RWBY: The Black Reaper

It had been few weeks since Mesa started attending Beacon officially. During these weeks, Mesa had been living peacefully. Everyday, he would attend the classes, hang out with teams RWBY and JNPR, visit vale and the other kingdoms for the sole purpose of getting different types of meals. His behaviour would be considered if not for the fact he was always sleeping in the classes, he would never do an assignment or homework.

Currently, Mesa was sleeping in Glynda Goodwitch class like usual. At first, Glynda was extremely angry at Mesa's disregard of her class and the lack of respect he had shown to her. But with Ozpin, who reminded her how dangerous Mesa is when provoked, and the fact that any student put as his opponent would refuse to fight and give up almost instantly, made her give up on Mesa. Glynda simply started to ignore his existence, and him silently sleeping at the back of the room helped a lot.

While Mesa was sleeping, Jaune was standing on the stage with his sword drawn, it was his turn to spare. His opponent stood in front of him carrying a heavy mace, he was a foot taller than Jaune with brown her, his name Cardin Winc.h.e.s.ter.

" Ready to taste the dirt again?" Cardin said laughing at Jaune

" In your dreams! " Jaune was pissed

Jaune charged forward and swung his blade at Cardin, only for Cardin to jump out of the way. Jaune looks back, surprised, as Cardin's mace sends Jaune's shield flying away. Now, Jaune had only his sword left. Jaune attacked again, but this time, he was blocked by the mace's hilt. Cardin using his strength pushed the struggling Jaune away, then hit him with the mace sending Jaune flying.

" Loser!! Hahahaha..." Cardin continued laughing at Jaune.

" Cardin, that's enough!" Glynda called cardin to stop then looked at the rest of the students and said " Students, as you can see, Mr. Arc's Aura has now dropped into the red. In a tournament-styled duel, this would indicate that Jaune is no longer fit for battle, and that the official may call the match. "

While Jaune is still laying on the floor in defeat, he looked at the direction of his team, to see them and team RWBY looking at him. Pyrrha was looking sad, Ruby and Blake with pity, Weiss with disdain, Ren didn't show much but he could guess he wasn't glad with his performance, Yang and Nora were looking at Cardin with anger.

" I started to think you enjoying the floor, Jaune, or you started to prefer staying down all the day, Loser hahahaha " Cardin mocked the fallen Jaune. Many of the students started laughing at Jaune's miserable sight.

Nora spoke with anger " Cardin, since you are so great, Why don't you fight Mesa. He happen to be sleeping there " Pointing at Mesa. Then she continued " Actually, why don't you fight with me? I will break your legs"

Cardin growled at her " Who would want to fight with that sleeping monster? He is as powerful as the headmaster. As for you, I don't mind beating you up. Just like how beat your useless leader, I will beat you hahahahaha" Cardin laughed loudly.

" You jerk! I will….." Nora was about to attack when the bell rang. Glynda then spoke " That's enough! The class is over! Remember, everyone, the Vytal Festival is only a few months away! It won't be long before students from the other kingdoms start arriving in Vale, so keep practicing! Those who choose to compete in the combat tournament will be representing all of Vale! " Glynda ended the class.

The students started leaving, Jaune was still on the ground, he looked at his friends, seeing their faces. He couldn't help but lowering his head in shame.

Launch time, Mesa, team RWBY and team JNPR were eating their launch in the cafeteria . Nora was telling them her dream, while Ren translating her words.

" So! There we were, in the middle of the night…." Nora

" It was day." Ren

" We were surrounded By ursais…."Nora

" They were beowolves" Mesa

" Dozens of them!" Nora

" To of them " Ren

"But they were no match... And in the end, Ren and I took them down and made a boatload of Lien selling Ursa skin rugs! " Nora

"She's been having this recurring dream for nearly a month now." Ren said with a tired sigh

" Jaune? Are you okay?" Pyrrha asked her leader with worried tone

" Huh? Oh, yeah! Why?" Jaune replied

" It's just that you seem a little … not okay …." Ruby answered his question

" Guys, I'm fine. Seriously! Look!" he said then held up a thumb as laughed.

Everyone were looking at him, until a sound from the back grabbed their attention. Cardin with his team were surrounding a faunus girl with brown hair and long rabbit ears. They were mocking her unusual features.

" Jaune, Carin's been picking on you since the first week of school! " Pyrrha informed

" Who? Cardin Winc.h.e.s.ter? Nah… He just likes to mess around! You know, practical jokes! " Jaune denied Pyrrha's words

" He's a bully" Ruby said with disgust and anger

" Oh, please! Name one time he's bullied me" Jaune scoffed at Ruby

" There is the time when he made you drop your books on purpose " Ruby said

" It was an accident " Jaune replied

" There is the time where he clicked on your shield and extended into its shield form causing you to block the exit " Ren added

" He was just joking with me " Jaune defended again

" What about when he trapped you in the locker and launched you to Emerald forest ?" Yang asked

" Well.." Jaune was about to retort again but this time Mesa interrupted him.

