RWBY: The Black Reaper

After scaring Ozpin and Ironwood, Mesa head back to the dorms, where he saw Ruby colliding with browned skinned and green haired girl, she was Emerald. Ruby fell to the ground while Emerald lost her balance but didn't fall.

Once Emerald regained her balance she looked down at Ruby then offered her hand to Ruby while saying " Are you okay?"

" Oo-oof! Oh g-! Sorry " Ruby replied as she took her hand

"It's fine. Just watch where you're going " Emerald said with a smile

"Oh, right, sorry. Um, I'm Ruby! Are you new?" Ruby said

Emerald stepped aside to reveal Cinder with Mercury next to her approaching. Cinder answered Ruby " Visiting from haven, actually"

Ruby stared for a moment and Cinder stared back. Ruby then said " Ooh! You're here for the festival! But exchange students have their own dormitory "

" I guess we just got turned around " Mercury said

" Hey, don't worry, it happens …." Ruby was about to say something when Mesa voice interrupted her.

" Ruby, What are you doing here? Where are the rest ?" Mesa said while approaching with a nice friendly smile.

All the four looked at Mesa, Ruby said " Oh Mesa!! they are still in our room, I was heading to the library. Ah I forgot ha.ha.ha" laughed embarrassedly and said " I have to go, see you around" once she finished speaking she ran to the library as fast as she could.

Cinder looked at him carefully, if his strength is half of what she heard from the rumors adding his handsome face, she would feel good to have him at her side working for her. Dominating someone like him would make her feel great.

Emerald on the side was mesmerized with Mesa looks, while Mercury was wondering how strong this guy is, he wanted to see test how strong he truly is.

Mesa looked at the retreating Ruby, once she disappeared around the corner his smile gone. His eyes started rotating and cold look appeared on his face. He let part of his killing intent out crushing down on the three in front of him.

Cinder and her team saw the fast change in his facial expression, they didn't understand what was going on, suddenly they felt it. A terrifying pressure descended on them suffocating them, they could smell blood in the air. It felt like death crawling on their skin.

Mesa spoke in calm and low tone, but they only could hear the sounds of a roaring monster, screaming in their head " I don't know where you come or why you have a grim inside your body… Honestly, I don't care. If you are here to participate in the festival or anything else regardless whether it is good or bad I won't stop you or bother with you. However, if you piss me off, I will make you live a life that will make the ninth hell look like a peaceful heaven. And trust me on this, not even gods will be able to save you from me"

Once Mesa finished talking, the air around them returned to normal. It felt like what they experienced was nothing but a dream. Mesa gave them a warm friendly smile and said " Well anyway, I hope you enjoy your stay in Beacon. Allow me to give you an advice, the food here is not that good, you might want to get your meals from Vale. I got to go now, have a nice day !!"

Mesa walked passed them while keeping his smile, the three stood frozen in their place not moving a muscle. After a minute passed, Mercury spoke " What the f.u.c.k was that??!! Was this really a student??!! Even Salem didn't scare me this much "

Mercury could feel sweat covering his forehead and his back, the pressure Mesa gave truly scared him. He wasn't the only one, Emerald fell on her knees while cinder was having a back full of sweat.

Cinder didn't have her usual smile, she was visibly shaken by Mesa's display. Emerald on the side said " He knew about the grim in your body!!! How did he know something like this??!! We have to leave Beacon immediately. "

Emerald was scared of what happened, she didn't want to stay in Beacon with Mesa walking around.

Cinder breathed deeply trying to calm herself, once she managed to collect herself, she said " I don't know how did he know but he still didn't try to do anything against us. Mercury and Emerald could tell Cinder's tone was grave and serious. She has never talked in such a tone before. Cinder sore to herself, once she have all the maiden's power she will make Mesa pay. He will lower his head and be her slave l.i.c.k.i.n.g her foot. Cinder walked toward her assigned room with Mercury and Emerald walking behind her. The two were still shaken from the earlier encounter.

Cinder ordered them " From now on, avoid any contact with him. Go look for information about him and be as subtle as possible. I want to know who are his friends, and avoid to do anything to them. I don't want to be on his bad side for now. We will make him pay and suffer for today. Go now !!"

Both Mercury and Emerald left in hurry when they heard cinder, she was angry and they didn't want to receive her anger.
