad, then I'll take care of you." Says Amy.

"No wait, I offered it to him first." says Marie.

"I don't need protection. That's weird, I should protect you but why don't you just do it together?" Matt says.

"Yeah, sure." Says Marie.

"I think we can do it together, the best." Says Amy.

"So, I have to go to the skyscr.a.p.er in front of us with the number 16." Says Amy.

"I have to go in there too." Says Marie.

"Okay girls, we'll see each other tomorrow. I have to go back to the white skyscr.a.p.er with the number 4." Matt says.

They split up. Matt went back to his apartment after shutting off the two at home. At home he was very tired, he just wanted to sleep. Matt changed and lay down in bed, taking his headphones and listening to music. After about an hour he fell asleep. He had a strange dream. he had the same feeling as a few days ago when he died. but this time it was different it didn't speak the same voice to him but a completely different one. This voice was very corrupted and it was very hard for Matt to understand what the voice said. Matt couldn't tell if it was male or female. The voice said.

"Let me ... free ... I ... don't ... want to ... be locked up ... in the ... darkness." The voice says

"Where are you? I release you." Matt says.

"Let me ... free ... I ... don't ... want to ... be locked up ... in the ... darkness." The voice says again

"Who are you? Why don't you answer?" Matt says.

"Matt ... why ... are you ... locking ... me ...?" the voice asks.

"I don't want to do that, tell me what to do to free you." Matt answers.

"Re ...." the voice was ready to answer but Matt woke up sweaty.

"Damn what a dream it felt so real" Matt says to himself.

"I should ask Roy about that dream." Matt thought.

Matt went into the shower to wash his sweat off. After the shower, he got dressed and got ready to leave. Before Matt starts, he takes a slice of bread and hurries out the door. He has to go over to the skyscr.a.p.er of Amy and Marie because he was already quite late, he started to run. He saw Marie and Amy waiting impatiently for him. He reached the two just in time.

"Good Morning Matt." Marie says.

"Good Morning." Amy says as she hugs Matt.

"Good Morning." Matt says.

Marie also hugged Matt shyly.

"Let's go." Matt says

The three went to school together. Matt walks a little faster than Marie and Amy. The two noticed that Matt was quite lost in thought.

"What do you think is with him." Marie says.

"I don't know." Amy says .

"We should ask him what's going on," Marie says.

"No, no, he'll tell us." Amy says.

They reached the school.

"Girls go ahead, I'll be at the headmaster's office for a while." Matt says.

"What are you doing there." Marie asks.

"Shouldn't we come with you?" Amy asks.

"It's okay, go to class, I'll tell you later in the break." Matt answers.
