Hours passed, with the sun slowly rising. Magna held a sleeping June as he ran through the forest. He seemed fine, not even sweating as he continued to run.

Since the sun came up, he could no longer move through the shadows. Instead, he opted to use one of his cl.u.s.ters. After a few minutes, Magna came to a stop with a tired look on his face.

He crossed his fingers infront of each other, making a small cross as a smoke cloud appeared next to him. Once the smoke disappeared, an exact lookalike of Magna stood next to him as Magna said, "Time to swap."

The clone nodded as he grinned, "Sure thing, boss."

Magna handed June over to the clone as he yawned and slowly melded with June's shadow. Once the clone was sure Magna was settled, he turned into a blur as he continued forward.

Over the years, Naruto's soul cl.u.s.ter was the first cl.u.s.ter Magna managed to mastered. He could basically use all of Naruto's abilities. However, his tailed beast transformations were still a bit tricky.

Kurama told him that they needed to have a tug-of-war for his charkra. This was to establish a 'contract' between them so that Magna could achieve Kyuubi charkra mode.

Kurama's charkra didn't add to Magna's aura reserves but allowed him to access the tailed beast transformations.

Even though he knew he needed to 'fight' for Kurama's charkra, Magna was more than a little put off by the idea. Kurama was like a grumpy friend that always acted like he didn't care but he did.

The amount of times Kurama gave him advice over the years made Magna glad to have a friend like him.

Magna had even asked Kurama if he could just give him his charkra but Kurama's reply was a smirk as he said, "Where's the fun in that?"

Magna was a little annoyed by Kurama's answer. However, he knew he couldn't change Kurama's mind.

Time flew by as the sun started to settle high in the sky. By now, June was wide awake and blushing hard as the real Magna continued to carry her.

He wryly smiled at the half-glare, half-pout she was shooting at him. She wasn't as fast as Magna and had noticeably less stamina so to save time, Magna decided to carry her.

As he continued to run through the forest, a crimson light streaked towards the pair. Magna's eyes widened as he caught a glimpse of their attacker, right before swift dodging the incoming sword.

Magna quickly made some distance between them as he winced in pain. A wide gash marred his cheek. However, a few seconds later, stream burst out from the cut as it slowly closed.

Glaring at the red and black dressed bandit chief, Magna growled, "Raven…"

Raven was silent as she dashed at Magna, her weapon gleaming behind her. Seeing her charge, Magna clicked his tongue as he crossed his fingers.

In a cloud of smoke appeared 10 Magna-clones. However, a change occured amongst the clones as their prominent features started to change.

Some of the clones now had blonde hair and lilac eyes while others had white hair and blues. Without warning, the two blonde clones dashed forward, their now glowing red eyes glaring angrily at Raven.

Raven calmly unsheathed her sword and press forward. Dodging both clones attempts to hit her, Raven's sword arc outwards, catching both clones off guard.

The clones sustained damage, but, instead of grimacing in pain, the clones smirked at her as they exploded into a cloud of smoke and flames. Using Yang's semblance, the clones used the damage they sustained to power the flames of semblance, resulting in a small explosion.

Seeing Raven caught off guard, the two white haired clones nodded to each other as glyphs started appearing one after the other.

Both clones elegantly leapt onto the glyphs as if they were physical platforms and launched themselves towards Raven. It only took a few seconds for the pair became a blur as Raven hastily defended herself.

Just as Raven parried one of the Weiss-embodied clones, a claw made of ice swept towards her. She quickly lower herself and jumped as a portal opened above her.

The Weiss-embodied clones couldn't correct themselves in time and ended up bursting into smoke when the claw of ice struck them.

Two pairs of clones, one pair with white hair and blue eyes while the other pair had blonde hair and red eyes. Atop their heads were a pair of wolf ears, flickering every now and then.

