Royal Blood-Caius Love Story

Still many years before, Cassandra's 18th birthday

Cassandra was passing through big corridor of her castle; she didn't saw Caius since that day, whenever she is thinking about him her heartbeat increase dramatically. She became so excited not because of her born day celebration but excited to meet that one person. She look at the big mirror and take a deep breath, she looks stunning with her confidence and elegance filled aura. Finally someone called her name and she started to walk to the grand entrance.

When she entered big hall every people's attention lingered on her, their future queen, their beloved princess, most charming and kind girl blossomed into perfect woman. Her sky blue eyes finally saw a man with white cloth and blonde hair. When they see each other little blush formed both of their cheeks. Caius find his courage back and elegantly walked to her, she smiled for his action and he swore to himself that he will always make her smile make her happy, because right then he realized he fall in love too hard, he didn't try to resist this feelings formed in his c.h.e.s.t he just wanted to accept everything just for her, he would willingly become victim of this love.

"you look gorgeous, Cassandra" he said to her, just listening to his honey like voice almost melt her

"thank you, you too look good, Caius" when his name roll of from her mouth it was too fascinating, he won't be tired of this melodic voice

They were standing there gazing each other and appreciating their time together but female voice suddenly cut off their moments

"Cassy you look perfect" Cassandra immediately know it's Dydeme's voice she internally g.r.o.a.n.e.d 'well job Dydeme' then she turned around and saw her dear friend standing there with her brother.

"you also look great Dydeme" she faintly smiled, in return her friend innocently smiled to her

"Caius can I borrow her one moment?" she asked and dragged her with her

"Hey Dy, what happened? What's wrong?"

"I saw Marcus's wife, she was with young merchant, she was cheating him" she was very serious

"Cruella? I think it was just rumor but if you see them I think it's true, maybe Marcus should find about it himself, don't tell him about this, don't interfere between them, it's for the best" she sighed and look at her friend, even though her friend is good girl sometimes she can be really reckless and innocent.

Dydeme nodded her head, when she face with a problem she would run to her best friend, Cassandra's wise and clean thinking save her more than enough time, so she fully believe her words. They go back to the hall and Cassandra headed to Caius.

They smile to each other and he invited her to dance

Cassandra born in the royal family, she started to dance from the young age, she was shocked because of Caius's dancing skill, together their motion was flawless everyone hold their breath because it was too beautiful to see. Together they were perfect.

They dance until music finished, he was still holding her tiny waist even tough it's finished. King wanted to make announcement and coughed repeatedly. Cassandra's face turn to red because of embarrassment

"Cassandra, sorry my daughter but can you pay attention to this old men" he pointed himself which make her even more red. Her father laughed loudly

"Everyone, Thank you for coming this celebration, it's a very important day to me and to my daughter, today she turned 18 years old, I'm happy she grown up such a beautiful young lady and I believe one day she will be perfect queen for this country and for her people, she is my pride and hope. Cassandra always remember this you should be happy, your people should be happy, if they belong under your wing then protect them, always" he finished his speech and all people applause loudly.

She run to her parents and hugged them both, her mother queen Marisa is elegant and strict mother, she learned a lot of thing from her mother including manner and etiquette. On the other hand king Henry was strong and powerful king, many people afraid of his appearance but in his home he acts like a friend to his daughter, he likes to pamper his only daughter, he is a really good husband and father. In this era many people take second or third wife if they are rich enough but king Henry never show any concern to other ladies. One of the official told him that he should take another wife since he don't have son to inherit country, king Henry become furious and told him one love would be enough to him and her girl is better than any other boy. That official's fate become miserable after that, people can tell him whatever they want but they can't tell about his family.

"go go enjoy your time, today it's your day" her father encouraged her and look at Caius, her mother elbowed him

"don't listen to him, Cassy you still need to be your room at 10, okay. I will check you" she said seriously but you can hear happiness from her voice.

"okay okay my queen let's go, let them enjoy the party" he almost dragged her mom to their room. She chuckled to herself and feel someone's presence behind her.

"They are good parents" Caius stated

"more than good, I wish my life will be like that, with my friends, with my people and with my love" she said and turn around

"you will be perfect, don't worry" he said and close their distant, slowly they move to each other and kissed passionately.

"tomorrow will be long day for her, do you think she will accept it?" male asked from female

"she can do it, she is our daughter, it's her fate" she said smiling gently to her husband

"but still I'm worried" he sighed, queen kissed her husband's cheek

"don't worry, she will be fine, Henry Dracula, she is strong"

"Yes she is strong just like you Marisa Dracula"