" Okay enough, Jaune, it doesn't matter what you say. Every single person in Beacon knows that Cadin bullying you because you are weaker than him. He is a bully, and you are simply the target. Nothing you say will change this fact." Mesa said coldly

" Umm, Mesa don't you think being a little too blunt " Yang said

" He has to understand that his behaviour is annoying and negative, even if he didn't care. He got to change for his team. And Jaune, if you think Cardin only playing around. Why don't you go there -" pointing at Cardin who was bullying the faunus girl " and join their fun?"

Jaune didn't know what to say " Ummm… I"

" Okay. Since you don't feel like having fun, I will join them!" with that Mesa stood and head toward Cardin. Team RWBY and JNPR looked at Mesa, not sure what he was going to do.

When Mesa reached Cardin's side, he poked Cardin's shoulder and asked " What are you doing? It seems fun !"

Cardin looked to his side to see a warm smiling Mesa, he laughed and said " Sure, we are looking at this freak. Look! All of these are ears hahahaha…."

" I have to admit, this might really be fun, i think i found my new hoppy " Mesa smiled friendly

Everyone in the cafeteria were silent hearing Mesa's word. Some of the students were praying for the poor faunus. The monster who fought equally with Ozpin is joining the bully.

RWBY and JNPR were surprised and angry. Their friend just decided to join Cardin and his team in bullying the poor girl. Blake was getting nervous, she saw how powerful Mesa is. And now, it turned out he is a faunus hater. Thinking about his strength and what he could do, she shivered.

Mesa smiled evilly and said loudly " Would you look at you? Worthless, ugly freaks! "

The students were staring at Mesa with wide eyes. They didn't expect him to be like this. The faunus girl started to tear up and shake from fear. She know how strong this guy is. She didn't know what to do. Many of the students felt disgust at his words, but none tried to help, they didn't dare. Teams RWBY and JNPR were shocked, the only one who didn't mind his action that much among them, was Weiss. Blake was staring with eyes filled with anger, but even she didn't dare to object.

Mesa ignored everyone and continued " This is the first time in whole my life, I heard or seen such animals. I'm not an animal abuser, but staring at you! I can't help but want to beat the shit out of you! You f.u.c.k.i.n.g tailless-bald monkeys"

" hahaha… Wait! What ?" was laughing, but when he heard Mesa's last words. He was confused, they were dealing with a rabbit faunus not monkeys, the guy sure knows what rabbit is, right? He looked at Mesa again to see a fist in front of his face.

Everyone stared at the sight before them, the four who, were bullying the girl just a moment ago, were now getting bashed mercilessly. Some of the present couldn't help but feel sorry for them. In 30 seconds only, Cardin and his team faces didn't resemble human beings. Mesa did a perfect job beating them.

" What is going on here ??!!" Glynda voice sounded

" Oh! Nothing important, Cardin and his team were amazed by that faunus unique features. And I as a good person couldn't look at them acting like that and decided to help them. So i took it upon myself to give them unique features, and they seemed quite glad that I decided to help them. luckly, my efforts were not in vain, i did a splendid job if i say so myself. If you came earlier, you would have seen their bright smiles, before i finished my work. Their smiles warmed my heart!! " Mesa spoke innocently with voice filled with pride as if he was a benevolent angel helping the poor.

Everyone stared at the guy before them, he spoke what happened, and even though, he didn't exactly lie. His words were the farthest from the truth.

Glynda was extremely angry, she wanted to beat the shit out of this bastard but she wasn't strong enough, so she decided to go with only available option, he words, she said " Mr Uchiha, you attacked and harmed your fellow students without a proper reason. Don't you feel any shame"

Mesa laughed at her and said " Ehh! Shame? Why? All I did was teaching these idiots a lesson, Unless you think bullying and discrimination against faunus are okay."

Glynda was speechless. Everytime she talk with him, she ends being the bad person or the fool. Her temperature was rising because of her anger.

" I don't think this what Glynda meant by shame. Team CRDL made a mistake but you handled them in the wrong way. You didn't inform any of your teachers and took it upon yourself to discipline them. You and team CRDL should expect a detention this weekend "

" I doubt you didn't know about their behaviour considering all these cameras around us, but who am I to judge. Well, i don't mind, detention room is a good place for sleeping anyway" Mesa replied.

Ozpin's eye twitched at Mesa's comment, while Glynda continued to boil in her anger. Afterward, Mesa carried the four fools to the clinic. While Team RWBY and JNPR were looking at Mesa leaving.

Ruby said happily " I thought Mesa was about to become a bully, but then he taught them a good lesson "

" Yes, that was hilarious to watch, did you see their faces. They didn't resemble humans hahahaha " Yang was laughing hard

" Jaune, you should learn from him. " Weiss told Jaune, who lowered his head in shame and left the table dejectedly.
