Robot For A Boyfriend

Emily blushes and lowers the gun down to the floor, just in front of her toes. "W-what do you mean?" She says, looking at Kaine with anxieties, it being her first time flirting with someone other than her stuffed animals or cats.

Kaine grabs on to her wrist, gently, taking the gun and putting it on the table in front of them with his other hand. He looks up to her with, although himself being a machine, a type of tenderness and affection Emily had longed to see from anyone. "Emily. I really, really love you." He confesses with a smile on his screen.

Emily stares at him, with both love and excitement flowing through her blood. She leans over the table, trying to get closer to Kaine to kiss him, when an announcement comes over the loudspeakers: "Alright guys... and gal... Its time to hit the hay." Mr. Jameson says as the loudspeaker crackles and shuts off.

Emily leans back to her normal posture, laying her wrist on the table. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow then?" Kaine says with a sad emote, loosening his grip on Emily's wrist.

As he starts to walk away, Emily reaches her arm out, just barely missing Kaine's arm. He continues to walk, not noticing Emily's cry for affection, and turns off the simulator, leaving Emily in the dark.