Both pairs glared at Raven and growled as they quickly dashed forward. Thinking these clones were just going to be like the others, Raven stood her ground and waited, a small smirk adorning her lips.

However, her smirk quickly disappeared as a claw of fire and ice clashed infront of her and exploded, forcing her to brace herself as stream and ice shards forced her back.

She grit her teeth as she lunged at the clones, a red sword trailing behind her. Her crimson red eyes glared at the clones angrily from behind her mask.

Suddenly, ice spires and walls burst out from the ground as the Luna-embobied clones madly released their copied semblance.

It wasn't long before they burst from not having enough aura to hold the shadow clone technique. However, Raven was now stuck in the middle of a maze of ice.

Not only was the ice see-through but it was very reflective as well. Everywhere she looked, she could see hundreds of mirrored images of the clones as well as herself.

The clones used the ice mirrors to their advantage, mixing feints into their attacks. Raven continued taking very small but annoying wounds as the Argo-embodied clones adopted a 'hit and run' tactic.

It wasn't long before Raven erupted as she angrily tore the icy world apart with her sword. With a malicious gleam in her eyes, Raven roared as she sliced the clones clean through, shocking Magna with how strong and fast she was.

With the icy world fully destroyed, Raven slowly turned towards Magna and glared at him, "Is this all you have to offer?"

Magna snickered at her and grinned, "On your left."

"On my wha-" A pair of black boots smashed against Raven's face, sending her sprawling backwards as her mask shattered. When she regained her balance and vision, her face scrunched up at what she saw.

3 pairs of silver eyes glared at her as a smirk appeared on Magna and the two clones faces. The trio each held their own scythe, twirling it as they got into a running start.

Raven's eyes widened as each Magna burst into a torrent of petals, becoming a blur as they sped towards her.

Sweat dripped down Raven's as she hastily fought back. Magna had to admit she was good, like really good. She skillfully defended against all three Magnas while taking as little damage as possible.

Suddenly, just as one of the Ruby-embodied clones went to slash her back, Raven smirked as she jumped over the blade of his scythe. Not expecting to miss, the clone's balance was thrown off as he stumbled.

Then, Raven's body quickly turned in midair as she delivered a heavy roundhouse kick to the clones face, making it burst.

Her head snapped at the other clone as a feral look appeared on her face. She roared in laughter as she seemingly teleported next to the clone and heavily struck her sword downwards, smashing against the clone's scythe and pushing him to the ground.

The earth beneath the clones feet shattered as it inevitably burst into smoke.

The smile on her face slowly turned into a smirk as she slowly said, "It's your tur-"

What greeted her, however, was a huge blue ball of spiralling aura as Magna ruthlessly slammed the orb into her face and roared, "Oodama Rasengan!!!"

An intense explosion of aura surrounded tbe pair, destroying the immediate area as well as creating a dense cloud of aura and dust. A body flew out of the cloud, bouncing off the ground like a stone across water before colliding with a tree.

Once the dust cloud settled, Magna glared at the unconscious and bruised figure of Raven as he slowly made his way over.

Sure, she was Yang's mother and yes, she was a key person in the stories plot. However, Magna knew she wouldn't stop here. She would track June down and make it her mission to kill the young maiden, all so she could have June's maiden powers.

As he stood over her, Magna's eyes turned red as his pupils became slits. He released a low growl as he rapidly gathered aura into his palm, creating a rather… violent dark purple rasengan that quickly grew more and more chaotic.

Just as he was about to strike her down, June stood infront of him, her arms wide open as she stared into Magna's eyes. He could see she was scared, her arms lightly trembled as she tired to stand her ground yet she swallowed her fear and continued to stand in his way.

Seeing the pleading look in her eyes, Magna sighed as he softly muttered, "…Fine."

The rasengan calmly dissipated as Magna sat down. After his battle against Raven, he was pretty worn out due to the aura drain. Spamming techniques was a good way to win quickly but boy was it both awesome and tiring.
