In the world of Kreth, a Living Blade is one of the most invaluable assets you can have. Living Blades are simply blades and other weapons that have a soul. The soul of a Living Blade is formed as the smith infuses energy from their own soul into it. This is why all Living Blades take on aspects of their smiths, such as appearance, personality, interests, and gender. They possess both a humanoid and weapon form and can normally switch between them at will. In this world, there is a smith who is becoming quite distressed. He can't for the life of him figure out why every Living Blade he's made have been women.
