Royal Blood-Caius Love Story

"Cassandra is that you?" Caius asked and reached out his hand to her cheek. When his hand touched to her rosy pink cheek they both felt the electricity. Cassy gasped the sudden touch. Marcus see their true mates golden bond and Aro gasped loudly by that.

Cassy opened and closed her mouth like a fish. She can't tell right thing and it's making her uncomfortable

"it's really you right? Cassandra i waited you and you really come back to me" when he hugged her, she couldn't resist but melt in his embrace. Now everything doesn't matter to two of them.

When she looked around she suddenly remembered and push him beside. He didn't prepared to that movement and end up falling down in the throne room.

"yo-you are mistaken, I'm not that person" she said and turn to Alice who is still standing there with Bella

She can't confuse herself for that dreams, to her it was only dream nothing more and nothing less.

She doesn't want to look at his eyes, that beautiful magnetic eyes, if she look at them again then she wouldn't look away from them. She gulped and said loudly

"I want to go back to my home" she finished her sentence but piercing pain shoot in her head, when that happens nearest one to her was Caius and alarmed by the loud scream. Her scream was short but it was full of pain her vision gets blurry. It feels like all of the air went away from her lungs. Other ones in the throne room can't do anything but see that painful moment. She pushed herself to her limit, one thing she don't want to do is blackout middle of the vampire clan. Even though she was very weak she still felt these strange feelings in her skin when Caius is touching her.

"Darling are you okay?" Caius's voice sounds calm and caring, he would never lose his mate again, he wouldn't b.a.r.e that kind of misery.

"It's wrong, I'm too confused, tell me why do you care for me, why are you remembering me, why are you loving me, why did you wait me when I'm not even remembering you. all of these years I didn't even think about you so why, why am I remembering now. Now I look like the most stupid and worst person ever" her eyes become red because of tears but somehow they refused to fall down from her eyes. All of her memories flashed into her brain and she remembered who she is, who she was but it was too hard to accept the truth she wasn't prepared, she wasn't ready.

Caius was happy that his beloved one finally remembers him. He tightly hug her while telling calming words.

"shh, darling it's okay, you remembered me right? That would be biggest blessing to me"

"Caicai I want to go outside" she whispered to him and used his nickname, before they realize Caius pick her up and run from the throne room.

*3000 years before*

"Cassandra, what are you doing?" playful female voice asked her from behind, by this voice Cassandra startled to death

"Dydeme, you startled me" she said while catching her breath

"Cassy, don't tell me you were watching him secretly" she pointed her finger to blonde guy who is talking with her brother, Cassandra become scarlet reed because of embarrassment

"Dydeme, no of courses not, it won't be appropriate, it would be very unlady like behavior"

"you should tell him that you love him"

"I don't love Caius, we only met last week, I don't know him that well and I think he have someone" while saying this she felt sad

"don't be coward Cassy, I can see he like you too, you are princess for god's sake, who won't love you, and Cassy if you confess your feeling then I will confess too" her friends eyes widened

"for who?" she quickly asked

"for Marcus of course" Dydeme said with an obvious tone

"Marcus? Marcus, really? No way Dydeme he has a wife"

"I know but our feelings are mutual" she was confident to herself. Even though she wasn't born in the noble family she was like another daughter to king. Dydeme looks carefree, pretty and young. In Olympia city she was number 2 beauty, she would be always optimistic and happy. That's why Cassandra loved her dearly, she don't want her sister to suffer from heartbreak.

"But his wife Cruella is almost witch, she is well cruel" worry showed in Cassandra's voice

"Cassy don't worry to me, I know what I want and that's my wish"

"Just remember it, I would be always there for you and help you" she warmly smiled to her best friend. They were too different one girl has bubbly character like a sunshine and other girl has a soothing temper like wind. Cassandra was wise and strong, she is always honest and kind to her people, she has every character that queen needed, everyone love her not because of her noble status but because they know one day she would be best queen in history.

Dydeme, she lost her parents when she was really young only one remaining relative is her brother Aro. Her brother was best warrior in king's army, he is powerful young man who is determined to be powerful. Dydeme always followed her brother and one day she met Cassandra, that was the beginning of great relationship. She grows up with her and they were inseparable.

One week before, Aro's friend Caius come to Olympia city for competition, he has an extremely handsome appearance and sharp character which caught Cassandra's attention. Caius only come to there to earn money and wouldn't want to intervene with royal family. He is born fighter and great strategist, king invited him with Aro but he refused to come to city because of his ill mother.

Cassandra walk to Caius and Aro, her graceful figure, light steps and small smile looks too beautiful to be human being. Her long wavy hair flow with wind and it was matched with the yellow clothing. During this time fabric was really expensive and colored fabric would be too expensive to afford, they use some plants to add color to wool but yellow was rare, and usually this color catch a lot of attention from men.

Caius didn't know he was staring to her until she started to speak to him.

"So when will you go back?" she asked, her eyes look through his soul, and one moment he almost forgot how to speak

"day after tomorrow" that makes her sad

"will come back?" she asked hopefully

"I'm not sure but not so soon" he said and when her smile dropped his heart almost dropped together "but if you want to I will come back as soon as possible" he added quickly

"I think it's my cue to leave, you can spend your time without unnecessary people's interruption, thank me later" with that Aro went away, remaining two's faces become red.

"you looks gorgeous" he stated out of nowhere she smiled widely with that

"Thank you Caius, you looks handsome too" she was blushing too hard "actually I was wondering, that maybe, you, do you have a wife" she rambled, it was too cute to watch her being nervous, his hand automatically reacted it's way to her rose colored cheek and smile formed in his face

"of course not my princess, no one ever caught my attention before but I think it's changing" he said and slowly move forward, now they are standing close to each other that they almost hearing their heartbeat "what kind of thing did you to my heart, it's acting abnormal whenever I come near to you, I want to make you smile whenever I open my mouth, I want to hold you gentle like I'm holding treasure" now the space between them become only few inches. He started to lean on and finally their lips touched with each other. Their heart beats rapidly, that kiss was most fascinating thing to their lives. They finally ended the kiss and catch their breath

"Caius, do you want to come to my born days celebration? It will held in next week" she told him, he nodded his head, accepting the request

"I would love to my darling" he lean on and once again tasted real happiness and full bless. From far, Dydeme giggling like a little girl with her brother beside her.

"I told you, they would be perfect for each other, brother look at them"

"is this why you called me back then?" he asked amused with his sister

"of course you can't be third wheel" she exclaimed "anyway where is Marcus?" she asked

"how do I know?" he answered boringly "what? Do you need something? Ask from me" he said

"no no no, brother goodbye" she said and run from him

"Dydeme what should I do? I know what is happening but I can't approve it. You can't be with Marcus" he said to himself and sighed.
